This RP is closed and has been remade here: LINK A feminine, monotone voice echoes through the halls of a suburban family home, "An estimated 250 dogs live at the plant itself, 225 in the city of Chernobyl, and hundreds more roam around, for a total of more than 1,000, according to SPCA International. Wolves and the need for food have driven the dogs from wooded areas surrounding the plant into the Exclusion Zone." Suddenly, a sharper female voice cuts in. "Don't watch something so depressing, sweetie. The puppies are fine." The screen goes black. setting music The city is picturesque from the television screen. Though living amongst the crumbling, overgrown, radioactive buildings is another hell entirely. Dogs whose ancestors were abandoned by their masters in order to escape the explosion generations ago still remain here to this day, too far into the Exclusion Zone to be saved by any humans residing outside of Chernobyl. Many have been born with birth defects, sometimes visible but more often affecting their minds, organs and lifespans. Two major packs have risen out of the dust, Abolition and Insurgent. The packs have always been at odds but due to the encroachment of wolves and low resources, space is low and tempers are at an all time high. Can they come together to overcome the odds or will their own greed tear them down?
Current season: Early Winter. [Frigid temperatures. Long nights, short and dark days.] Current major events: Time Skip!! 9/5 Two Abolition dogs have been killed by Insurgent pack members. This has caused unrest in both packs. A massive snow storm has swept over Chernobyl, bringing an early winter and a shortage of supplies.

Kardama | Loner | Location: Insurgent Outskirts. Mentions: Artemis (Directly.) Medusa (Indirectly.) The wind had picked up, whistling past the female's torn ears and causing her war-tarnished limbs to ache from the numbing cold. She had lost her dear sister in the white wasteland, not that it was of much importance to either of them. She would simply search for her once things died down again. Her pitch-black frame trudged through the snow, gaze narrowed to keep the biting flakes from entering her eyes. She was seeking shelter of any kind to wait out the storm. Her initial plan was to return to the forest outside of Abolition, but it seemed as though the blizzard wasn't going to allow her to get there in a timely manner. Such is fate. Kardama paused and swung her head around as a sudden noise caught her attention. Her shredded ears perked slightly, the wind causing them to whip back and forth wildly like small flags. It was the clear, desperate cry of a feral canine. Now why would a wolf pup be out in weather like this? She thought, her massive head cocking to the side slightly out of curiosity. They sounded like they needed help, perhaps they were lost? She mulled over the idea for a moment before giving the chilling wind a sniff. She grimaced lightly as the frigid feeling invaded her lungs, causing her to let out a single cough. If a youngster were out in this storm they wouldn't last long. Perhaps it was a fortuity waiting to happen? Is it truly my place to see that they live? No, not really. It was worth investigating though, she decided, and so she wheeled around and began to push towards the source of the howl. She could barely make out the pup's golden fur against the ice as she approached. The scene was almost comical to the brutish female and her cherry eyes bored into the shivering figure as she emerged from the onslaught of snow. "Bold of you to cry out like that with so many hungry mouths around." She spoke, voice as icy cold as the breeze that lashed into her body. Her gaze wandered away from the pup and towards the surrounding buildings. They were in Insurgent, alright. It wasn't a place Kardama was particularly fond of, nor was he interested in getting caught by one of their meddlesome scouts. She clicked her tongue and swung away from the pup, "Best to get out of the weather before you're buried alive." She called over her shoulder, beckoning the other canine along wordlessly. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Artemis| Loner Pup| Insurgent Territory| Mentions- Kardama (Directly) The wolf pup jumped up with a yelp as a voice called out. A huge, huge scarred dog stared at her, then turned away. 'Best to get out of the weather before you're buried alive.' The giant hound set off in a direction and Artemis shook herself, then trudged through the snow to follow. 'Wh-where re we going?' she said bravely, the wind lashing her tail around. She struggled to keep up for a moment, then ducked around the big dame's other side and was spared from most of the wind. Arty was dwarfed by the other canine's size. