We could possibly make it like gig workers do? At a fixed rate but the more tickets you get the more gb you get? But I have no idea how moderation works so if I'm wrong please correct me

I don't think it should be paid in GB at all. 1GB is only 50c, but it technically allows people to get GB "for free" by answering tickets or posting the blanket statements in chat from time to time. I especially don't think it should be a "gig thing" where people can tag in and out, whats to stop someone doing hundreds of tickets at the bare minimum/not really looking into it just for the GB?

In my opinion, again, mods should not be played but a paid "customer service team" - as there have been cases of mods breaking rules and getting banned because they used their perks (like skipping rollover) to cheat or to help their friends cheat.

Posting blanket statements and helping people out still counts as work IMO. Still, I agree it would get to abuse (although we already have it with non-paid so), so maybe verification from an admin or something before the final payout?

But I do agree with a customer service team more than volunteers. We probably don't have them because Lioden might not be too big of a website/revenue concerns.

Lioden is absolutely loaded, they're UK based and that means their company records are public. When I last looked ai believe they had over 1M in their accounts (because they have multiple companies.). They can afford some people around the clock easily.

Edit; just checked again, as of october 2022 -
Evosaur Ltd the dead dinosaur game thats been waiting for a beta since has 736k.
Ocia Ltd - the parent company - has 535k
Ocia Offices Ltd - an offshoot of Ocia that rents office spaces - only incorporated this year, but to own property you need funds right?
Lioden Ltd - this & wolvden - has 156k but I suspect funds from Lioden are being sent to Evosaur & Ocia Ltd.

Just today in the Roleplay tab i myself flagged a stud ad 10 times and it took them 6 hours to respond to me and remove the ad. I fully agree with mods getting paid for modding maybe then we can have rules not broken and people posting in the wrong tab and getting money they didn't rightfully earn. I understand accidentally posting in the wrong tab once but its happened multiple times this week with the same person
