"i didnt? okay whoah whoah whoah, lets back a little... when, how, what?" mawce looked at him genuinely confused "cause all i remember is zuri got shot, i got fucking pissed, blacked out, when i came to i saw zuri was okay and i was covered in blood then i passed out" mawce got up in the truck making sure zuri was also secured

"i was born and raised in a facility" mawce just looked off in the distance as he spoke "From what i know i was artificially born. The closest thing to a parent i had was ma, my caretaker..." mawce frowned and looked down "when they were trying to mentally break me they killed her in front of me.. that was the first day i blacked out when going on a rampage like what happened in the base"

mawce just kept looking down with a slight frown on his face, his back was still bleeding and did hurt but he didnt care, he just ignored it

zero kept his hand on his gun, staring at mawce for the entire drive back to base, and zuri had finished his bandages, just sorta looking around the truck silently

zero and zuri didn't really say anything on the drive back
once they reached base, zero picked up zuri again and carried him inside, and setting him back down in his room so he could get changed
zuri got his blood stained gear off, putting on some bandages and getting dressed in something else

zero was just waiting for zuri to be done getting changed outside his room

once mawce hopped off the truck someone put his muzzle back on, when he got inside he headed straight to the bathroom to wash all of the blood off. someone came in after a bit and collected his gear. he stood in the shower for a while just watching the blood wash down the drain. when he felt he got all the blood off he got out of the shower, dried off and headed back to his and zuri's room
