He shook his head, and poked her in the stomach even though he knew she hated it, "For some strange reason, I don't believe you..."

Kelsie grunted in mock pain before poking him as well in the stomach, "Why not? I would never lie about this." Her sarcasm was obvious in her tone.

He poked her side then, putting his other hand in her hair, tangling his fingers in the strands, "I think you've said that before..." He kissed her head, stopping the poking match by putting his arms around her and hugging her against him, "Have you been waking up at this time every night?"

"No not really, I usually try and sleep at this time but I end up waking up in the middle of the night...usually I don't try and go back to sleep so I just continue watching something." She was going to poke him back but couldn't since her arms were now pinned down.

He nodded, pressing his cheek to her head while they sat there, "Do you want to watch something right now? I don't know what to do.... and I'm not letting you poke me right now." He put his nose into her hair, closing his eyes for a second.

"It wouldn't be a bad time to go to the bar." She joked, just letting him hug her with a death grip.

He smiled, "Ha ha... if you really want a drink I have stuff here..." He moved his head to her neck, breathing her in.

"Nah I was joking....mostly." Kelsie smiled when he put his face in her neck and inhaled, but snorted when she remembered something that also happened in the two months he was gone, "You remember Effren? He came back to my place when you were gone, looking for me but my mom told me I was staying at Sophia's so he came to her place. When he saw me all depressed on the couch he tried hugging me but I nailed him strait in the family jewels. That was probably one of the most satisfying things I've done that didn't include you." She remembered how he spent a sold five minutes on the ground, whimpering in pain because of how hard she hit him.

Damiaan snorted into her neck, nuzzling it for a second before lifting his head at her snort, furrowing his eyebrows as she talked. He scowled a little bit at the beginning--he did remember Effren, and not in the best way--but he laughed at the end, resting his forehead against hers, "I don't think he'll be bothering you ever again..."

"Yea...he's a stubborn asshole. I think he thought we broke up so that's why he tried comforting me when he saw me." She honestly didn't understand why he would try and make amends...again especially after last time when she had punched him obviously that wasn't a clear enough sign that she didn't want to see him ever again.

He rested his chin against her shoulder, eyes following the line of her jaw as she talked, "He seemed... idiotic when I met him. If you could call it meeting him." He smiled a bit sadly at her next words, but didn't comment, just started rubbing her arms gently.

"At least he didn't decide to pick a fight with you when you saw him. Actually I feel like he barely noticed you were in the room as well." Kelsie shook her head but smiled at Damiaan, "I just remembered...we both need to feed again tomorrow. Actually the longest I can go is three days but I don't want to push it that much."

Damiaan snorted, "I probably could've thrown him out the window..." He shrugged a little, "He did notice me eventually, and he wasn't too happy about me being there." He smiled back, kissing her nose when she was done talking, "Three days? That's pretty good.... also good that you don't want to push it." He laughed under his breath, shaking his head a bit, "Does having to feed still bother you?"