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Daivik | Insurgent Camp/Territory | @Curly, Aramis [directly] Quillon [indirectly] Daivik's gaze fell onto the needle. He shivered, but not from the cold- his thick pelt was enough to keep him warm enough. He frowned slightly. "I don't know. Flat-faces are... Creepy." He look back to it, trying to observe it more closely without moving towards it. "It looks just thin enough to cause a sharp prick, though...." He glanced at Curly, locking eyes with her for just a moment. She really doesn't like that thing, does she He turned, facing the direction they were going before the sudden stop. "Um, there's no use dwelling on it, right? We should get going." There was a hesitant pause. "You can walk beside me, if it'd make you a little less nervous.. Or... Uh, something?" Daivik's eyes fell to the snowy ground before him, feeling awkward. He wasn't really sure about how to communicate with the other dog without making a fool of himself. He suddenly looked up to the source of the heavy panting in front of him. "Thank the Gods I found you two! Please, we need your help. Shadow and I found Quillon and he's in bad shape, a loner attacked him. Please, we don't have much time." He blinked, taking in that bit of information. Ah, it's Aramis!.. Quillon is hurt? He glanced at Curly, then back to the spotted dog. "Yes, of course." Was the first thing he could think of saying when she'd began hovering away. His tail, still held high, motioned for the golden dog to follow Aramis, stepping forwards to do just the same. Roland | Outside of territories (Abandoned storehouse) | @Vanadis Roland grunted at the pup's momentary struggle, watching as she scrambled desperately before him. This was rather funny to him, considering that the most he would bother to do is probably nip her tail, yet here she was, seeming like she was facing imminent death. "L-leave me alone." His eyes narrowed, scarred muzzle twisting a little bit. At least she's trying to speak. His sleek form circled around her a bit more, so that he was no longer blocking the exit. It wasn't worth trapping her- he didn't know what he'd been thinking, really. Probably just habit. "No." He grinned just a little bit. "Well, at least you aren't lying." He suddenly realized that his accent might be a bit hard to understand, so he decided to try and enunciate his next words a bit more clearly. "Don't worry, I won't hurt you. I may be a brawler but pups are where my jaws stop." Roland sat, ceasing the rather territorial-seeming circling he'd been doing. He didn't really know what to do from here- depended all on how the wolfpup reacted, he supposed. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Shadow | Insurgent Territory | Quillion They hummed softly in thought as Quillion asked for tales of their puphood instead. "Alright, I understand. My past is much easier to share I suppose." They gently nudged at his paws, curling them underneath him so they could wrap their tail around him to keep him warmer. They licked his cheek once before putting their muzzle next to his ear and speaking softly. "When I was a pup, my parents were killed by a bear or something. I don't remember this, but Slate told me. He's my brother, did you know that? I learned after you left. Anyways, our parents were killed. After a few weeks of wandering on my own, trying to teach myself to survive, Isa found me. At the time, I was a young pup who had just lost their parents and was losing all hope of surviving on my own. Isa looked like some sort of goddess when she found me, outlined by the sun and surrounded by the corpses of buildings, I was in awe of her majesty. //Majesty in this situation refers to her stance or bearing.// At this time Isa was considering leaving the pack she was a part of to create her own. She knew that her pack would eat a young helpless pup like me, and didn't want to see my potential wasted." Shadow's voice takes on a bitter tint for that last sentence before they shake their head and return to their normal tone. "She took me to Abolition, or more specifically, to their healer Ferrer. She knew nothing of caring for pups and didn't care to learn, so Ferrer took me in and raised me in her stead. I loved and respected Ferrer, but he was never able to break down the walls those weeks wandering alone had built around my soul. After a year or two of living with him and being his pup, I followed Isa to Insurgent. By this time she had pups and had already driven out their father for Jet's 'defects' as she put it. I was a strong, obedient yearling who was loyal to her and no one else, so after a few months she made me beta. I was honored to serve by her side. Little did I know how she was treating her pups. After meeting you three for the first time, my loyalty