For more than 500 years dragons have been plagues. They were hatred and feared. Until one day a small group of friends find a dragon nesting ground. The parents laid dead beside their nests, but only 1 egg of each specie was left in each nest. Only 1 adult dragon remained from this nesting ground, almost dead it pushed it's last egg towards the group. They knew what the dragon was trying to tell them, they were supposed to take care of the remaining eggs. The eggs's species were: Stormcutter [Taken] Rumblehorn [Taken] Flightmare [Taken] Sand wraith [Taken] Raincutter [Taken] Deadly nadder [Taken] Gruff [Taken] Terrible terror [One for each character (Those who want)] They had to struggle by keeping them safe because the dragons grew fast. It wasn't easy.... Rules: -No god modding -Only 1 character and dragon each person -If you have questions ask on the sign up thread -Keep genders even -All lioden rules apply -No character/dragon is perfect -Put "Muffins" in other if you read the rules -You can only play as a viking who owns a dragon -6+ sentences -Feel free to make up something. For example, the dragons are attacking the village or something -Be respectful -No one hit kills -You can only choose a dragon from the "egg species". -Use the the sign up thread for discussing problems, only minimum OOC talk on the roleplay thread. -Every person can only reply after 2-3 others have also replied. -If you haven't been active for more than a week, without notifying me, you will be cut out of the roleplay. Don't worry about it much, and take care <3 )) Denzel was staring at the sky quietly, before being interrupted, obviously. He was strong enough to stop himself from moving so close to Luna and not dropping the egg, yet he felt his face being covered by a light blush as he looked at her, embarrassed, which turned crimson red when he was pushed once again and their noses touched a bit. Immediately, he pulled back, avoiding looking at Luna again as he glared at Maria. -That was uncalled for- he huffed. trying and failing to keep the blush away. -And I'm not sleeping, I'm not tired.- Denzel hugged the egg closer to him once again, shifting his attention from the rest to it, and trying to ignore everything. (Yeah I'm fine now except for some pain, but it's normal. See I can do this thing where I kinda forget to take care of myself, so focused on the people around me that I didn't drink nearly as much liquids as I should. It started causing pain but I ignored it to look after my family, then I just passed out in the middle of talking to my mom. Weird right?) 0 players like this post! Like? |

(it's Not Weird; Ive been Dehydrated Before and almost pass out at Disney's Epcot(German Restaurant Has Great Food) I'm Glad your Doing better. But you Shouldn't ignore the Pain next time xc. ) Echo smirked when Maria tried to get Luna and Denzel She let out a laugh at the two blushing Figures. She glanced back at her egg. "Yea I'll be perfectly fine Taking watch." She said before letting out a Yawn mixed with a sneeze. She heard Denzel say He wasn't tired and Wasn't going to sleep. It took her mind a few minutes to process it as she watched the sky and the last sight of the sun"well if you don't want to sleep then I am going to sleep" She said grabbing her extra Jacket and putting it on she leans against the bench unwrapping the egg she re-wrapped it to make sure it wouldn't fall off it while she was asleep. She stared up at the sky for some time as she picked a few constellations out before she let's a Yawn out and she closed her eyes. (Short-ish) 0 players like this post! Like? |

