The spirited pose is the only male pose as well as being the only choice for males which you previously pointed at that there are not many of! So of course it makes sense the female poses outnumber them 6:1 there's probably a way worse ratio then that with actual lions in lioden

You wrote the answer to your own question, there are a lot more fem poses and male poses have only 1 so very rare I don't see why they WOULDNT be 2 gb

Again, probably because they had to hire a new artist just for spirited poses and they can either:
1. eat the cost (bad business)
2. increase the cost of the item (by 50 cents, ultimately) (good business).

If they ate the cost, let's say 100 people use Spirited at 2GB - that's 200GB or $100.
If 100 people use Spirited at 1GB - that's 100GB or $50.

The increased cost is an extra $50 they can put towards the decor artist getting the decors done.

I believe Thoth has worded it well; male poses are rarer, female poses are more common and so cheaper (plus you said yourself, you prefer decorating your lionesses which currently have all the decors etc in game).

it's a new item, it's special. it has custom manes unlike the female poses. i think it's worth 2gb for that alone.
