Hi, no specific rules, nothing inappropriate, specifically nothing graphic, little cussing, nothing racist. TY! I will set the scene, An irritating rattling sound wakes you from your dreams. you are in what seems to be a beautiful oasis, but something seems slightly off, suddenly you realize that beautiful scenery has what looks like about a dozen wolves and drakes with spears, slowly emerging from the dense undergrowth. one of these wolves has instead a small string with a ball attached the source of the noise. each one of these foes has a mask covering their face and they have trapped you in this clearing! suddenly their leader, a female dragon, her shimmering wings being dragged behind her like weights, "You were found along a creek about a mile off from here" she says interestedly, leaning forward, "my second in command found you" she gestures towards the winged wolf with the noise maker. "Lady says you were injured, barely alive. you must've gone far." She leans slightly closer, not a bit afraid, "you aren't the only one, we've found several around the same spot, in the same condition, not all of you are awake yet though." Akira let out a soft chuckle “It’s a dagger. It a shorter version of a sword. I’m giving it to so you are able to defend yourself.” A thought suddenly came to her mind. “I could teach you to wield it if you would like. We will be traveling for some time so I’m sure you’ll learn by the time we reach the town.” Her ears twitch from some foliage rustling. Moira Silverfrost “We could do that, but then you’re not that experienced it probably would be safer to stay on the ground.”, she said. She didn’t offer to carry him just yet, because she wasn’t sure if she would be able to. She turned to the direction she could smell the water, to see if she can notice any dangers. Void She wasn’t exactly sure what a sword was, but she could picture it by looking in the dagger. She had never heard of such a thing. “It would be good, if you could teach me.”, she said, but didn’t make an attempt to take the dagger, as she was not sure where she should put it. She almost asked Akira if she could teach her to hunt too, but she didn’t want her to know about her general inability to survive in the wilderness yet. “I don’t have a bag like you.”, she said after moment. “Where should I put the dagger?” 0 players like this post! Akira frowned “ I suppose I could buy you one when we reach the town. There is always the option to create a holster around your neck or your legs but I do think the back could be way safer for you. Anyways we have a few hours of daylight left and if I remember correctly there should be a dense area of trees soon. We will set up camp and I’ll get us something to eat.” The large tigress continued for about two minutes before turning and walking into the wood a bit. She found a spot of bare ground big enough for both of them and a fire. She set her bag down before signaling for Void to rest. “How is your wound feeling?” She came closer to void to see if her wound bled through the bandages. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Moira Silverfrost “Alright, we should go now then.”, she said and started walking towards the smell of water. Her pace was as fast that she could manage with her hurt paw, while also making sure Vex could follow her. Like always, she moved around silently and scanned the surroundings for threats and shadows to hide in. She explicitly listened for anything odd, as her ears were better than the average wolf’s. Void She nodded and said: “Sounds good to me.” However, she wasn’t sure if a dagger was really the right thing for her. Sure it sounded useful, but it required something like her collar that would make her invisibility useless. She should get rid of that collar soon. Nothing good came from it and then her ability wasn’t useless anymore, in fact it should be quite useful then. She wasn’t sure yet how to do that though. She had been quiet for the rest of the time until they stopped. She immediately lied down then Akira signaled her to rest. “It feels ok.”, she said. It luckily didn’t start bleeding again and didn’t hurt as much as then she woke up, but it still exhausted her. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Vex huffed, lowering his large head to the ground and slithering along the forest floor. he wasn't particularly fast, but what did you expect, he was a giant snake. The sticks and leaves brushing against his scales were fairly irritating and he was unused to it though said nothing, trying to keep up with Moira desperately. this would be much faster if there was actually water here.. 0 players like this post! Akira nodded, “When I come back from hunting I change and reapply the ointment. Tomorrow before we leave I begin your training.” With that said she pivoted and ran off into the surrounding woods. After a few minutes of running she seen small animal tracks and from what she could smell they were from a hare or bagger. Following the tracks she stumbled into a small old campsite. Being cautious she found the small animal eating any remaining food at the camp. In a swift attack she had killed the creature. Doing a final look around she set off back towards where void and her set up camp. Returning she put the creature infront of Void “eat this I will go gather wood for a fire.” 0 players like this post! Like? |