has slowly drained away, replaced by... we'll call it friendship for now... with her pups." They gently lick Quillion's muzzle before asking "are you warm enough love?" Likaen | Abolition Camp | Ferrer, Shatter, Deanira, Synopy, Rye Likaen gently pressed his nose to Ferrer's pelt as he pushed past after treating Shatter's paw. "I'm sure you'll find him. You care for him too much for the gods to let you lose him." Likaen then turned to Shatter, who was slowly making her way down the steps of the reactor. "If you will follow me, I will show you to a den you can use to rest until you're well enough to leave" He looked to Rye for a moment. "Sunshine, would you please let Deanira and Synopy know that I will be needing to speak with them?" 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 17/09/21 @ 07:46:12 by α©αͺEαα―Oαͺα΄E~αΌ/T (#237195) |

Vanadis | Loner Pup | Location: Unclaimed Territory, Abandoned Storehouse Mentions: Roland(Directly) Her fearful gaze watched the larger brute circle around her so that he wasn't blocking the entrance of the store anymore, which was a relief, at least. She didn't make a move for it though to escape, though it appeared as though she thought about it, her gaze lingering around the exit for a heartbeat or two. If she tried to break away and run again, who knows if her paws will actually have a grip on the floor this time? She didn't want to make a fool of herself like that ever again, plus turning her back on someone wasn't a good idea. Heimdalli taught her that. Her ears lifted from being pressed against her skull as the brute spoke again in his thick accent. "Well, at least you aren't lying." She huffed in what could be taken as an agreement, before hesitantly and slowly rolling onto her paws now that the other wasn't looming over her. "Don't worry, I won't hurt you. I may be a brawler but pups are where my jaws stop." It didn't click in Vanadis's head that this brute may be that savage brawler that her peers warned her of so much, if she did she probably would have flopped on her back again. From the stories she heard the brute was a cruel brute who mauled anyone who came near, regardless of who they were. He sounded scary, and to discover that he actually shows mercy to anyone, even puppies, was something that Vanadis wouldn't believe so quickly. Her parents may have exaggerated said stories, but Vanadis wouldn't know that. "...Okay." Came another short response from the young dame, not looking very convinced that the other wouldn't hurt her like he said. She watched him sit down while she remained standing on her wobbly legs. Vanadis watched him for a moment warily, contemplating her next move. There could be a chance he's seen my parents- or Heimdalli. She thought hopefully, an ear flicking at the thought. Finally, she'd speak out in a sentence that wasn't just a single word, albeit a little hesitantly. "Have you seen some dogs around here? Two of them are wolves, one of them looks like one but isn't." She asked, careful not to explicitly say she was looking for her family, though it was clear to anyone that she was asking exactly that. If she did have a family or at least someone with her, she wouldn't be trudging along all on her lonesome, especially at her age. She gazed at the other expectantly, a small look of hope on her young features as she did. Vanadis was practically praying that he had. She couldn't wait to reunite with them, and in addition to that, she was getting hungry. She finally broke her gaze away from the other brute to glance around the store once more, an ear still swiveled in his direction. She sniffed, before turning to look at him again. "If you live here you probably shouldn't stay for too long. This place looks like an area where this really tough dog lives. my parents told me about him. He'd hurt you if he found you." At this point it was made clear to the other that she really was unaware that he was the brute who held such a savage reputation. "He sounds scary." She said in a typical pup-like, innocent fashion. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Roland | Outside of territories (Abandoned storehouse) | @Vanadis "...Okay." At the one-word response, Roland's ear twitched. It was annoying, but he didn't feel like snapping at her. "Have you seen some dogs around here? Two of them are wolves, one of them looks like one but isn't." His little brows lifting, thinking for a brisk moment. "Sorry kid, I haven't. Dogs and wolves alike tend to avoid the area unless they're looking to get hurt." This made him think. Wasn't this pup a loner? It was surprising to him that she didn't recognize him from stories or descriptions. But oh well- it's not like it mattered at this point. "If you live here you probably shouldn't stay for too long. This place looks like an area where this really tough dog lives. my parents told me about him. He'd hurt you if he found you." A proud grin crossed his muzzle. So she has heard of me. Silly pup. "He sounds scary." Roland chuckled, twisting around and lifting a back leg to give himself a brief scratch. He was quick to straighten his posture once he had gotten the itch, looking down at the pup. "You are inside of his storehouse, you know?" 0 players like this post! Like? |

