Please. Come back to camp and rest" she mewed "i don't want our kits to grow up without a father. I need you, AlderFall"

Alderfall whines. "No. They're going to ask why I look different, why I'm blind in one eye. They're going to regret me being their father, just because I don't fit it."
He cries more, scooting away from her. "Don't tell me you love me because you want to make my feel better. I know what you think of me."
His fur is moist from all the tears. "I was never strong, I loved you since the beginning, you were the only one who I wanted... I can't stay strong.. you don't want me.."
Alderfall whimpers, ignoring the pain flaring up in his body, especially his chest.

CloudStar huffed "if I didn't love you, I wouldn't be treating you specially. I wouldn't have even let you think of having kits with me if I didn't love you. AlderFall, they wont care how you look. A kit might even think of your injuries--the blind eye, the scars--are battle wounds. I doubt they'll regret having you as a father. Most kits don't care how they're parents look, they normally care more for a parent's love" she mewed, curling her tail around him "i may not want you, but I need you. AlderFall, you are one of WindClan's strongest warriors, you cant let wounds ruin your spirit"

Alderfall sniffles, rubbing his nose.
He takes his paw off his nose, looking at Cloudstar with his one swollen eye from crying. He looks down, then in her eyes.
"Why do you love me Cloudstar?"
He sniffs again, looking at his paws.

He wipes off the tears, saying, "Always were a hard cat to catch," and licking her head.

He gets up slowly, looking down at her.

Alderfall brushes against Cloudstar's side, slowly making his way back to camp with her.
He was glad that she loved him, but still didn't know if it was true. She did seem a bit desperate.
He wipes the thoughts from his mind, walking towards camp.

Crouching into her den, he curls up in his usual spot, letting her sleep where she normally lies down.
He lies on his side, so he could stretch out his muscles.
The pain was doing okay, at least it has gotten better since yesterday.

(Sleeping AGAIN?! They just got up....)

Badger Padded along the border, refreshing the scent line, and checking for any sine of the Moonrouges having visited again.

Quickstep Finally managed to get up out of her nest. Her leg hurt really bad, but she was hungry and wanted to get some fresh air. She hobbled out of the den wincing with each step as her leg throbbed. Quickstep got about halfway to the freshkill pile and collapsed onto her rear. She mutters something about her 'stupid leg' and stared at this nice, juicy, little mouse that was just out of reach.
