Welcome to Athena's Adoption Center!
 We (the broodmothers) take in and adopt out unwanted babies! RULES: 1. DO NOT adopt if the plan is to chase/kill/sell or otherwise. *When adopting, please use NAMES in the RP response, and then put the links at the end. Using links in place of names makes it hard to read, but it helps me keep them in order if you include a link at the end. **BROODMOTHERS ARE NOT ADOPTABLE. A young male padded up to Athena, his gaze staying firm to the ground. Behind him stood four cubs, all with confusion settled within their eyes. "Hello, dear. I have these wonderful cubs that I'm sure would fit well within your center. They're a bit reckless, but I'm sure things will work," he chuckled. Despite trying to make light of the situation, there was a hint of guilt in his eyes. "Unfortunately... Our pride is getting too large and I want these cubs to go to a place where they will be safe. Will you take them?" Ivorymaw glanced back at the cubs before finally connecting eyes with the lioness before him. "I don't have much; However, I have a few things I can offer." Athena softly walks towards the male, and purrs at the little ones. She looks up at him and answers “we’ll be more than happy to take them. I’ll do my best to find them new homes.” She tilts her head as she continues, “but, are you certain you’d like to give us these gifts?” Gesturing at the carcass and toys, she says “Our pride is well off and hardly needs them at the moment. “I’m certain we’ll be able to find nice new home for her,” Athena answered in a kind tone. “Don’t you worry yourself one bit. Come along now, little one.” The motherly grey lioness pushes the little she-cub ahead. She resists at first and tries to sit, but even an elderly lioness is stronger than one tiny cub, and eventually she joins the other young ones in their play. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Shaking his bold and bright pelted fur , the king looked at the two cubs who followed behind him like lost lambs . His eyes was filled with grim guilt and a strong passion of admiration of how the lioness Athena had set up an adoption center for the cubs and adolescents . `` Athena , if that is your name .. I have two loveable cubs here in need of a home. I can't separate them and we only have one broodmother to look after all of our cubs but their paws are full. Could they stay here until they need to leave or have a home ? `` He had asked. The king had tried being cold-blooded but to him it was bad . Good to see you again.” The king of the Nightmare Pride said sheepishly. “I’ve stumbled upon a few cubs being sold for outrageously low prices, and I decided to rescue them.” He pushed a small bundle of cubs forward. “I couldn’t help it once I saw their innocent faces, and I know you’ll find good homes for them. I can send you a few toys and some food along with them.” The cubs yawned, pranced about, and wrestled. Rose leaned down and gave them a gentle lick. First facing the bright-furred male, she nods and then purrs at the two small cubs. Nudging them towards the other cubs playing in the cave. Next she turns to the king with the split face. “It’s very kind of you to bring them here, and I’ll do my best to take care of them.