Kardama | Loner | Location: Insurgent Outskirts. Mentions: Artemis. "Wh-where re we going?" Kardama's ear tilted back as the pup spoke but she kept eerily silent. Out of the weather, of course. The broad thought, shutting her eyes as a gust of wind sent a blast of snow into her face. The answer was blatantly clear, at least she thought, so the youngster's question went verbally unanswered. She began to run her inky nose against the edge of a building, prying at all the nooks and crannies for an opening. Locked up like a tomb. Her head shook wildly as she rid it of the ice that had stuck to her muzzle. She took a few steps forwards and began to probe at a different wall in the same fashion, a soft huff of triumph escaping from her maw as she was met with a slightly loose doorway. As she pushed against it, however, it was clear that it had been frozen shut. A few moments of trying to bust it open with only her nose proved to be ineffective, and Kardama took a step back to gaze at the entrance intently. "Step back, miss." Was Artemis' first and only warning. The tank of a dog leapt forward and slammed into the metal door with her shoulder, shaking it violently. A loud "crunch" could be heard as a sheet of ice fell from the frame and crashed to the ground. She reeled back once again and sprang forwards, the hinges creaking loudly as the sheet of metal gave way and swung open into the dark expanse of the building. Kardama snorted and stared into the vacant room for a few heartbeats, eventually turning her scarred face towards the wolfdog. "After you." She woofed. Isa | Insurgent Leader | Location: Insurgent Camp. Mentions: Jet. "What do I owe to you?" The dog froze in an uncanny stance, her sharp gaze piercing into Jet's features as he spat his venom-filled words into her face. "Oh right. NOTHING." The anger that flooded into her body crackled like lightning, her muscles tensing as her head craned back in an odd fashion. She was thinking, as best she could past the onslaught of rage that invaded her mind. Her eyes flashed towards the wheels at the other canine's hips and her lips peeling back slowly into a grimace. Isa lurched forwards without warning and slammed into her son's ribs. The impact was intended to tip the other dog over onto his side. Her teeth clamped around his throat in a dangerous fashion, though not hard enough to do any damage. She brought her paw up and slammed it down onto Jet's neck, pinning him against the icy ground. "What do you owe me?" She hissed into his face, teeth bared inches away from his cheek. "Your life, you insolent little runt." The words were a mere whisper at first, growing all the more frenzied as she all but yelled the word 'runt' into his sensitive ear. Where has this insubordination come from? How could he possibly have lost all sense in the week he's been missing? She raked her tongue across her teeth in thought, leaning her head away from Jet's and staring off into camp. "You've been speaking to your brother, haven't you? Filling your head with this feign defiance?" A soft, cold laugh escaped through her teeth and she removed her paw from his throat. "I should have known." Her voice was distant, cold. The feeling of betrayal she had felt earlier was just as fresh and painful. I'll have his throat. She thought, glaring down at Jet intensely. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Aramis | Insurgent Scout | Location: Insurgent Border Mentions: Shadow, Quillon, Daivik, Curly(Directly) Rye(Indirectly) Aramis huffed in relief as the brute in front of her agreed to help. "Thank you." She noticed the look of horror that crossed itself on the golden dame's face as Aramis informed them of what happened, frowning slightly. Curly and Aramis barely talked, infact, they haven't talked properly at all, but she did take notice on the fact that Curly's personality was.. strange. Not in a bad way, just not what you would expect in Insurgent, nor Chernobyl as a whole. Now, Aramis found her personality similar to the brute she met earlier today at the border, except dialed up to a ten, always friendly and always smiling. Aramis almost felt bad that she had to bring her to such a scene, especially without really talking to her before. Still, she whirled around, setting off in a fast pace. "Shadow