September Event: The Harvest

He reached the medicine cat den and sat down just outside. He wasn't sure if he should go in or not so he just stayed there. He looked over towards the nursery in the darkening make shift camp and watched the kits playing with Nutflight. He wanted to play with kits but, he stayed there..

Darkpaw
Darkpaw pads out of the medicine cats den and runs right into Whitetail. "Oh! Sorry Whitetail, I didn't see you" he meows while pileing the leaves he had dropped back into a bundle. "Do you need anything?" Darkpaw meowed looking up at Whitetail.

He looked over to see Darkpaw, he looked at him as he spoke. "I just thought I would come get a check up.. these wounds won't stop hurting.." they stung and he didn't know how much longer it would take for them to heal.

Darkpaw set his bundle of old herbs to the side and turned back into the den. "I could get you a poppy seed and some...." He thought for a second, "and some dock". He grinned sheepishly at Whitetail.

(Lots and lots of cuts XD some from pebbles, mostly from the attack when Fire got at him lol)
Whitetail
He nodded, not much he could do.. he was just in a lot of pain.. he didn't exactly know how much longer if it would heal.. he probably would stop moving around soon enough because the pain was terrible.

"Come in and lay down in one of the extra nests ok? I'm going to clean your cuts before putting the dock on." He pointed to a couple nests over by the wall. He set a poppy seed down by the nests.

He nodded and stood up, wincing and padding into the den. He later down in an extra nest and stared at the poppyseed. Poppyseeds were the best tasting of the herbs in his opinion but, he just stared at it.. was he supposed to eat it? He left it alone and laid his head on his paws. He tried to lay there comfortably as much as he could.

Darkpaw padded back over with the dock and sat down. "You should eat the poppy seed so it doesn't hurt" he meowed pushing the seed closer to Whitetail.

He licked it up and then laid there. His body ached and he just wanted it to go away.. he closed his eyes after a little bit, hoping it would help...

Once Whitetail settled into the nest, Darkpaw began to gently lick the pebbles and dirt out of his wounds. He tried to make sure he didn't hurt Whitetail more than necessary.

Hollyfeather turned around to reply to Badger. "No problem, it breaks my heart to see camp so ruined. I'll help out tomorrow too," Hollyfeather replied with a friendly nod. "You also did a lot of good work."

Whitetail
He winced everytime his wounds were touched.. he stayed still and tried to keep from moving away. He kept his eyes closed shut and his tail twitched every so often..

(It's fine XD I won't be on later since I am going camping)

Alderfall, Mentions-None [OPEN]

Alderfall left Cloudstar to rest after a while, going to hunt. He was padding through the high grass, in the mood for some nice juicy mouse.
After a half hour of looking for prey, he came up empty-handed. With a small sigh, he keeps looking. A swish pricks his ears and he turns, seeing a tiny bird. He instantly crouches, ready to pounce. With a leap, he misses, the bird flying away.
"Well, it's not the end of the world," he thinks to himself.
Getting up, Alderfall continues his search.

Aspenkit yawned as she watched Snakekit and Nutflight, she was tired and didn't want to play anymore, so she decided to sit and watch instead of join in. She looked up and notice that it was almost time for bed. She was tired after playing all day.

"Yeah, we probably should." She purred, turning around and trotting off to the camp. Once they reach it she padded into the apprentice's den, laying down and curling up in her nest.
