Hi all,

I’ve recently returned from a long hiatus and so I’m trying to pick up on my feet (though I hadn’t gotten very far when I first began). I’m wondering what’s the best thing to do with the cubs/lionesses I don’t want or feel a liking to. Is there any specific place where they can be checked for value? The gorilla does not seem to want any of them. I’m not sure if abandoning them would be best bet or not.

I do remember that I had bred an albino cub from my first king and one of my first lionesses. Would he be of any value because of it, or is albinism not really sought after? I was thinking of making him my future king as I enjoy albinism, though I’m uncertain of whether it is good idea or not.

Thank you much. Apologies for misunderstandings, English is not my mother language.

Albino base isn't very valuable (except in december, which is practically over), nor is the achromia mutation.
Chase, Nature Reserve or Kill, or list in trades for cheap unless they have desireable traits - breed only bases, marking setc.
The wiki comes in really handy for checking those!

Hi, welcome back!

You've got a few options.

Chase - this deletes cubs, adolescents, and male adults from the game; it has a 50% chance of putting adult females in the chased newly claimed lioness pool

Nature Reserve / Kill - this deletes the lion, costs energy without a certain personality, and grants either good karma or bad karma.

Abandon - you can only abandon cubs, it sends them to the giving tree to be claimed by other people

You can try to sell, but the lion market is terrible right now and there's a good chance they won't. If they do sell, they might just be killed by someone else, which isn't a bad thing but might not be what you want.

Albino or achromia? Albino is just a base color that can be applied, though it is desirable in December and can be used to breed lots of combo bases. Achromia is a mutation that affects the entire lion; it's cute but can't pass so usually isn't super "desirable" but it's all up to opinion and what makes you happy.

I find I can always sell lions for 2sb each. The lion market might not be good right now, but 2sb/lion is the key for me.

you can chase lionesses so other people could have a chance to get them, and cubs can be abandoned but you could sell them depending on if the cubs actually have any worth or not.

Albinism is very sought after during December because of the Gorilla's quest, so you could get studs then but it isnt really looked for otherwise except maybe some combo breeding? idk if its a factor