(Yeah but my family isn't doing well so I stopped focusing on me) Lacota found his way off the ship last, and heard the others picking through the remaining eggs. He didn't really need his cane right now, but keep it with him anyway. Koba began to whimper and move toward the shore line causing Lacota to follow his fluffy friend until he felt something near him. He reached swim to feel the head of a dragon, still warm as if it had only delt it's last breath a short while ago. Moving his hands out they brushed the water and something warm sitting in it, causing him to pick up what felt like a large warm stone. Why had the dragon been trying to push the egg into the water? (Oops, missed a bit! And I hope everything gets better, Sammy) Kaolin listens as the others talk about plans of hiding the eggs. She wasn't one to make a plan, that was her sister. She found plans don't normally work out for her, so she would just go with the flow. Instead, she thought about what it would be like when her little babies grow up. She figured dragons would grow fast, like ducks, and they'd fly in no time. Hopefully, Bam and Bang, or whatever she would call them, will love her enough to stay close her. Though she was tuned out, she saw Maria push Denzel into Luna. "Ha! Just face it Luna, you and Denzel are in love!" She giggled, joking with her sister. Kaolin looked out into the sunset and slowly closed her eyes. Without realizing it, she was fast asleep. Of course, she dreamed of baby dragons. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Luna slowly opened her eyes and stared up to the sky. It was almost only blue but she saw some clouds in a distance. She slowly sat up and rubbed her eyes. She then remembered the eggs and freaked out, but quietly. She jumped up and looked around herself. She moved her coat and saw the eggs, both of them. She sat down and grabbed them and hugged them a bit. She gently put them down then walked over to her bag. Her stomach screamed for food so she grabbed an apple and a piece of bread. She began to eat and tried to be quiet as the others were asleep. "He did fell asleep after all" She thought for herself as she looked at Denzel who was fast asleep. She sat down beside him and looked at him for a bit, she wanted to stroke his hair but she shook that feeling off. She heard birds quacking in a distance looked up. They made a half triangle and were probably flying to Berk, because Berk was in their flying direction. Luna glanced down and saw Berk, they were close, maybe a hour and they were there. "Kaolin wake up" She said as she shook her sister gently. "We're almost there, pack your stuff and eat something" She continued when her sister had opened her eyes. "We'll wake up the others if they won't be awake in a half a hour or so" She said as she grabbed her backpack and started stuffing some things into it. "Here, a little breakfast" She said and threw an apple to Kaolin. "Mom and dad are probably going to be crazy" Luna continued as she looked at the sun that was halfway up. (I successfully made a couple pairing...almost. Teehee.) The sunshine twinkled in her face. Maria yawned and flipped over, with a groan. Her eyelids opened gently but collapsed in an attempt to awake. Maria snorted but it faded as she flipped over once more. She was dreaming of how the two dragon egg she picks had hatched. They flew away and fell limp like their parents. Maria kicked one of her legs feeling like she hit someone or something but kept sleeping. 0 players like this post! Like? |

When do you think the eggs will hatch, Signy? )) Denzel growled quietly, getting some well-deserved sleep after staying awake all night, looking at the stars, until he got so tired, blinking proved to be a hard task, eyelids trying to stay down. When the sun had began peeking from the horizon, and little to no shadows had hid, he had managed to fall asleep, still holding the egg to his chest. He had listened to the small boat go through the water throughout the whole night, quietly, but surely. He woke up to the sounds of quiet chatter, something being hit, and the waves clashing against the lower part of the boat, and immediately tried to get up, but the position he had fallen asleep in was incredibly uncomfortable and his neck hurt. Somehow, Denzel had gotten his bed hair back, and it now imitated bunny fur, although he wasn't aware of that until he stretched, with a loud groan, and tried to run his hand through his hair, the fluffy yet dry feeling of it causing another groan to sound through, although quietly this time. Tired Chocolate eyes browsed through the boat, not before leaving the egg by his side, finally landing on Luna and Kaolin. -Guys? Where are we now?- he said, with a raspy voice. Once he realized how hungry and thirsty he was, he looked through his sack and found the perfect prey; A piece of fruit bread. He gnawed on it, waiting for an answer. 0 players like this post! Kaolin slept blissfully through the night. The soft movement of the waves hitting the boat provided a nice rocking motion. She woke to a gentle shake, but not from the boat. She and Luna where the first two awake, or in her case, barely conscious. Still sitting, she stretched her crisscrossed legs and reached for her toes making her back arch. She didn't dare open her eyes with the bright sun shining directly in them. Holding her hand in front of the sun, she peeked at her sister. Her foggy brain tried to wrap around the fact that they were all sitting on a boat, without a single adult to watch over them. She liked this feeling of independence. She heard her sister say something about breakfast and instinctively rose both hands in front of her face, catching the apple in her palms. "Thanks." She mumbled before biting the perfectly red, crisp apple. "I bet they sent out a search party." Kaolin said and let out a soft chuckle. Looking to her right, she saw the scruffy-haired boy wake up.