is still with him, if we get him to Raymond quick I'm sure he'll be okay. When I left to find you guys he could barely stand, though. She said, her tone darkening by the end of her sentence. A shiver passed through her frame as she became aware of how much colder it had gotten than it was previously, her head lifting up to gaze up at the sky. The vibrant blue hue of the sky was slowly being hidden away by significantly darker clouds that were rolling in from the distance. nother storm, are you serious? The pace Aramis led them at didn't take them too long to stumble upon Quillon and Shadow. Her eyes squinted, relaxing once she spotted Shadow's black coat among the snow immediately. She paused, turning to look at Daivik and Curly, nudging her nose in her brothers direction. "There." She said, shivering as a breeze cut through her short coat. Once she'd gotten close she barked out softly, watching as Shadow had themself curled around Quillon, who looked alarmingly tired. It looked like they were talking before she came up to them. "Shadow, QUillon, I'm back, with some help as well." She said, looking gratefully over to the two warriors with her. Aramis suspected they'd two of them or more would have to support Quillon on either side to help him walk. Her head would turn to fix Quillon with a concerned gaze. "Is he feeling alright?" Vanadis | Loner Pup | Location: Unclaimed Territory, Abandoned Storehouse Mentions: Roland(Directly) "Sorry kid, I haven't. Dogs and wolves alike tend to avoid the area unless they're looking to get hurt." Vanadis almost completely missed the last bit of his sentence, her shoulders sagging slightly as he informed him he hadn't, in fact, seen anybody. She frowned sadly, her head lowering as she plopped herself on her rump. Her ears flicked as she recalled the last bit of his sentence however, fixing him with a quizzical, still cautious gaze with her head tilted to the side. "Then why are you here? Are you looking to get hurt?" It wasn't made to be a hostile comment, in fact, it was a subtle attempt to humour herselfβto distract herself from her nerves. It did little to really aid her though, the most it did was have her tail tip flick against the cold ground just slightly. She looked confused as the other chuckled at what she thought was a very generous warning, her large ears pricking on her head. Whats so funny about that? Is he not afraid? He must be very brave then. She thought, blinking at the scarred brute thoughtfully. "You are inside of his storehouse, you know?" The thoughtful look in her gaze quickly shifted to alarm as this was tossed out casually, ears flying back to being pressed against her skull as she realized what he was insinuating rather quickly. "No- if you were him you would have eaten me by now." She challenged, subconsciously backing further away from him, a frightened yip almost breaking from her as she pressed against a shelf. Vanadis's comment completely disregarded the fact that he claimed to not hurt puppies just minutes prior. From what she's heard this brute didn't care about the victim of his attacks, in fact, it sounded as if he wouldn't bat an eye towards attacking a puppy that was foolish enough to wander into his territory. Like Vanadis herself. A part of him believed him, but the majority of herself refused to. Didn't he have a scar on his chest though? She thought, eyes wandering over to the scar on his chest that she eyed earlier. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 17/09/21 @ 17:31:50 by Skippy Brambles Bon Vaunenπ (#188943) |

Quillon | Insurgent Warrior | Location: Insurgent Territory. Mentions: Shadow, Aramis, Daivik, Curly. Quillon let his head slowly lower back to the ground, listening intently as Shadow recalled their puphood. His gaze was distant and he fought the fog in his brain. It was a calming, terrifying, feeling that coaxed him to drift off to sleep. His ears twitched occasionally, an indication that he was still keeping up with their story as they talked. Some things he had known, some other information was news to him. He's my brother, did you know that? The sentence made him glance back towards his beta. He hadn't known that Slate was their brother, but as he recalled the brute's interactions with Shadow it seemed to make sense to him. His jaw clenched as they went on recall their history with his mother, nodding slightly as they explained that their loyalty was waning. As is mine. He wanted to reply, but couldn't seem to form the words in time. He jolted a bit as Shadow leaned to lick his muzzle, the feeling jogging him back to his senses. "Are you warm enough love?" He wasn't entirely sure how to answer. "I think so." Quillon replied after a hesitant silence. His body felt numb, vibrating even. The snow