In the past few years, I've had the same x4 Rosette colorbomb king. He was my dream king, back in the day. Now, however, I've grown bored of him and want something new! This is where y'all come in! For 10  you will design a gorgeous king in the wardrobe!Things to know: ◉ You MUST use the Cinnabar Dinictis Marking somewhere in your design, preferably somewhere in the first 10 slots. ◉ Enter as many times as you'd like! ◉ You can use BO markings! ◉ You may apply decorations or backgrounds. ◉ You may apply mutations and poses. ◉ This contest is scheduled to end around October 1st! 1st Place winner: 10 2nd Place winner: 5 3rd Place winner: 2 Likes ➤ 𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐎𝐑𝐁𝐎𝐌𝐁  ➤ Pastel ➤ I dig details. I look at the eyes, the skin, the base, the mane color, and the mane type. (Please change the base, eyes, mane, mane color, and skin to fit your design.) I don't care how much you change just as long as it looks good. ➤ Breed-Only or Combo Factor Bases ➤ I want my king to look unique! ➤ Please, pile on the markings! Use at least all first ten slots. Dislikes ➤ I am not a fan of Hyena or Proteles markings. ➤ Chatoyant ➤ I dislike all brawl, rumble, and squabble markings. Grunge is okay but just okay. ➤ Immolation ➤ Too many rosettes (One rosette is good, but any more than that, no thank you.) ➤ Blue Poinsettia ➤ Lycaon ➤ Cheetah (Unless Pulsar Cheetah) ➤ Shaded Rosettes Please Note: - Entries with a ⭐️ above them are my current favorites. If your design does not have a star, feel free to make another! - If you would like a critique on your design, please mention so when you post your design! With critiques enabled, you can alter or make new designs that adhere to my preferences, thus making your chance of winning higher! - I don't really care about decorations or backgrounds – I won't be using them once I king my heir. Please Read All Alright, so I have two different ideas. You can use the same lion I've created for both! First; here's the lion I've created ^^ Heir Contest Design Entry As you can tell, there is a lack of decor, the reason being I prefer custom decor on a lot of designs! So for my first initial idea, here are the custom decors I believe you should add; Punky Eyeliner, Conqueror's Mane [White], and Celestial Glow. For my second initial idea, you can use the same custom decors listed, but not the Conqueror's Mane [White]. For this second idea I preferred using these custom decors on the lion; Punky Eyeliner, Celestial Glow, and Imperial Fluff [White]. Of course you can change to your likings and stuff, but those are my ideas! ^^ Hope you like them. I tried my best to make the colors eye-pleasing and stuff and I believe with the right lore and work, she might make a great heir! <3 0 players like this post! Like? |

@DreamerbytheSea - Oh, hell yeah. That's some color. I love the eyes, base, and skin. The markings are fabulous, too. I would love to see more, though! While I love the coherence of your design, I also want to see slots 7-10 being used. I hope you don't mind the critique! It's obvious that you're a good designer, though, and I'd like to see what else you can create. @kxmmvii - Oh, lovely! I like the BO marks and the base. You're right, however, she does lack a bit of color. I'll be honest, and I think I'm going to mention this in my main post, I don't particularly care about the decor that entries use; I'm really only interested in genetics. Thank you! @LionStep - Holy shit, you know how to make contrast. I freaking love it, so many people struggle to achieve the contrast your designs have, and you've done it. I would like to note, though – in the original post, I asked that at least all 10 marking slots be used. It looks like your designs have used very few marking slots! I want to see a lot more color and markings, but please, keep designing. Looks good! @AntleredDoe - Yessss a legitimate and obtainable colorbomb. Thanks for reading my rules and suggestions! That's also one of my favorite backgrounds- anyways, I love your use of color, but I would love to see some bright pinks, purples, or blues in there. Think: pastel. Otherwise, I really like it! Lumi, yes I absolutely suck at colorbombs. But I will try again and give you something better! I was also being kicked by my kid, so I wasn't fully in it. I love designing lions! It took awhile for my to even design and decide on my own kings markings. What bases, colors (like main colors), rosettes and mut are you in love with? @Hannah - Right? I love designing, too! I try to enter as many contests as I can. Sometimes it's fun to just go screw around in the wardrobe and make pretty kitties. I like any super colorful bases – say, arctic, pulsar, hibiscus, ra... List goes on, lol. Markings-wise, I love pulsar, water hyacinth, hibiscus, decennial, cinnabar, dawn, cimmerian... That list also goes on. As for rosettes, I like soft rosettes, but anything can look nice if molded together correctly (except for maybe shaded. Not as big of a fan for shaded.) I honestly don't care much about muts, though! I usually just go with whatever looks best with the design. 0 players like this post! Like? |

@DreamerbytheSea -  Zamn, you got that margay in there too. Love the new markings and colors! I'm glad you're starting to like cinnabar! A lot of people regard it as a nasty, abrasive color. Truth be told – yes, it can be, but only if used incorrectly! I love cinnabar; it's probably my favorite marking color, which is the whole reason why my current king has so many cinnie markings.
