She didn't know why she felt so happy and content by his side but she wasn't going to question it. Overthinking the happy moments in life could make them go away easily, as she learned before. Thank you, Sunpaw! she thought to her friend, and curled her tail around Eaglepaw, careful not to touch him, to tap Sunpaws in thanks. Even if Sunpaw didn't understand, Rainpaw was still glad. Eaglepaw l M l apprentice l mentions Rainpaw What would've normally made Eaglepaw feel embarrassed about having Rainpaw's fur brush against his now just made him feel happy. He was comfortable around her and he wanted to be with her all the time. The only thing that made him nervous was what the clan was going to think about this. Right now, nothing has been said, but once a rumor starts, the entire clan would know in a heartbeat. But he didn't want to worry about that right now. She dropped her prey off at the fresh-kill pile, and chose a shrew for her meal. Looking around for a place to sit, the she-cat carried her meal to sit behind a few younger apprentices. After she sat down, she recognized them as Rainpaw,Eaglepaw, and Sunpaw. She didn't remember really speaking to them, but remembered training with them a few times. He walked out of camp and looked around to see if anyone was watching, so far no one was. DuskSong silently walked threw the forest, taking in the scents of the forest. DuskSong thought he never belonged in SkyClan. He thought no one would really miss him if he died. DuskSong was basically a shadow of the clan. DuskSong lay down and listened to the sounds of the forest. 'Maybe I belong in the forest, as a rogue' DuskSong thought ,'Maybe I even belong as a kittypet, living with twolegs. Skypool | Warrior | Mentions Dapplecloud Skypool added his voice to his clanmates, yowling "Vixenthroat!" with enthusiasm. The newly appointed deputy was a skilled and capable she-cat and one he could take orders from wihtout feeling it was undue. She was certainly the right choice to lead by Ashstar's side. He wanted to go and congratulate the ginger but first waited to see if Ashstar had more news to give. Rainpaw | Apprentice Rainpaw called out Vixenthroats name, glad with Ashstar's choice of deputy. She liked Vixenthroat despite her at times intimidating presence, and she wasn't one of the lazier warriors thankfully. At the same time she felt a bit sad for Twilightmist, and wondered what had happened to the she-cat. Cats weren't usually prone to disappearing in the forest.
