Her ear flicks at the sound of paw steps outside her den, she passed the figure she had been staring at and looked out from her den, seeing it was Cloudspot, she relaxed. She sat by the figure, wrapping her tail over her paws neatly like always, it was what she did. She always looked like a real leader, acted like one and always looked presentable. The only way she knew how to look these days, she looked the Tom in the eyes, her eyes dark and full of worry with hint of something that cannot be recognized. She spoke but when her voice had come out, it didn't sound so cheery, "hi Cloudspot.." she was scared but she didn't show it..

Pebblesnout
He sat beside his sister, staring at the deputy. He knew the cat would come through for the clan... when the time had come and tragedy happened.. he would be a great cat.. he could see through to the good or evil of a cat and Cloudspot was kind.. he approved of him being deputy, he approved of his sister. He knew his clan would be safe but, the worry in Icestar hung in the air, he knew his sister didn't know what to do but, she was going to be ok.. his pelt glimmered as he moved, if this cat truly believed in starclan he would be able to see him.. he would let him see..

Cloudspot was about to lay down when Icestar walked out of her den. "Hi Icestar. Is something wrong? Cause I had this feeling that something was wrong and I felt that I should have been here in camp." He stopped, not wanting to ramble on about his feelings cause that is not why he wanted to talk to Icestar. When Cloudspot stopped talking he looked around, feeling something stir and he saw a cat. Not an ordinary cat, but . . . one from Starclan. He dipped his head to the starry tom and not wanting to be rude for staring he averted his gaze to the spot between Icestar and the Starclan tom.

Seawhisper ~ She-cat ~ Warrior ~ Mentions: Lionheart

Seawhisper watched herself, her purr seeming as if it were distant and yet calm like a wave crashing against the shore. "You weren't the one to fall in the shallow end of the stream yesterday...and wound up like a floundering fish." She flushed under her coat to the thought. "I can reassure you, you're better than me in some ways." She gave a flick of her tail once more, this time it brushing against his flank in a friendly manner.

She looked to the sky, "great trouble is coming.. starclan have sent me dreams and they are always bad.. this is for all of the clans.." she stops as her eyes become distant and she blankly stares at the sky, words coming from her mouth she didn't realize she was talking, "snow will fall.. Fire will Blaze... Grass will die.. as soon as Night falls.." she stared at the sky, wondering why something so horrible could happen..

He saw the deputy look straight at him and he could see him, he spoke, "I am Pebblesnout.. kin to Icestar.. this is my clan as well as yours... take good care of it.." He left the two cats puzzled with his comment that was directed at Cloudspot. He then vanished, his scent wafted around them and then soon vanished..

Cloudspot was astonished by actually seeing a Starclan cat and that cat being kin to Icestar and then the astonishment left when he caught onto what Icestar was saying. He noticed her gaze going blank and he nudged her. "Do you know what it could mean?" He asked, the last words she said repeating in his mind. 'As soon as Night falls. . . As soon as Night falls.' He shook his head, trying to get the nagging out of his mind. "Lets talk in your den." He suggested.

She snapped out of it then nodded, she didn't want to worry the rest of the clan unnecessarily. They needed to figure out what was going on before telling everyone exactly what was going on, she stood up and walked into her den, sitting on her nest and goes back to her usual posture. "This is.. terrible.."

Cloudspot look around the clan and was worried about them. He then walked into Icestar's den after her and sat down across from her. He didn't want to be blunt with his opinions so he waited for her to start. He wrapped his tail around his paws and gazed up at the darkening sky. "It's almost night." He commented, hoping Starclan would guide them in their dreams.

She sighed, "I'm not sure what that meant.. I think it has to do with certain cats in each clan... but I'm not sure... maybe it has nothing to do with clans, just weather? When night falls... we will see.." she looked down at her paws, thinking hard about what they should do.. but she had nothing.. she wouldn't say anything to the clan until she was sure...

Cloudspot looked at the darkening sky once more before returning his gaze to Icestar. "What if 'As soon as Night falls' means as soon as Nightclan falls?" He said. He pondered over the rest of the . . . the prophecy and closed his eyes, repeating the words. "Snow will fall, Fire will blaze, Grass will die, as soon as Night falls." He repeated it four more times and the last time he said, "Snowclan will fall, Fireclan will blaze, Grassclan will die, all of this happens as soon as Nightclan falls." He opens his eyes and gazes into Icestar's eyes. "What if that is what it meant, because the first word to each your said was the first part of each clan."

She nodded, "it makes sense.. but I need starclan to tell me more.. I need more information on this.. it is so confusing.." she heard distant sounds but it was all in her head.. she looked tired and she did need sleep.. but she could no longer sleep.. starclan always sent her dreams, dreams she could not even decrypt.. it was frustrating..

Cloudspot looked just as frustrated as Icestar. "Well what should I do? I can't just sit here and do nothing." He didn't mean to sound like he was demanding he was just frustrated by the warning. It wasn't enough for him. He needed more but the only way to get more is to consult Starclan and Starclan only visits the leader or medicine cat.

She stared at the ground, she knew of a tactic her parents had told her about.. if Starclan would allow it, they could send the same dream to as many cats as requested but she wasn't sure of how to do so.. it was weird..

She nodded, "good night.." when he left, she closed her eyes. She needed more information.. this was interesting but scary at the same time.. she wanted to protect her clan from whatever she could.. she drifted off into sleep.

I nodded understandingly to Cloudspot. "I understand! You are deputy now, so you have more important things!" I said, trying to reassure the tom that I understood his decision. I let him go, and followed slowly a little after he had left.
