I've been mass claiming a lot of ncls lately hunting for chased and crb lionesses, and the post-claim timer is the bane of my life, so here goes: Introduce a new personality, "Impatient" ~How would it work?~ Impatient would be a snarky male personality type ~ Kings with this personality type will have an option to remove lionesses regardless of post-claim cooldown. ~ A lioness under the new claim cooldown would have a single "early chase button" to remove her, this would disappear after cooldown ~ There are no curency, impression or exp rewards for early chasing. ~ The early chased lioness is deleted, similar to kill/nature reserve and the action costs the same energy fee ~ This personality will not affect the time lionesses can be killed, nature reserved, transferred or offered for trade! ~ Access to this personality will be limited either by being a breed only or event exclusive personality. ~Interractions~ On early chase: LIONESS NAME was just settling in when you decided she's out stayed her welcome. Off you go! Sub male: You hear a familiar tune and follow the sound, finding SUB MALE NAME singing to himself, "Oh, I just can't wait to be-" HEY! Grandpaw: (Cub train fail) CUB NAME was taking their time to find the perfect angle to pounce... before a sharp "Hurry up!" From Grandpaw NAME spooked them! (Cub interraction) You find CUB NAME wailing alone at the edge of the den. Apparently, GRANDPAW NAME took them on a stroll and grew tired of waiting for them to keep up! Training: Suggested by Kelpie (#212684) (Feel free to suggest more interractions! They'll be added with credit!) Possible Issues (I) + Solutions (S) (I): Moon (#205430) Possibly overpowered for Impression farming (S): Lannistark (Clean Cherry) (#26218) Make early chasing cost energy (Like regular Kill/Nature reserve does) (I): Khajiit {G1 UNEVEN LEONID} (#68800) Server strain caused by chased lionesses (S): Lionesses chased early are deleted (Like chased males and chased females under 2 years) (Bonus: This could reduce the number of generic NCLs being saved in the pool of chased lionesses + actually improve the number of 'genuine' chased lionesses?) ~Suggestions~ ⚡Patchidk (#161180): Applicable via an event mask 🍪Cookie🍪 (MS solaris) (#191597): Breed only personality or combo personality (Feel free to offer your comments for here! They'll be added with credit!) For comparison, here's a guide to existing personalities and their effects! If you feel like leaving a "no", please comment with your reasons so I can hopefully balance this suggestion better. If you feel like leaving a support, thanks! I'd still love to hear why! Tentative support? While I would absolutely love this, it would make the Claim 50 Lionesses quest so much easier along with rapidly raising impression... Adding an energy cost should do it, along with maybe instead keeping the trade cooldown so they don't flood the market? Only chase! 0 players like this post! Like? |

We have it for others, why not for chasing? I support it because I know this could help others, but I’ll be sticking to my fatherly <3 0 players like this post! Like? |

maybe hyperactive X arrogant to make impatient? also, i think it would make more sense to somewhat shorten the cooldown for the others, because why would chasing be different while the others are exactly the same? it sort of feels like there's not really much of a point to it unless you're obsessed with claiming lionesses lolol 0 players like this post! this would be super useful for the lioness quest. definitely support. you could do so many funny cub training things. just a random thing but maybe for training you could do something like this? Chasing: success: after only 5 false starts, [name] managed to wait long enough to actually run the race. + training xp failure: [Name] took off before you could tell him where the race ended. And now he is running the wrong way. Okay, then. Pouncing: success: [Name] worked hard to concentrate on the gerbil, and was able to pounce on it as a result. And now he's eating it. Hey! He was supposed to leave it alive for a bit! Oh well. + training xp failure: [Name] didn't take enough time to judge the distance between him and the gerbil, and ended up pouncing right behind it instead of on it. Wrestling: success: When it was [Name]'s turn to wrestle, he immediately rushed at his opponent, catching them off guard. He was supposed to wait for you to say start, but at least he won. + training xp failure: By the time it was [Name]'s turn to wrestle, he had already gotten bored and wandered off with his friends to go play something else. Climbing: success: [Name] couldn't wait to see what you were bringing back from your patrol. He climbed all the way up a tree so that he could see you long before the other cubs could. +training xp failure: You told [Name] to wait a day before climbing the cliff, as it had just rained last night. But no, he HAD to do it today. You finally agree to watch him and ouch that looked like it hurt. And now his mom is giving you a dirty look. Stalking: success: [Name] didn't want to wait until a pridemate had finished with their snack. He wanted it, and he wanted it now. He was able to sneak up on them and steal it, though the sound of him running off alerted them to the fact. +training xp failure: [Name] didn't see those dry sticks. Or leaves. They were in too much of a hurry to sneak up on you. You turned around and informed him that a herd of elephants was quieter. Yeah these are just some ideas, feel free to ignore 0 players like this post! Like? |

There would have to be some type of constraint in place. Because there wouldn’t be anything stopping them from sifting through a bunch of NCLs on a daily basis and collecting quite a bit of chased or CRB lionesses. Which might be unfair. Provided they had a lot of energy to do this of course 0 players like this post! Like? |

Omg today i was literally thinking about how annoying the cooldowns are! This is a great idea, however i agree that it needs to be balanced somehow, because it sounds very OP right now. I'm really looking forward to this. Support! 0 players like this post! Like? |

Oooh this is cool, def support! I am actually in the process of making like 3+ personality suggestions myself lmao. I'd suggest having a *additional* separate button, so maybe "Reject/Eject", which sounds a little more instant (in my opinion), so there would be Chase (gray), Nature Reserve (Green), Kill (Red) and Reject/Eject (Blue/Orange/Black?). This would be the same as Kill/Reserve, meaning that it would take 5% energy and wipe the lion, but still give the option to chase normally once the cooldown is over. Maybe have dialogue for that as well, so something like "The unwanted lion was gone in a flash", or something along those lines, adding emphasis to the whole "no waiting" theme, therefore the "in a flash". I think it could make it a little easier, with it's own separate feature, but just my opinion 0 players like this post! Like? |

I hadn't considered a separate button, but with the ammount of changes being suggested it might make more sense come to think of it I'll add it to the suggestions, thanks! 0 players like this post! Like? |
