Hmm, perhaps it could be an automatic feature rather than forum topic? AND it could then be anonymous submissions, just showing the design and traits but not who submitted it; the old raffle lioness submissions were closed because despite the rules, people were acting entitled and PMing the raffle lioness winners with stuff like demanding to buy her because they designed her. If the submissions were anonymous, the claim of being the designer would be invalid, and there shouldnt be same problems with it as the previous version  12 players like this post! Like? |

However they end up doing it, Katze needs to be relieved of her duty, or at least some more people put on the RL designing team, maybe make it like 'Helpers' where certain players can be designers but part of the trade off for designing is being unable to enter the RL draw, something like that. I mean, there's a reason this is a meme:  (by ronnie, it is also slightly crusty bc it had to be expanded so much to fit all of the rls that fit this category lmao) 5 players like this post! Like? |

Yes!! But i don't agree with it needs to be full BO as a mandatory rule i think it kinda limits the creativity  (but maybe something like it needs to have at least 7 BO markings or somethin) 1 player likes this post! Like? |

@Midnight - For context for ya! BO means "Breed-Only", which are attributes that can only be gotten through breeding. All Tier 2 and Tier 4 markings are BO. They cannot be applied through RMAs, Shuffles or Applicators. They're difficult to get and are typically introduced through the Raffle Lionesses or other means, such as the July Celestial Raffle Lionesses or the August Savage Studs. 2 players like this post!
