Aspenkit sniffed in distain as she watched the fight continue, she didn't understand how one could mess up their pelt over so,etching so distasteful. Who would want to get blood all over their coat, though she reasoned, it was to keep themselves safe and wondered if she herself could fight. She sighed as she looked at her claws, wondering how something so small could inflict so much damage. She looked up as she noticed her mother moving around in the nursery

CloudStar brushed out of the nursery, sitting a bit away for the entrance to watch AspenKit and SnakeKit. Her golden gaze was protective, and the harshness she'd 'been born with' had returned

Whitetail
He had waited outside of the nursery patiently. He was watching Snakekit fight Oakpaw, he wanted his own kits more than ever now.. oh well.. maybe he wasn't meant to be a father. He heard a cat emerge from the nursery and smiled when he saw Quickstep. He gave a small purr, "so are we good to go?" He sounded happy to see her.

Quickstep nodded, "Yeah, Cloudstar said she'd watch them". She smiled and padded towards the exit of the temporary camp.

He gave a purr, "I thank her for the opportunity to hunt with a beautiful She-cat" he smiled as he padded after her and then walked beside her. "I hope we can find good prey.. I heard that it might not be that great.." His wounds still bothered him but, they were bearable... he was just happy to be leaving camp.

Quickstep rolled her eyes at the beautiful Shecat comment. She smiled at Whitetail and meowed, "Where do you want to hunt?" She asked. She stretched her claws in and out, neading the soil.

He raised an eyebrow at her rolling her eyes because of his comment. He couldn't help it, he just blurted out words, "well you are beautiful.." His eyes went wide and he looked down at the ground as he realised what he had said. He then answered question, "I don't know.. anywhere is good I guess.." He stared at the ground as he walked.

She saw him get all embarrassed and gave him a nudge. "Oh, come on Whitetail, lighten up. Your being all defensive" She meowed with an even happier smile. She was glad to be out on the plain. She lay her tail comfortingly on his sholder as they continuedo to walk.

He gave a little laugh, he wasn't being defensive.. more like blushing crazily under his fur. He didn't mean to just blurt it out. When her tail touched his shoulder, he looked at her as they walked and gave a deep purr, one he actually never did until lately but, only with her. He rubbed his head against hers for a brief moment before looking around with his ears all perked up and he glanced at her, giving a wink and charming smile. Obviously flirting like some weirdo.. he thought he was being a weirdo which made him laugh on the inside because he never tried to impress any cat before her.

Quickstep blushed at Whitetail's obvious flirting. She laughed and gave him and equally obvious flirty look. She could see that Whitetail was blushing, the area just around his nose was turning the cutest shade of pink. She lashed her tail playfully and slipped into the taller grass with a purr. She hoped he would chase but was watching him, waiting to see what he'd do.

He gave a laugh as he looked at her flirty look. His eyebrow raised as she ran into taller grass, he gave a mischievous smile, slipping into the grass out of her view. He sniffed for her, as he got closer, he broke into a run and barreled towards her but, ended up in front. He gave her a smile and then a wink, "why beautiful She-cat's so tricky?" He joked, his gaze was friendly and maybe a little loving?

Quickstep jumped back again, hiding from Whitetail by keeping herself moving. Silently creeping threw the tall grass her tail slipping threw it like a snake. She giggled slightly at him stalking her like prey. She set up a trap, her scent leading past her as she waited to pounce.

He laughed at her hiding again, he smelled the air and followed it. It seemed like she was trying something but, he didn't really care.. it was fun. He crept around and dropped close to the ground, ready for anything.