at his sides and haunches had discoloured into a bright shade of red, but the bleeding had almost completely ceased at last. It didn't make him feel any better, however, if anything he still felt quite deflated as he lie there nestled between the ground and Shadow. Multiple sets of pawsteps made his ears perk forwards. "Shadow, Quillon, I'm back, with some help as well." He raised his gaze to meet Aramis, his tail thumping lightly against the ground. "Is he feeling alright?" Lifting his head once again, he gazed at the two warriors lingering behind his sister for a moment before opening his muzzle to reply. "Never felt better." He joked feebly, slowly stretching his legs out ahead of him to rid them of the pins and needles. A soft gust of wind caused him to glance towards the sky, a single snowflake falling from the air and landing on his nose. It was soon followed by a wave of it's brothers. His expression dropped at the sight of the darkening clouds in the sky, a sudden feeling of haste setting in. Ferrer | Abolition Healer | Location: Abolition Territory. Mentions: Likaen. His glare was set intensely on the entrance to the plant, Likaen's nudge making him falter for only a moment. "I'm sure you'll find him. You care for him too much for the gods to let you lose him." Ferrer's face crumpled in anguish, but the expression was fleeting. As he pushed past he had regained his composure, making haste as he stepped out into the light. His heavy paws crunched through the ice-laden snow, growing further from camp with each step. The dimming of the sky went unnoticed by the wiry canine, his focus was entirely on locating Slip's pawprints on the ground. Thank the gods it hasn't snowed this morning. He thought with a sigh as he finally spotted the tiny footsteps. They lead in a clear line away from the reactor. Ferrer's heart pounded in his ears as he bolted to follow them. It didn't take long for the snowflakes to begin drifting down from the sky, causing the miniscule prints to obscure from his vision. "No. Don't do this now." He cursed the sky, glaring up at it with detest. Lowering his head to the ground, he pressed his wiry muzzle into the snow. If he couldn't see Slip's tracks, he'd just have to follow his scent, which seemed to be leading him directly for the border. "Augh, you slippery little lad. Where have you gone off to?" He spoke dejectedly under his breath, worried gaze settling on the distance. Rye | Abolition Warrior | Location: Abolition Territory. Mentions: Likaen, Synopy, Deanira. Rye had sat obediently outside the apothecary, eyes staring intensely at the stairs as he half-listened to the dogs inside. He was much too squirmy to witness the procedures that went on in the confines of that space, and the scent of the room itself made him quite nervous. His tail thumped lightly as Ferrer rushed past, not so much as giving Rye a glance of acknowledgement. He cocked his head slightly at the dog's hurry, humming slightly. "Sunshine, would you please let Deanira and Synopy know that I will be needing to speak with them?" He hopped to his paws at the order, tail waving behind him. "Yes, sir." He replied diligently before stumbling down the steps. He bounced out of the dreary plant, quite happy to be outside in the sunlight again. He quickly spotted the two females sitting beside one another, his bright eyes sparkling as he greeted them. "Good evening!" He called out to the dames, his ears pinning back as he realized they were currently talking to one another. "Ah, sorry if I'm interrupting. Likaen wishes to speak with you both." He added sheepishly, tucking his tail and offering them a smile. "I'm sure it's important, otherwise he wouldn't have sent me." He motioned over his shoulder as he spoke about the third leader, pointing towards his location with his muzzle. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Roland | Outside of territories (Abandoned storehouse) | @Vanadis One of his little brows cocked up at her. "Eaten you? I might be 'The Ravager' and all, but I'm certainly not a cannibal, kiddo." His dusty blue eyes studied her as she backed away from him. He huffed. "Besides, I've mentioned it before, but pup blood is a big ol' nein from me." He yawned, standing up and stretching a little bit before he trudged to another corner, stopping at a pretty decent sized shelf. "Anyhow, I wouldn't suggest leaving any time soon. The storm is worsening, by the looks of it." He motioned blatantly towards the glass door, where darkened clouds could be seen clearly against the blank white sky. Roland huffed, standing besides the shelf. He pressed his head against it, readjusted his stance, then pushed. Although this particular shelf wasn't on wheels, he seemed to be moving it forwards well enough. He