Inferno is a powerfully built brute standing at 27 inches and weighing about 97 pounds. He has a thick, double coat russet colored pelt with white underfur/markings and light golden eyes. His ears are smaller in proportion to his head and Inferno is a rather heavy, muscular dog with a sturdy and formidable appearance. After the accident a long scar now stretches down over the left side of his face and over the eye socket, the eye itself now missing.

Born and raised among a kennel well known for producing prize-winning sled dogs, namely Alaskan Malamutes and Siberian Huskies. From practically the moment they could walk Inferno and his siblings were taught how to pull a sled and work as a team. Once an appropriate age he was sold off to his musher, whom he'd been with ever since.

:Personality:
Being a wheel dog means Inferno needs to be both strong and focused enough on the task at hand...er, paw to get the job done, which he thankfully seems to excel at. He's a generally amiable fellow with a great deal of patience concerning others, but can prove a bit impulsive with his decisions when not hooked up to the sled. He's extremely protective of his owner and teammates, ready to drop the nice guy act and fly into offensive mode whenever necessary. He's a confident dog who takes pride in his skills, perhaps proving a bit egotistical.

:Appearance:
A black and brown female with a white throat, chest, underbelly, legs and paws. Ikkuma stands at 20 inches and weighs about 65 pounds. Her ears are pointed and tail curled with a medium-length, thick coat. Her eyes are a blazing orange color earning her the name Ikkuma, which means fire in Inuit. She is well muscled and holds a lot of strength in that dainty frame. As well as being excellent sled dogs her breed are often also used for hunting Polar Bears and seals.

:Bio:
Ikkuma was born on an Native American Indian reservation in Canada as a stray. She proved feral towards humans despite living among them and never joined any of the local dog packs, just managing to get by through scavenging and hunting her own prey. She was often used to being pushed around and bullied by other canines, nearly losing her life to one particular group of trouble-makers after getting mouthy with them. She was saved by a young man who managed to tame her and lived with him for a time. She had a late start to sled training, but seemed to excel in it. Eventually the man fell on hard times and had no choice but to sell his beloved dog which is how she ended up on the team. Feeling betrayed by her previous owner she was never very fond of her current master and just barely tolerated him.

:Personality:
Naturally mistrustful of strangers and rather aloof in demeanor, she usually prefers to stay away from other dogs. Ikkuma doesn't need them and she doubts any of them want her around either. Becoming part of a sled team has slowly warmed her to the other canines she works with, but she still holds a rather sharp tongue and short temper. Such traits don't help her make many friends. Current circumstances have only worsened Ikkuma's cynicism, but she's finding perhaps her teammates mean more to her than she initially would have thought.

Tallikut is a large, wolfish canine with a predominately black pelt. A splash of white on the chest is the only other color to be found on his coat and his eyes are a bright golden. He is lean and muscular, but not much of a fighter.

:Bio:
The son of two beloved pets who made the mistake of venturing into the woods for an adventure with their only pup. Both were young and didn't really understand what it would mean to trespass on a wolf pack's territory. Whether they were foolish or naive might depend on who you asked. Both dogs were killed, but Tallikut was spared and taken in due to his youth. Being raised by the wolves who murdered your parents in front of you isn't exactly what one could call easy, but he managed to adjust. As a yearling he found he simply couldn't continue living as wolf and fled to Nocome. He might look like a wolf, but he is in every way a dog and knew in his heart he belonged with humans. Eventually he was picked up by a family in town and adapted to the life of a companion animal quite well.

:Personality:
A gentle brute. He proved early on among the wolf pack he wouldn't be useful as a warrior despite being quite a large dog and was planned to be placed as an omega before eventually discovering he had an affinity for healing, thus being chosen to be the pack healer. Even with a new job he never quite fit in and when he made the decision to leave the wolves did not stop him. His knowledge of healing plants and herbs remains and often leads to him going out of his way to try and help others.

:Bio:
Initially born to be a pet. The American Alastian is a recent breed developed to resemble the extinct Dire Wolf and is thus a bit on the rarer side. She was an expensive purchase for her owner, but Timber wasn't fond of a life indoors and had a tendency to bolt as soon as the front door was opened. After one such occasion she got lost and never returned home. Taken in by a pack of ferals, she rose up to the beta position by her third year. Unfortunately it didn't last and the pack dispersed after their leader contracted rabies and uninfected dogs had no choice but to flee or be bitten.

:Personality:
Easy-going for the most part. Unless she feels threatened you have nothing to fear from this large canine. She enjoys a good joke and tends to lean toward being a bit sarcastic. She often becomes melancholy and depressed when left alone for too long so often seeks out the company of other canines even if she claims she's perfectly fine with being alone. She's a bit of a flirt and especially has a habit of chasing after other females.

:Appearance:
Dijin is a slim, lithe, feminine brute with an angular build. He is all sharp, delicate angles and light curves that cause many to mistake him as a female husky. His fur is thick and soft with a dark agouti grey-blue color and a solid white underbelly, throat, chin, eyebrow dots, paws, and tail tip. His eyes are a dark navy blue color that get much lighter around his pupil and have black fur lining them like eyeliner. He has a few scars from skirmish with other dogs at rest stops, or during the night with strays who get too close to their camp. His oddest marking is the one that gives him his name, a white patch of fur like a handprint on his right cheek that branches to the right side of his neck. He is 21 inches at the shoulder and weighs around 39 lbs in total making him a smaller male husky as well.

:Bio:
Dijin was born in the kennel of the team musher of the Competition sled dog team to a pure bred mother and father with good strong blood lines and beautiful coats. Both dogs boasted the agouti gene, his mother a grey-blue agouti and his father a black-grey agouti with varying shades of grey-white capes and black face masks. He was one of three in the litter, his sister having the common husky markings of black capping with white and his brother being a ruddier brown-red with white under fur. He got both the agouti gene from his parents and an odd marking of white on him which he was later named for. He lived happily with his mother and siblings till they were split too begin their training as sled dogs. It was then that the musher began to realize the aloof, mischievous, and devious nature of this husky. He would tangle the traces, disappear from the line-up, or fight the swing dogs for their positions. But once he was in the harness and lined up properly? He worked just as hard as any dog, loving the toil and trouble of the trail and every second of running. Dijin got along well with his siblings, joined at the hip as their musher used to say. But when his brother was sold, both dogs went into a slight depression and would often isolate themselves. It was the occurrence of the accident that made him more team orientated.
:Personality:
Dijin is aloof and independent, he is afraid of relaying on any other dog for fear of letting them and himself down. He is a protective brute, caring deeply for his family and friends to the point of defending them with his life. He has a lot of willpower and can be very opinionated; even if his anxiety tells him he’s wrong most of the time. Dijin is afraid of letting others that aren’t Harpy in, fearing that if they get too know him that they’ll leave him without a second glance. He can be a bit of a prankster and loves jokes so long as he’s not caught and has a set of hollow legs; capable of eating two whole salmons by himself without filling up. He has no problem isolating himself and tends to wander off by himself anyways, hiding and staying that way till line-up time in the morning. The toil and work of the trail is something he throws himself into whole heartedly and enjoys it with every fiber of his being.
