Welcome to Athena's Adoption Center!
 We (the broodmothers) take in and adopt out unwanted babies! RULES: 1. DO NOT adopt if the plan is to chase/kill/sell or otherwise. *When adopting, please use NAMES in the RP response, and then put the links at the end. Using links in place of names makes it hard to read, but it helps me keep them in order if you include a link at the end. **BROODMOTHERS ARE NOT ADOPTABLE. Zarinthia confidently entered the cave, a wide smile on her face despite the slightly dark circles under her eyes. She was glowing. "Mornin' Athena! I hope I'm not intruding? I'm here to offer any expectant mothers a safe place to deliver their cubs and maybe a permanent pride... though that's up to Dianthus to decide. Perhaps the lioness named Ambrosia would like to stay with us until her cubs arrive? And I'm enjoying motherhood! Sophia and Ember are keeping my paws full but I wouldn't have it any other way." the lioness chirped, "Speaking of... Sophia keeps asking for a sister and I won't be having cubs anytime soon. The little she-cub, I think her name was Amaryllis? Well, I'd love to adopt her." She smiled, sending a welcoming purr towards the little cub and a warm smile towards the pregnant lioness. Athena grins back at the gold lioness and answers, "I'm so glad to hear that little Sophia is settling in well! Thank you again for giving her a home, it means the world to all of the broodmothers here that we can give some young ones a better future. Now, your adoption! Amaryllis..." The silver lioness looks around the cave, a small smile still on her newly youthful-looking face. "Ah! Here she is, Amaryllis, sweetheart, this lioness will take you to your new home." The small she-cub slowly approaches the two lionesses. Reaching Zarinthia, she returns the quiet purr and leans into her. Athena speaks again, "I will go and speak to Ambrosia now, and tell her the news." She disappears into the back of the cave and returns a moment later followed by a pregnant lioness who shyly ducks behind the older female. "Thank you," the younger one says as she dips her head, "there aren't many who would take in an expecting stranger. Thank you." 0 players like this post! Like? |

A large lioness walked in, her paws slightly muddied from a hunt. "Hello Athena! I am Eris one of our other lionesses came by to drop off our baby Onyx, I've come to inform you two of our cubs are restless and continue to keep our brood mother up. They refuse to train and we've become worried for the two, they were found in our territory. Must be why they're having trouble adjusting.." She murmured before bringing the two forward. "This is duckweed and this is charcoal." The two cubs looked around and sat down bowing their heads, "am I doing this right?" They would ask. "We hope you would take the two in.. We hope you'll be able to keep them in check, since our brood mother is newer she has troubles with all the cubs. Making it hard to keep the stubborn ones under control." Athena sighs and nods her head. "I understand. Some cubs are... difficult. However, I have no doubt that we'll be able to find them new homes. They can stay here." A large lion walks into Adoption Center walking around and looks at the broodmothers and smiles and says "I hope all these cute little lions,cubs get adopted,that am looking for a cub to join the family" the lion gets up and looks around abit at the cubs,lions he gets up close to Charcoal,to greet them,gives them a kind looking smile.The lion walks away from Charcoal.he gos up to the broodmothers, says "one of my cubs keep asking for siblings,and i think i remember passing by them and they said their name was Charcoal?" 0 players like this post! A male lion walks in the adoption Center after a bloody fight and tird from the fight and walks, looks at Whittle,Xena,Gaze,Ambros,Cookie,Aksu,Duckweed Playing together as he walks past them looking around more at the other lions,gos to the broodmothers, says "one of my liones cubs have been begging us for some friends to play with and I think I just meet some of the cubs hear and and let me think if I can remember their names?" Two lionesses enter the cave, one touched by golden marks the other bearing the colors of the sunset. They confidently approach the head broodmother, warm smiles in place. "Hello, my name is Altynay and this is my sister, Cyrus. We're part of Dianthus' pride. We've come here today to ask that the cub called Apollon come home with us. Our Sun goddess, Solani, has blessed this cub with golden markings similar to myself. As such, our King has given his permission to adopt this male cub. That is if you'll allow us? From where she sat, Athena nodded at the two lionesses. “yes, you may take him with you. Thank you for giving him a home.” She turns her head, looking around the cave for the gold marked cub. Catching sight of him, she calls out, “Apollon, dear, could you come here?” He doesn’t seem to hear her, and keeps playing with the other cubs. “Oh dear, I don’t want to raise my voice. Peach, sweetheart, could you please fetch him for me?” The elderly lioness turns to a younger one, with brown fur covered in spots and stripes. The younger one gets up and grabs Apollon by his scruff, carrying him over to the gathered lionesses. Athena speaks again, “here he is, finally. Go on, they’ll take you to your new home,” she said to the little cub, gesturing to the two lionesses. 0 players like this post! Like? |
