In the past few years, I've had the same x4 Rosette colorbomb king. He was my dream king, back in the day. Now, however, I've grown bored of him and want something new! This is where y'all come in! For 10  you will design a gorgeous king in the wardrobe!Things to know: ◉ You MUST use the Cinnabar Dinictis Marking somewhere in your design, preferably somewhere in the first 10 slots. ◉ Enter as many times as you'd like! ◉ You can use BO markings! ◉ You may apply decorations or backgrounds. ◉ You may apply mutations and poses. ◉ This contest is scheduled to end around October 1st! 1st Place winner: 10 2nd Place winner: 5 3rd Place winner: 2 Likes ➤ 𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐎𝐑𝐁𝐎𝐌𝐁  ➤ Pastel ➤ I dig details. I look at the eyes, the skin, the base, the mane color, and the mane type. (Please change the base, eyes, mane, mane color, and skin to fit your design.) I don't care how much you change just as long as it looks good. ➤ Breed-Only or Combo Factor Bases ➤ I want my king to look unique! ➤ Please, pile on the markings! Use at least all first ten slots. Dislikes ➤ I am not a fan of Hyena or Proteles markings. ➤ Chatoyant ➤ I dislike all brawl, rumble, and squabble markings. Grunge is okay but just okay. ➤ Immolation ➤ Too many rosettes (One rosette is good, but any more than that, no thank you.) ➤ Blue Poinsettia ➤ Lycaon ➤ Cheetah (Unless Pulsar Cheetah) ➤ Shaded Rosettes Please Note: - Entries with a ⭐️ above them are my current favorites. If your design does not have a star, feel free to make another! - If you would like a critique on your design, please mention so when you post your design! With critiques enabled, you can alter or make new designs that adhere to my preferences, thus making your chance of winning higher! - I don't really care about decorations or backgrounds – I won't be using them once I king my heir. Whoosh! Lot's to catch up on. Thanks for all the entries! @Hannah - Yes, he is super cute! I like the markings, and will probably end up increasing the opacity. If you take a look at my king, you'll see I'm all for clashing colors, lol. @DreamerbytheSea - Thank you! @Bingo - On the contrary, your design is quite nice! I like the cotton candy, and it shouldn't be too terribly hard to get. As for a critique, I really like the cinnabar, hibiscus, and pulsar, but I'm not a big fan of labradorite mesh. It's got that brown in there, and I'm just a massive whore for pastel/bright colors. Otherwise, good contrast, but I would love to see some more distinct markings. Thank you! @WindyField - Second Design: Cute new design! Personally, I like the red design better. This design seems to just lack color – I'm really into the bright, eye-burning colors (if you want an example, take a look at my current king!). Also, as a side note, Mottled Rosette is a marking that is only on slot 6. You won't find any lion on Lioden that has it in any other slot. Third Design: Oh, I didn't know dawn and citron could work so well together! First bit looks lovely, but I would remove the brimstone; seems to make it a bit brownish. Thank you! @Bloodwyrm - Oooh, I really like the Burmese and Vitiligo! Makes your design look like morning snowfall However, I would love to see a few more colors! Like I said, I dig colorbombs beyond all absolution. Just a suggestion, though!@Max - OH MY GOD MAX, YES. THIS IS COLORBOMB. THIS IS PASTEL. I love it. There's not too much for me to say here; definitely a new favorite. If you really want to exploit my preferences, though, you'll get replace labradorite mesh and the hyena spots markings with something else. Tbh, I'm just not a huge fan of those markings. Definitely one of the top designs I've seen so far, though. Thank you! @Roby - Updates are absolutely allowed! Gosh, she's so pretty. That pastel is  Looks like a sunrise. Thank you!@kxmmvii - I get it! Colorbombs aren't for everyone. For this design, I love the base and the pink and the blue. If I had to make a critique, I would say add a couple darker shades in there, solely for contrast. Otherwise, lovely! @EmeraldSoul - Pretty pretty pastel bby yes yesyesyes. There's only one critique here, and it comes only from an artist's perspective: her nose sticks out like a sore thumb, so I would love to see either some bright blues implemented on her coat, or replace the nose's color. That is the one singular critique I have, though, and it honestly doesn't carry much weight. Gorgeous! @Zodi - Second Design: Bandit actually looks really good with the other markings you used! A+ for uniqueness, because bandit isn't a color commonly seen around. This design does seem very blended, though, perhaps too much. I like to see distinct markings and bright colors. This does have bright colors, but the colors seem to lose their value in all the blending. Third Design: His mane is pretty colorful, but he's just a bit too brown and blended. Thank you, though! @Azreal - Good job using decennial! It's one of my favorite marking colors. To offer a critique: I think the hoarfrost dust kind of takes away from this design's colorbomb aspect. I like colors that are really bright and in-your-face. This guy's markings are just a bit too blended! @MoonNight - yesyesyesyesyes bright colors, distinct markings, yes. gosh and his decorations are so cute! Thank you! Oh, and yes, I'm adding the photos. If you'd rather me not do so, just let me know! @AntleredDoe - YAAY MARKINGS. Also, bery colorful  Gosh, and his first ten markings look so pretty and unique. Another favorite!@LionStep - Thank you! @Yucca - Thanks for the low decor! I fucking love that smirk- It's awesome how much you lean into the cinnabar in this design. With a lot of designs, I say something along "add more color" when I don't see a freaking rainbow screaming at me, but this design is well made enough to stand on its own! The contrast is beautiful, and I'm a whore for savage mane and quail flecks. @Ares - Nice blending. You managed to make the design really flow well; however, I'm a big fan of bright, distinct lions. This design could use just a bit more contrast. Thank you! @thebookwitch - n-n-n-no, don't apologize for the non-pastel; your design is fucking beautiful. You definitely did your research here. 1st: I love space. 2nd: I love the fissure mutation 3rd: I love Ra.
