Just completed; these were my final stats:

57 Energy Boosts

3 Meat Pie uses

3 Level ups

Bars used: 63

I have no self control, but after I hit 50 GB spent on this thing I couldn't stop until I finished I would've finished at 62 bars but ofc I accidently skipped the last encounter!

On average I got 1 encounter every 2 bars used, with occasional good luck. The most I got with one bar was 3, the worst luck I had was 4 energy bars with no encounters.

@eXProtein did you turn off event encounters and use hyena butter for those stats? Just curious as to whether I should bite the bullet and do the same :’)

Update: I met 4 encounters during 40% energy! After a while I spent 100% and met 3 encounters.

I used hyena butter but didn't turn off event encounters (that mightve helped woops)- honesty I spent way too much GB to justify ever doing it again, especially considering it'll be around for a month...but in the end it's up to you! Still have to wait one day to get the boost hhhh

To finish on side:

41 Energy boosts
Mostly done With Hyena Butter (3 total) + Coffee Beans (5 total; 2 per butter but didn't need the last one) I had some Hyena butter on hand & had used 1 paid energy boost earlier today of literally pure lion encounters >85% of the bar so thought it prudent.
Coffee beans were from the event (personal earnings stockpiled).
After an 8-hour Roasted Lamb + all usual energy boosts (Daily, Gorilla, bone marrow )
& Event disabled.

Not sure what my total steps were but I had the majority left to do at 1k !

I still have to do my Main, so I ended up with "Hyena Butter is currently active for 18 more minutes.
Coffee Beans are currently active for 3 more minutes."
& didn't finish them out since I thought the remaining 2gb energy boosts would be better spent on main. ^^

So... If anyone wants it in 1 place,
Total* resources expended: 152 GB on 76 Energy Boosts + 2 Roasted Lambs + 9 Coffee Beans + some sb (Hyena Butter x4, Gorilla enclave, Bone marrow, misc small energy items)

I may have been able to get away with 1-3 fewer Boosts perhaps & still finished before Rollover, if i'd tried to push it closer, but that would've been more stress- honest Logic was since I chose to roll my Main (instead of keeping it frozen 'til later this year), I wanted to use my early morning natural energy refills to just breed my now-unfrozen favorite lionesses.
Hope everyone finds a balance that works well for them.

As of an hour and some odd minutes later... it is complete. I has about the same luck as kuma. 40+ energy boost, gorilla enclave, bone marrow, covid boost, starting day energy, 2 red bull, 2 full meat pies, candid personality, and so so so much hope. Here's to the next quest and to the strength of my wallet lmaooo

I don't know my exact energy bar usage, but started with a full bar at 10am LD time, used the free boost & 1 level up on each account. (calc'ing that, looks like ~4.2 energy bars per acc) Event activity's been on, will come back after using some meat pies with it off.
