Hello, I'm HeroHorse. I'm awaiting membership of the clan and I'm asexual.
During my long absence from Lioden, I found out about asexuality. I felt that the label described my feelings (or lack thereof) but I was unsure whether outside influences and my own opinions were perhaps hindering my view. I had never got along well with boys as a child, save for a few friends who parted ways with me when I went to an all-girls secondary school. My parents' relationship was, and remains, very bad. Hence my unwillingness to label myself immediately, even though I felt that it fit. I didn't want to seem insincere or act like I was trying to find a way to stand out from the crowd. I decided to wait several months and see whether my feelings changed. They didn't. I am now comfortable identifying as asexual. I think that I am probably aromantic as well.
Even though I know myself to be asexual, I haven't told any of my friends and family about it. I am slightly worried about their reaction.
I love art and would be happy to make some for the clan, if necessary.

@ HeroHorse, I feel you on the worries...I'm ace as well, but I'm hetero-romantic. I haven't come out to any of my real life friends (besides one), but I have come out to my parents. My moms weird about it, but my dad seems perfectly okay with it. It can be tough and scary, heck, I'm scared to come out for fear of the, "Oh you're just a late bloomer" (my moms reaction) or "But you like guys, you're strait and your just trying to be something different" And, It's incredibly annoying. But here's the thing, with the one friend I have come out to, she has been amazingly chill about it. She accepts it and is happy that I know what I am and that I'm not "some weird prude." (cause pfft, I'm not). It's a big weight to get off your chest to at least someone, not that you have to. I'm jut saying, if you're worried about it, I'm sure you have one friend who you feel safe around, and if they really are your best friend, they'll be okay with it (even if their first reaction may be unpleasant.)

Hi everyone! I'm still a pending member, but I believe I'll enter in the clan soon! Call me Eli or Mesu. I'm homoromantic and homosexual as well (lesbian, if it's easier for y'all), and I've only accepted this not so long ago. I used to force myself to be at least bi, I used to wish to find a bf, I used to want to be straight so people wouldn't judge me for my sexual orientation but now here I am, all chill and gay.

I came out to my sister not too long ago and she was really chill. I still can't believe she just told me to take care so people wouldn't judge or insult me.

Okay so my cousin is bisexual but she dates guys, girls, transexuals. Almost like a pansexual. May I ask what makes A pansexual different from her if I may ask? Sorry if that came off as rude, it wasn't intended to be.

@Mysticalperson, That sounds pretty pansexual to me... Unless shes only attracted sexually to boys and girls, and thinks of trans people purely romantically. Then she's bisexual panromantic. While Bisexual, Transexual, Asexual, and Homosexual are all sexuality, along with that is the romantic spectrum, which is different. While you can be sexually attracted to your same gender, you can be romantically attracted to both genders. Homosexual Biromantic. The sexuality and romance spectrum are two different things, so if she is dating all three she's at least romantically attracted to all three. (That may have been confusing or over complicated o-o but that's just what I think If she identifies as Bisexual and dates all three)
