Come on now, devs, this is getting a bit silly. Lioden has been running for 11 years (happy anniversary i guess?) I can understand guarding the "secret rosette formula!" when the game was first starting out because they were valuable. Now, rosettes can be bought routinely for under 100sb. No one really cares about them anymore, and now you've released an item (Leopards Tail) that increases the chance of these "random rosettes" without actually telling us the criteria required to make use of the item? For all we know this could just be a event currency sink with no actual results. π€·ββοΈ Tell us how to make the rosettes so we can actually make use of this item, as per the "full mechanics" explanation that was promised. People I know are already discussing boycotting buying GB and some are even at their wits end with the state of the market and it feels more and more like we are ignored. |

the only odds we really know are special base passrate, piebald passrate, hybrid passrate, and that's about it the wiki literally says "X%" when looking at the statistics for special NCLs, which is just depressing. I think "very low" would've been better then just a variable lmao 1 player likes this post! Like? |

huge support! I'm ok with rosettes being a permanent mystery in terms of exact coding, but introducing an item for them that depends on their factors being met without revealing/confirming the exact criteria for their factors is a bit crummy, imo. even if people have theories that seem to work, again, we don't have anything confirmed, which can cause the same major miscommunication issues we've had with general marking pass rates, before the patch & clarification in 2022. 3 players like this post! It's funny, because I've been a member of this site for 10 years (ish) and I always figured the "rosette code" was as follows: in order for a given rosette to show up on a cub at least ONE parent must possess it, EXCEPT in the veeerrrry rare cases where any rosette can spawn spontaneously out of the blue on any lion. In all the years I've been here I've had maybe 2 or 3 rosettes randomly spawn on a cub whose parents didn't have that specific rosette. I could be wrong ( and I probably am ), but I always figured it was completely random, like random muties being born to normal parents when no low fert or mutie-boosters were used ( which has happened to me about the same number of time as the random rosettes ).
