Hello!
Since the white star for chased lionesses was added in the claiming screen, I've noticed that the vast majority of the lionesses marked with it are actually regular NCLs. I understand that people prefer to chase their NCLs since they don't have to spend energy to use the "chase" button, but it's a bit frustrating to keep finding regular NCLs in the chased pool, and I think it would become unfair if the new korobela item is used on a chased lioness only to find a regular NCL instead.

My suggestion is to add a new "send away" button that doesn't require energy to be used, it won't impact karma like the "kill" and "send to nature reserve" buttons and it won't add the lionesses sent away to the chased pool like the "chase" button. I think in this way people have a way to get rid of the unwanted NCLs without using energy and without filling the chased pool with them.

If you choose "don't support" can you please explain why?

I can see the appeal for this, but with how often I'm now getting chased NCLs (which is what I predicted in the past) if plain NCLs were to be removed from that pool probabilities would need to be edited as well to prevent the chased pool from simply running dry I reckon.

At first I kinda got the impression that you were implying that I made my suggestion because I was trying to get a convenient way for myself to get rid of NCLs without spending energy and without making any other effort, but is not the case, since, as I explained, I've been trying to fix the situation by joining and participating in those clans as well ^^'

That is alright, and i sympathise with that. I can be blunt with my replies sometimes, so it happens.

Since I am typing this message; if a user is aware of the in-game opportunities, and refuse to use them, then in the politest way I can manage; it is a them problem and does not require a new mechanic.

most NCLs will be chased by newbies, when I was new i was told NCLs were deleted when chased; i was lied to, after years of chasing i found out the truth . it's likely they don't know, or were misinformed like I was; many newer users have been misinforming newbies lately and it's frustrating.

I feel like the only way there might be a game-side 'fix' implemented for this solution is if it's brought up that as it is the combined facts that 1) You can't find a lioness you chased in explore, 2) You can chase an unlimited amount of lionesses for free but each has their own 'will she be found in explore or not' chance to pass/fail, 3) there are no downsides to chasing (a positive for kind players seeking to increase the beauty of the chased pool; a negative for those who are looking to mess with others' chance to find rare lionesses)
provide an opportunity for a player to unfairly sway the odds of finding a desirable chased in their own favor by mass-chasing around the time the desirable lioness is entering the chased pool.

This doesn't feel like a gameplay choice, it feels like taking advantage of existing features for your own gain. Until now there hasn't really been a big increase in motivation, aside from someone being a pain/nuisance to others or acting vindictive outside of the games' karma feature, but it seems like the opposite issue to the problems the game was trying to fix when it introduced those features.
(Preventing players from trying to skip the need for Yohimbe Barks by 'skipping' a lioness' heat cooldown by immediately chasing her & reclaiming from explore as Dreamboat; game added the chance function that not all lionesses who are chased 'make it through' and even have a chance of being found in explore, the time delay where if added she isn't able to be found until later in the day not immediately, and that you can't find a lioness you chased.
Now we can chase unlimited desirables and undesirables alike (positive/negative determined by user preference or views) while ensuring that we aren't affecting our own odds of finding a chased in explore.)

The Chased functionality we have now is a result of game side interference in specific user gameplay in response to or to control how users were using an existing game feature so I don't feel like it's unreasonable for all of these suggestions popping up in response to the chased star being added to seek some form of game-side solution.

We've also seen from the Korobela item that the chased pool is frequently 'cleared out' (item refuses to be rolled & yet the next step can result in another chased based on the timing factor (delay + random discover time)) but if something like a raffle lioness is released in explore by the game it would make sense for the game to close any opportunity for users to unfairly take advantage of a game mechanic for their own gain.
I didn't want to raise up the point in another of these threads i'm subscribed to until after the Raffle Lioness decisions are finalized, but it seems that the sentiment is still relevant.

Edit: I'm responding here to the user-side vs game-side issue, I personally don't support this specific idea since we have game personalities for this specific suggestion (and adding in another free send away button would reduce the need for those personalities, some of which are event grinded) but also don't agree that the game should do nothing.