struggled for a few moments before giving a last, confident push. The shelf now sat in front of the glass door, slightly darkening the storehouse altogether. "Just in case the storm gets bad..." He murmured, mostly to himself. "Although, you may leave anytime you want, if you really prefer getting frostbite and dying of hypothermia over sitting in the storehouse for a bit." He gave the shelf another quick shove, making sure it was against the door, then made his way over to the opposite side of the storehouse, where a very large collection of torn pillows and blankets were compiled. He laid promptly on top of one side of it, of which seemed to have an imprint- it was where he always slept. However, the opposite side of the pile seemed, oddly, completely untouched. He snuggled up in his nest, looking at the pup and wondering briefly what she would do. Daivik | Insurgent Territory | @Curly, Quillon, Aramis, Shadow As they arrived upon the scene, Daivik's soft grey brows furrowed. "Ah, this certainly is bad.." He dipped his head respectfully to both Shadow and Quillon, a quick greeting. His nose twitched. He didn't need to look up to sense the oncoming storm. "I hate to try and take control of the situation, but if we are to get Quillon back to camp safely, or at least to a place to stay until this storm blows over, we should really get going. He walked over to the spotted dog's side, quickly surveying his wounds. "Moving will hurt. However, if you press your side onto something, it will at least stop some of the bleeding. Do you think you can muster up the strength to walk if me and another support you?" He glanced briskly to Aramis, nervousness flickering across his gaze. I hate to act like a leader in this situation... But somebody needed to take the initiative, and quickly..... Next he looked to Shadow. They seemed close to Quillon. He hoped they weren't annoyed by him. His gaze dropped to the ground. "I'm sorry if I'm moving in too quickly. I just want to put Quillon's health as our first priority right now, and.... And sitting around isn't going to help." This apology was to the group as a whole. His eyes moved up, scouring each of the dog's faces for some form of approval, or at least acceptance. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 17/09/21 @ 19:08:49 by lemon (#238465) |

Kahno | Location: Abolition Territory | Mentions: None He'd just set his eyes on an unclaimed piece of prey, the thin white rabbit stood motionless as the thin dog crept forward. He was ready and prepared for a chase when the heavy winds and thick snow began to blow at his tall, skinny frame. It was a short gust, yet strong, likely meaning the start of a storm. He'd lived through them before, each year feeling worse than the last on his weakening bones, though that wasn't his priority at the moment. In his confusion, Kahno thought his hunt was over, yet the rabbit stayed, ice and frost clinging helplessly to the animal's soft pelt. It would only take a short leap, the tall mutt had inched his way closer to the now-grazing meal, his jaw hanging open ready for the attack. Sure enough, just as he predicted, Kahno scored his prize, much to his "excitement". His face held the same sense of contempt and annoyance as usual, though his eyes were alight and proud. Now he could finally head home with his gift, his sister would likely be happy with a fresh meal, at least that's what he thought. Sana | Location: Outside the territories -->Outside Insurgent Territory| Mentions: Demesu The she-dog had been wandering aimlessly around the city as heavy gusts blew through the alleyways, some colliding with her thin frame. The ice and snow had quickly begun to cover the tracks of her beloved son, pulling the white dog further into the unknown area. The once distant scents from before had now come closer than ever, though still growing fainter with the winds. She'd not seen hide nor tail of any of them, and that likely was for the best. Sana wasn't in a fighting mood, if she ever was, and even worse she'd likely be easily overpowered by any other dog. "Where are you?" She'd breath out the words, worry echoing in her voice. Demesu | Location: Insurgent Borders | Mentions: Sana The large mass of fur had continued to move at a slow and cautious pace, his ear folded back in near-constant fear as the mutt snuck around the territory. His senses were being constantly buffeted by the smells and sounds of other dogs, reminding him to be on the lookout for anything and everything. Demesu knew for a fact that at some point, he'd travelled too far in the wrong direction and was at risk of running into another dog. Without his mother's presence and guidance, the fearful pup felt weak and deeply alone in this city. 0 players like this post! Like? |
