She knew he wasn't 'waiting for someone' but oh well, it would be okay. She dropped her head to the retriver "It's okay, I hope you find them." She meant that, with the humans gone life forms seemed to be minamized, rodents crawling the streets or the odd stray cat with surprisingly sharp claws, but not many friendly things. Sarid | Mutt | Male | 3 Months Mentions: Sugar, Balder, Lucca, Caysi, Levi Sarid bounced up in joy. He looked at Sugar, then looked at the dog. "Shes just mad because she doesn't know if you will hurt me." Without waiting for a response, Sarid ran over t his sister. He kept smiling at her. "No." Sugar said flatly, shaking her head. Sarid looked at her with sad eyes, his useful trick. Sugar looked at him the same stern way until he widened his eyes, making a cute puppy eyes face. This is his last try. "How does this work??" Grumbled Sugar, looking down at Sarid. She rolled her eyes, shaking her coat. Sarid waited, his jaw open so he looked like he was making a large smile. He waited for a few seconds, wagging his tail so fast it was just a golden blur. Maybe she will say yes? If she does, it would be great, very great. He can have a friend, to play with! How fun! "Fine." Sugar growled, lowering her head in defeat. Sarid bounced over to the dog, the shepherd. "She said yes! She said yes!" Sarid said twice, wagging his tail and his tongue lolling out his mouth. H urned his attention to a another dog who looked quite upset. He padded over cautiously. "Hi! Im Sarid! Why are you sad? Do you want to join?" Gracie / Australian Shepard / Street Mentions : Lex Gracie thought about the male's offer. Her handler wasn't coming back, her throbbing heart knew that much. But there was something familiar and happy about her house. With memories of brighter times. But this was an offer she couldn't pass down, she needed someone, and this dog said he was offering nothing but he was offering something Gracie couldn't find by herself, friendship. "Can I just go and get a few things from my house?" It was a good enough plan for the moment, with two dogs they would have a better chance to find food or anything they may need. She had the food at the house, she could at least offer him that, and she would bring her blanket for the bright memories she seemed to need so much. Her eyes began to sting but she recalled her training and breathed deeply, finding her paws on solid, wet concrete and her mind ready once again. It's okay, your okay. 0 players like this post! He's tempted to follow and see why the dog seems so aggiated, but figured it was better to give him space and let him come down on his own. Looking outside Levi realizes how much time has passed as he sees the moon already in the sky and the snow coming down even harder than before.
