Sanity wise, no. Not worth it.

Took me about 2 years-ish... My ex friend and I complained about it. But when she left I had no one to rant about it with, so it made so much worse because I had no one to commiserate with. And I tend to hold onto stuff that annoys the hell out of me. So...

Finally finished it a couple months ago.

The worst parts are the end, visiting the dens, giving up a total of 1000 herbs... anything that required a lot of items. I'm not the richest player so I had to rely on what I had buried in terms of amusement and food. Giving up the lions was hard.

I've enjoyed it! I did it fairly quickly with one account and over the course of a year and a half with the other and I don't regret that. I do wish the herb requirements were lower, but if you pick at it every now and then whenever you've time and resources to spare instead of treating it as a race it's not so bad.

I would do something similar even without a reward, I've not used or sold my remnants. The plot is interesting and I like fighting weird crustaceans, I'm a little sad none of their art got reused for the Veil Nebula.

It's worth it if you take it slow. The Interstellar Remnants are worth a lot but you could also get them from explore during july so eh.
And PLEASE do not make the same mistake as I'm doing rn with trying to complete it as fast as possible, it's just a pain.

Depending on what you want the App for, yes or no.
If you want it for a lion, yeah, it's alright.
If you're looking to sell the app, the herb cost alone is more than the app.

Loading 400 dens is tedious even on desktop with a highspeed connection.
If you use mobile, godspeed and goodluck :') my heart goes out to you.
I really do not like this quest, and think it was poorly though out, with simple "quantity" over "quality" of most of the quests.

As a warning, there's some pretty severe body horror in this story that I don't think they append a warning for, and symbolism which harkens to cancer, which I know can be a trigger for those of us who have lost someone to it.
