:Bio:
Alex was born to a black and white Brute and a white Fae at her musher’s kennel. All of her siblings were black and white, she was the only red. She never cared about her difference and never felt left out, she was an ambitious and curious pup. Always seeking adventure. She formed a particularly strong bond with one of her brothers, a completely white brute named Sten. When she grew old enough, Alex was taken out on her first run in a harness. She never knew what became of her other siblings. Not being strong enough to be a wheel dog, she began as a team dog, running and keeping pace with the team. She progressed and aged beautifully. She learned quickly and became respected by the team. Her elegant build granted her a position of a swing dog, she didn't perform there long before she became lead dog, leading the team with ease, never having trouble finding the trail. Her team respects her and trusts her to do the right thing. She would die for them if was given half the chance.
:Personality:
Alex is a very intelligent and understanding dog. She is also very outgoing and humorous, sarcasm is her thing. She feels strongly for her friends and team, she is protective. Red enjoys a good laugh, but in situations that call for serious leadership, she stands tall for her team. She wouldn't let anything come between her and her loved ones, and she makes that clear. Red is ambitious and always seeking to do better in her life. Being the lead dog, Red isn't afraid to show her dominance, but every dog know she really wouldn't hurt and team member, just warnings if needed. This can make her gullible, but with this she can also be underestimated, her warnings could go farther than expected if the need approaches. Red is a good actor and a good “On the spot-thinker”. She is witty and clever. Scrappy and agil, Red is resourceful and easily a great lead dog for The Competition.
:Strengths:
Clever- Red is a fast thinker and always comes up with something to say, or a solution to a problem, anything really.
Agile- Red is agile and light, making almost no impact on the snow. This allows her to “glide” over the snow without breaking the surface
Sure-footed- Red is always on beat with her team, pacing easily and making little to no mistakes or trips.
:Weaknesses:
Fighting- Red couldn't use her tooth and claw if her life depended on it, but she would try her heart out.
Easy to anger- Alex is easy to anger. Especially if you out-do her in a “name calling contest” She get frustrated if she can't do something right or if another dog annoys or overtakes her.
Blinded by love- Red would do anything for a loved one, friend, ect. which means if a dog gets on her good side, they could pretty much ask her for anything, and she wouldn't feel right saying no.

Blick was born to his musher’s kennel, son of the lead dog, Rory, and the swing dog, Princess. Rory, Blick’s father, had high hopes for Blick, sure that he would grow to become the next great lead dog. Blick had three sisters, all strong, they had good potential. Blick on the other hand, had been born the runt and took more friendship with his mother rather than his siblings. Blick consulted everything in his mother, she was his closest friend. She told him that if he at least tried his best, she was sure his father would be happy. Blick did the best he could in the following years, and tried his very hardest. But it just wasn't enough….Rory pushed Blick to his limits everyday, and one day Blick had had enough…..”I'm not perfect!” He growled impulsively. “I have worked as hard as I can for Years! And for what? For you to tell me that i'm still not the son you dreamed of!? Well i'm sorry, but i'm not ‘all that’! If you would just listen to me, for just a second!! I can’t do it...I can't be the greatest lead dog ever! You know, i don't even think i'm cut out to be one at all, maybe i'll just stick to Team dog...I’m sorry, i really am, but i'm not you...and i don't want to be.” Blick’s father was crushed, but he understood. He left Blick alone for years to come, Blick apologized for his impulsive behavior that day, but Blick’s father thanked him instead. “No. I want to thank you. I needed to know i was pushing you to hard. I only want you to be happy with yourself, I shouldn't let my life get in the way of yours.” They remained tight, as father and son, but Rory never pushed Blick beyond his limits again. They became closer and happy. Once Blick’s father retired from lead dog, he moved back into the kennel living out his life as a companion dog for the musher. Blick and his mother continued to be closed and his sisters are as happy as ever.
:Personality:
Blick grew into a smug sleddog. Sarcastic and flirtatious at some points. He is a bit on an introvert, but he doesn't let it show. He would do anything and more for his team, he is loyal and trustworthy. The brute would never interfere with someone else's life, he respects boundaries and doesn't set a paw in the wrong direction for the most part. He is a good listener and a very loving dog. Despite being flirtatious, he can also be know to be shy with love and relationships ina cute way C=. He is smart, charming, and also quite fast.
:Strengths:
Fast- Blick is speedy, able to outrun many other dogs, but he mostly keeps his skills to himself.
Strong- He is stronger than he looks, leaning into the harness when he runs more than just running with it.
A good listener- Blick is the best dog to talk to if you need to rant about something, or need a shoulder to cry on. He is very supportive and has a soft, calming voice when dealing with these kinds of occasions.
:Weaknesses:
Introvert- He sometimes needs a moment to himself, or just with one other dog. Which is a bit harder to get when being part of a sled team.

