Cloudspot - Male - Warrior - Snowclan camp - Mentions: None, Open

Cloudspot blinked his eyes and yawned. He had been sleeping in the middle of the warrior's den, the warmest spot, so now he was burning up. He stretched and walked out of the warrior's den. He looked around and saw that most of his clanmates were still sleeping. Sitting down by the fresh-kill pile he grabbed a small mouse and devoured it in two huge bites. That was enough to sustain him until sun-high.

She snapped out of it, she said the queen, "I will let you enjoy your day. I will see you later!" She smiled and padded over past the fresh kill pile, noticing Cloud pot she greeted him, "hi there Cloudspot, lovely day isn't it?"

I trotted into camp, nodding to Cloudspot and Icestar as I passed them, slowing to a walk. I sniffed curiously into the elders den, smelling mouse bile, before going in. At least they won't be grumpy about ticks. I sat the fish down gingerly. "I caught a fish for you guys. I figured it would be a nice change from squirrel or mouse." I explained with a soft smile.

She nodded to Mudsplash in return, wondering about two things. Who should be the deputy and what it would be like if she had kits. She thought she probably would never like another cat as a mate, she thought she would probably never have kits so why think about it? She looked at Cloudspot and smiled her genuine smile, trying not to look troubled at all, she hoped it was working..

Cloudspot sighed, knowing that if he wanted to help his leader he would have to drop his funny and playful side. "Hey, Icestar. I'm here to be a loyal clanmate and no one wants to see their leader troubled. Leaders are supposed to stay strong, so tell me what's troubling you. You gotta tell someone or you won't get rid of that feeling you have. I might be able to help." He hoped that was enough to get her to speak.

Her ear flicked, she knew he was trying to help but she still didn't want to dump her feelings on to another cat but, he did have a point. She looked around but just said, "fine then.. meet me in my den" her voice was friendly but still troubled and she padded towards her den. It was a little tricky to get into, she pushed through a few brambles at the base of the steps and once she got to the top she jumped onto the ledge and then padded into her den. She sat in her nest and talked to herself out loud but quietly, "Pebblekit.. what should I do?.." she knew she sounded crazy but, he was a kit when he died. She thought it was funny how he was named, he was smaller than her and Whitemist when they were born, he had reminded their father of pebbles by the creek so, that's how he got his name.

Cloudspot glanced up at the sky. He hoped whatever was troubling Icestar could be solved. He followed her to her den and almost slipped of the ledge but saved himself in time. He padded quietly into his leaders den and sat down. "I'm here." He announced although she could see him.

Her ear flicked in amusement, then her expression went serious, "I need to think of who would be a suitable deputy.. a lot of cats fit the image of a great leader but, I need a great deputy to fit what the clan is supposed to stand for.. it's hard.." she reluctantly continued the rest of her train of thought, "as well as I am afraid I will never have kits. I am sorry to have said that but that has also been troubling me.. I cannot find a cat I would want to think of as my mate. Again I'm sorry... I have to focuse more on the new deputy of Snowclan." Her tail flicked back and forth as she thought through who would fit her image of the next leader. She wanted to make sure she made the right decision..
