"Nice try, next time carefully turn your body instead of trying to jump sideways. I did the samething when I was your age. I smell another mouse, why don't you try again?" She meowed.

Oakpaw - Mentions: Hollyfeather

Oakpaw shook his fur and got back to the feet. He looked in the direction Hollyfeather mentioned and smelled the mouse too. It was crouched behind a small rock, frozen. Oakpaw crept so he was in line with the mouse. He jumped and twisted his body around in the air, as the warrior said. He looked at the ground, he was getting closer and closer and closer....until he couldn't see the mouse anymore. He landed and felt a sharp pain on his foot. He looked down, the mouse was trapped under his foot and was biting his toes to free itself! With a quick blow, Oakpaw killed the mouse. His foot stung a little.

He opened his eyes as he got startled by his dreams, his eyes opened in panic as he looked around and soon calmed when he realised where he was. He sighed and laid his head on his paws as he stiffly laid there. Man his body hurt.. it felt like his whole body was on fire. He wondered what had happened since he had fallen unconscious to some weird infection..

Midnightheart frowned slightly and looked back at Whitetail, her eyes widened slightly as she saw he had awaken. "Whitetail...you're awake.." She muttered, a small smile on her feline features. The shecat was worried he wouldn't wake up, his infection seemed quite bad. Midnightheart let out a quiet sigh of relief as Whitetail laid down. Her expression turned blank as she glanced around.

Alderfall - Cloudstar, Bramblekit, Leafkit

Sitting in the nursery, Alderfall licks Bramblekit and Leafkit. Love overflowed in his heart. He wondered when Leafkit would open his eyes.
"They're so gorgeous," he says quietly to his mate. Though he was getting tired, he made sure to not fall asleep. He had to be awake for his kits and Cloudstar. With a slight intake of breath, he nudges the tiny kits.

His eyes moved other look in the direction of where he had heard a voice. His eyes laid on Midnightheart and he stared at her quietly, still coming to because he was still a little shaken from his dreams. He saw her smile and he tilted his head slightly and looked at her some more before she looked around with a blank expression. His ear flicked as he kept his head slightly tilted and his eyes on her but, soon turned his attention to the medicine cat den exit, looking at the cats that roamed the camp. He tried to get up and winced as the pain shot through him like wild Fire, letting out a grunt of pain. This pain was worse when he moved than when he laid there..

Midnightheart shifted her gaze back towards Whitetail. Her gaze slightly softening as she looked at Whitetail turn his attention towards the exit. Her ears lowered slightly as he winced and let out a grunt of pain, she stood up and walked towards him. "Whitetail..are you..okay..?" She asked, her gaze now full of worry for her friend. "Does..it hurt..to get up..?" Midnightheart questioned again, tilting her head to the side as she did so. 'I hope he is okay..' She thought and frowned slightly.

He turned his attention back to Midnightheart who was now worried, he tilted his head slightly to the side. He listened to her and still looked a little groggy but, he answered her questions after a few moments. "I'm uh.. ok.. it does hurt but I will be ok.." He smiled slightly, pain clear on his face. He stared at her first a moment and then looked back to the entrance, "what has happened since I was unconscious?" His ear flicked slightly with curiosity.

Midnightheart hummed quietly, she tilted her head a bit to the side. "..what has happened..?" She said, seemingly out of it. "I..haven't left..so I don't..know.." She said and sighed. Her ears pinned back, slightly embarrassed as she didn't know what was happening around the clan. The shecat shifted her gaze towards Whitetail, her gaze softening as a small smile was placed on her feline features.

He was surprised to hear that she hadn't left.. he wasn't going to judge her, but to him cats usually went on patrols and such.. not stayed in camp.. he looked at her, who was looking at him.. "that's very interesting.. I would go hunting and on patrols and such but, as probably any cat could see right now.. I can't.. I wish I could though.. it is no fun in here" He smiled with a little laugh, seeming to cheer up. "Ah it's fine.. clan mates and friends are all I need" He purred at her, basically saying he was grateful she was there with him.
