He should of been tired after the gathering, but his mind was going crazy thinking about what he said to Ravenpaw. Hopefully she wouldn't tell the rest of Shadowclan...

He looked a little disappointed not to have caught anything there but gave a small sigh. He wasn't going to give up, he gave a small purr when Quickstep's fur brushed against his. He was happy that he was hanging out with Quickstep, it was always a lot of fun.

Quickstep
Quickstep suddenly looked up to the sky. "Oh no, I forgot about my kits!" She turned back to Whitetail, "I'm sorry, as much as I would love to go night hunting with you. I have to get back to Aspenkit and Snakekit, they will need me to put them to bed", She sounded a bit panicked. She turned to face the direction camy was.

Snakekit
Snakekit was exhausted. She had been jumping and rolling all day. She padded towards Cloudstar. "Hey Cloudstar?" She yawned, "I'm tired and hungry, do you know when mom will get back?". Her eyelids drooped and her fur matted with dust from all the rolling.

Badger
Badger slept quietly in the apprentice's den.

Darkpaw shook his head as he headed towards his den. He wondered if he had put away all the herbs from earlier.

He gave a calm smile, "sure, come on.. we can make a game out of it any way." He turned towards camp, he wanted to have some fun before they went back because frankly they never really got to..

Quickstep calmed a little bit and fallowed Whitetail. Her tail flicked slightly at the tip.

He gave her a smile, though his wounds hurt more now.. he dismissed it. Looking up at the trees, he was always fascinated by nature.. now forgetting he ever said anything about a game. He watched as the leaves swayed by the gentle breeze. He watched nature in motion as every leaf and blade of grass gently swayed with every gentle touch of the breeze.. though there weren't many trees, he watched the ones he could see. He closed his eyes as he felt the gentle breeze blow across his face and pelt, opening them after a short moment as they walked towards camp. He gave a sigh, "you know.. we don't ever get enjoy this because we usually just hunt and fight, worry about living another day.." He didn't exactly look in her direction but, he wasn't talking to the trees or grass.

Quickstep tilted her head at Whitetail's words. "What do you mean?" She meowed questioningly. She padded a little faster to pad beside him instead of behind. She tried to figure out what he was looking at. She looked around at the trees and grasses and Silverpelt.

He smiled, "Life passes us by while we basically act like it is do or die. Really, we should live life as best as we can, hunt when needed and appreciate what we have now before it all gets swept away without us being able to do anything about it.." He knew something was wrong.. he felt it deep inside of him.. he didn't know what yet but, he ignored it. He took a deep breath, looking around, wondering where all of the prey had gone.. his ear twitched as camp came into view.

Quickstep frowned, the ideas his statement implied bouncing around her head. She looked at him, worry in her eyes. "That's true" she meowed trying not to sound worried, "Is anything wrong?" She asked giving him a nudge with her head. She thought he sounded like either a dieing cat or a lamenting elder....or mabye a kittypet...She shook her head.

(he is getting worse by the day.. >:) he will live.. but he needs to have some time being ill XD he isn't exactly immune)

He shook his head, "no, nothing is wrong" he smiled at her. He showed no signs of changing health but, he felt it.. he kept ignoring it though because he didn't want to think of being sick or worse.. dieing.. he wanted to have his own kits before that ever happened.. He looked at camp as they got closer, soon feeling even worse than he had before but still ignored it.. he just smiled and purred, rubbing his head against Quicksteps.