Moira Silverfrost She wasn’t exactly fast either, since she couldn’t put weight on one of her paws and he’d to walk on three. The water was a bit farther away than she hoped it would be, but soon she could see a river. “I can see the water. It’s a river.”, she informed Vex. Void “Good.”, she said and nodded. Then Akira was gone, she lied her head on her paws and closed her eyes, as if she was asleep. She took the time to think about her day. A lot had happened. Mainly she thought about how she could survive on her own. She would have to learn how to hunt. Maybe she could watch Akira on a hunt and learn something this way, if not she would have to learn through trying. Then Akira came back, she opened her eyes again. “Thank you.” She sniffed the creature Akira brought, before staring to eat. Akira darted towards a few hollow trees and began up rooting them. Dragging them to camp she placed them on the opposite side of Void. Going to her bag she pulled out a hatchet and began chopping the wood into smaller more useable pieces. When she finished she tucked the jacket back into her bag and began building the shape for the campfire. Satisfied she went to find moss and rocks of flint. Coming back 2 minutes later she shoved the moss into the wood, pulled some zap from her bag and dumping all over the wood and moss. Finally she nicked 2 flint rocks together to set the fire. With a huff she sat down, “So Void if it’s not too much of a personal question do mind telling me what you do know? You told me you don’t have any memories and such but what do you remember when you first awoke?” 0 players like this post! Like? |

'There's nobody here.' Vex let out a frustrated hiss, flicking his tongue out in attempts to scent something. He huffed, slithering up to the water and quickly diving under the surface. it was much easier to move under water, and he hadn't swam in a long while. The snake peeked his head over the surface once more to look around. 'Blood. Something here was injured.' He murmured after a moment, then paused. 'Hare, I think.' 0 players like this post! Like? |

Void She eyed the fire wary, yet fascinated. She never really saw fire before, but knew it could be very dangerous and yet the dancing flames had something very fascinating. Even though it was warm and seemed to be contained, she kept a certain distance between her and the fire, just to be sure. Then she was finished eating, she leaked her muzzle clean and pushed the bones into a neat pile. Only then Akira asked her, what she could remember, she realized there must have been some misunderstanding. “Well.”, she said. “Actually, I can remember pretty much everything. I just can’t reasonably explain how I got here.” Moira Silverfrost She nodded grimly, she had hoped someone, who could explain how they got to this place, would be here. She watched Vex slithering into the water, then looked for signs that someone had been here not too long ago. She had catched the scent of blood too. “Could be, maybe someone has hunted here.”, she said. Then she had an idea. “We could follow the river.”, she suggested. Akira chuckled, “My apologies I misunderstood. Can you tell me where you are from? And where did you suddenly appear?” She shot up remembering something! “Oh how could I forget please let me change your bandages while you talk” she dug into her bag and pulled out the ointment and bandages. Void She wasn’t sure how much she should tell Akira or if she should answer her questions in general. She would answer them, but stay vague, she decided. She didn’t comment the misunderstanding. “Okay.”, she said and got into a position that would it make easier for Akira to change her bandages. She tensed a bit then Akira touched her. “I’m from a laboratory.”, she answered vaguely. “And I woke up not to far away from where we met.” 0 players like this post! Like? |

Akira began unwrapping the bandage covering the wound and reapplying the ointment. She only paused and raised her head when she heard laboratory. She bit her tongue becoming slightly more on edge hearing of her origins. She went back to tending to the wound and finally rewrapped it in bandage. When finished she returned to her side of camp. A less than kind expression was on her face, “I knew you smelled odd.” Sighing deeply before continuing, “I’ve met another like you and it wasn’t pleasant. I am assuming you don’t wish to return?” She sat and began observing Voids body language and facial expressions. With a huff and a head turn she mumbled, “None the less I won’t hold you accountable for there mistakes nor be so foolish again. I will keep my promise of escorting you and mentoring you along the way. As well as I will ensure no harm will come to you but I will be forward in saying I have little trust in you.” Her expression softened into a solely tired look. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Void She stayed silent the whole time. So, Akira had met someone else like her. She was quite surprised by that and curious. Did she know whoever it was? Perhaps she could ask her. But before she could decide if that was a good idea or not, her mind was occupied with another question. Did she want to go back to the laboratory? She hadn’t thought about it until now. There must be some advantages to going back like she didn’t have to worry about surviving. But it didn’t feel right going back and she didn’t want to. She doesn’t want to live like that anymore. She wouldn’t go back, she decided, if that is even possible. She could understand Akira, she didn’t trust her either. “Who did you meet?”, she asked. 0 players like this post! Like? |
