EXAMPLE POST


Cara - 30HS

Wandering by the edges of a nearby territory, a brown-striped lioness was walking along an old trail flattened by seasons of use, a small bundle attached around her foreleg with some vines... Something inside is click-clacking together!
As you approach, she smells of moss and other forest-y things. Yeah, forest-y. A bit odd all the way out here, but what's not odd these days?
She turns to look at you, greeting you with a polite nod. She's quick to make her way over, curious about you! "Hello there, I'm Cara! You look familiar... would you like a little gift? I stole it from my king's giant heart shell hoard! He won't miss 'em."

Dolorem - 30HS

Gently guiding five cubs through the last of the melting snow, a blue-and-pink lioness seemed to be bringing them for a walk into other territories to look at lands other than their own. Lands with a bit more traffic, closer to the crossroads.
Trusting them to behave on their own for a short while, Dolorem settled down not too far away with a small bundle made of animal skins and vines. She waited patiently for something, maybe someone. Sometimes she'd look back to the cubs, then back to the passing lions. Whatever was in the bundle, it seemed precious enough to not want rowdy paws crushing it.
Should you go and chat with her?

Verity - 30HS

Perhaps you were already on the path and hadn't noticed the trail of butterflies without their wings, or maybe you had noticed it and decided to follow it. Either way, you soon stumbled across a vagabond lioness re-arranging wings into different patterns. Mostly hearts.
Verity, having grown bored of sitting around while on her 'task of the day' to give away shells, had left the bundle on a rock nearby. Soon enough however, she notices you. With a glance to the rock, then back to you... "My, what a pretty face! If you're not interested in sticking around here to chat with me, you'd better grab it and run."
Ah. How lovely.

Py - 30HS

"Oh, goodness me! This isn't good..."
Off in the distance, you spot a fiery, piebald lioness peering down the side of a small cliff. A piebald snake wrapped around her leg is flicking it's tongue outward. "Think you can get it, buddy?" Is she trying to ask the snake for assistance? What was it that she dropped?
As you get closer, Py turns to look at you, relief flooding across her face. "Oh, wonderful! I dropped an important bundle of heart shells down the cliff! A pack of dogs gave me quite the scare. It's not too far of a drop, but I don't want to risk it. If you'd be so kind to go get it, I'll let you have it. I'd just hate for them to go to waste..."
Free heart shells? Surely you'd be able to brave the not-so-steep cliff to grab them, maybe you can even show off a little for the lady.

Vulture and Hymn - 60HS

As the sun starts to set, a ruffian lioness seemed to be sweeping up some butterfly wings into a neat pile. She hasn't spotted you just yet, too busy grumbling about another lioness named Verity, "...she never cleans up her own messes. I have to do everything around the borders to keep them tidy."
Within a few moments, a more cream-coloured lioness joined her, placing the remainder of the butterflies in the pile. "Oh, relax a bit. I'm sure she had fun, the ancestors knows she needs to loosen up. You do too, Vulture." Hymn leapt up onto a rock, letting the sun soak into her fur.
Vulture sighed, unable to argue with her friend. Some animal would clean up the bugs, so for now she would join Hymn. Beside the rocks two bundles lay, the less kempt one had some heart shells tumbling out. Free shells?