Darius was born to a woman who owned his parents. he had one sister, Shia, his father, Lucifer, and his mother, Fawn. The woman took Shia and Darius to a strange man who had many other dogs. The other dogs told them much about what his life was to become lie. They called the place the “kennel” and the man was their “Musher”. The day came when the pups were old enough to be of use. Shia was sold to a local town member who had come to the kennel asking for a calm yet playful puppy. Shia fit the description perfectly and she was taken to her knew home in the town. Being such a small town, the siblings saw each other daily, it was if they were never separated. Darius on the other hand was used as a sled dog for the musher. He began as a team dog, but as he got bigger, the musher noticed that he was a very large malamute, perfect for the Wheel dog. The brute took the position and thrived with it. He was a perfect fit, large and strong, having no trouble turning the sled directly around sharp corners, ect.
:Personality:
Darius is a big fluffy puppy. He is a big smile most of the time, but he has a reputation of being stubborn and frustrating. He can be snappy and come off as rude sometimes. His personality varies, he is cold if you are a stranger, but a body guard if you manage to get close to him. Darius is loyal to the team, the team, no one else. Besides his sister. C=
:Strengths:
Strong- Darius is very strong, he basically moves the sled alone xD
Calming- Darius has a way of calming angered or scared dogs.
Fluffy- He is very large and fluffy, he has no trouble with freezing temperatures.
:Weaknesses:
Snappy- He is known for being stubborn and snappy to some dogs.
Not the fastest- he tends to sink into the snow because of his size, but he tries not to let it slow him down and he manages.
Quiet- He is impossible to read. Know one knows what he is thinking, making it hard to judge him.

Ivy was born a pet of the town, a sweet and cheerful pup. Her mother and father were both very caring dogs, always there for her and her siblings. She grew particularly close with one of her brothers. When she became old enough to separate, she was given to a local family. Her household had two large humans along with their two young pups, both faes. Ivy was very happy with her family and thought that nothing could go wrong. But she was wrong. One night, the older male started to get sick and layed in bed most of the day. his pups would tend to him at his bed side everyday. One night, when the pups were asleep and everyone was safe, the brute woke up. he seemed, different, unconscious in his own eyes, not himself to Ivy. he took ivy roughly by the scruff and threw her into his truck, which was very unexpected, he had always been a sweet man to the family. Ivy yelped and whined, but it wasn't enough, the rest of the family never heard. The man took her far from the village, to the forest. He drove all over and off the road, disoriented. Ivy was terrified, she scratched at the windows and howled in terror, something was off with the man. The man ignored her crys and threw her from the car, in the middle of nowhere, far from the town. it scarred her for life, she vowed never to trust the townsfolk or get close to anyone as much as she did her old family. She lived in the wilderness not long before she began to struggle with survival. Ivy was on the brink of starvation when she met another dog. They gave her food and taught her how to survive on snow and ice. The two were friends for years before they split up. Ivy's close friend thought it better for her to live on her own from now on, a decision that they both now regret. With heavy hearts they went their separate ways, maybe some time they'll meet back up again.
:Personality:
Ivy is....well, slightly insecure if you will. She's tough to get close to, and her self-esteem isn't always her friend, but she manages with it. If you do manage to get close with her, you'll realize that she's very intelligent, clever, and fun to be around when she is enjoying herself. Ivy is a naturally reserved and quiet, keeping to herself and only trusting a handful of dogs with her emotions. She does need someone to talk to everyone and a while, and being a stray isn't going to help her out there. Her social skills aren't the best, but that doesn't mean she can't change, she just needs a little help along the way.

Smart- Ivy is a intelligent and quick minded dog, always thinking on her toes.
fast- This husky is phanominally fast and accurate with her gaits
Survival- Ivy is skilled in hunting and defending herself, basic survival skills she has learned over the years.
:Weaknesses:
Insecure- She doubts herself severely.
socially akward- Ivy has trouble talking to other digs, even in casual conversations unless she is close friends with the dog and feels comfortable around them.

Haven't done a sled dog role-play in a while! Mind if I reserve one of the lead dog positions on the Comets and one of the swing dogs on the Competition? Also does our character have to be one of the breeds listed??

I have a breed question as well, could I use a Seppala Siberian as my Competition dog, they're a breed that's extremely similar to Siberian Huskies, just bred purely for working and not showing.
