Sophia sighed and shook her head, "What ever it is, she doesn't seem fine." Her phone had 'dinged' again, signifying another message from Kelsie. This time it was a longer one of how she was actually going to crash at Sophia's place tonight and maybe the next night. Sophia didn't mention it to Damiaan though because if Kelsie wanted him to know she would've said so.

Damiaan still stared at his menu, even though he heard Sophia's phone. He figured it was Kelsie, but when Sophia didn't say anything else he just sighed made a move to stand, "I'm just going to go home..."

"Yea that might be a good idea." She said before standing up as well and calling the waiter over to let her know that they would be leaving.

Damiaan just sighed and stood, putting his hands in his pockets and walking out the door without so much as a goodbye to Sophia. He didn't want to see anybody right now.

Sophia drove strait home knowing that Kelsie was waiting for her there. When she finally pulled up she saw her friends car there, with her in the front seat. Knocking on the glass Sophia bent down and looked at Kelsie who opened the door and walkedstrait to the front door. "What happened there?" Sophia asked but it only earned a mere shrug out of Kelsie.

"It was obvious that Damiaan didn't want to be there much less see me so I just left." She muttered as Sophia unlocked the front door. "I hope you don't mind me staying here for a few nights..." Sophia just shook her head.

"Nope you're free to stay but the least I deserve is an explanation of where you've been over the last few days."

Damiaan hung his head as he walked home, not really wanting to call a cab or anything like that. He needed to think, and get some fresh air before he went back inside his apartment. His brooding didn't really help him, however, and he just sighed angrily before going inside his apartment and sitting down on the couch, glaring through the window at the street below. Kelsie still had his apartment key...

Kelsie threw her purse on the bed of the spare bedroom in Sophia's place, it was pretty late already since she took her time to explain what happened, or make up most of the events. She didn't feel like telling her friend that she is or was dating a vampire. Kelsie actually had no idea what their status was right now but it didn't seem very good.

Damiaan chewed his lip bloody again, now feeling very worried about his and Kelsie's status. He didn't want to be mad at her, but he was, which was a problem. He also didn't really know how to go about fixing the problem, and that was aggravating him greatly. He ground his teeth, then decided to go take a long, hot shower, hoping that would clear his mind, just a little bit.

Kelsie laid in bed, playing stupid rage-inducing games until she felt tired which took another few hours until her lids felt heavy. Putting her phone away she tucked into the sheets and pulled them up over her head.

Damiaan got out of his shower about an hour later, throwing on some shorts before grabbing his phone, sitting down on the edge of his bed and calling Kelsie. He didn't think she would answer, but it never hurt to try. It was also never too late to start lying to yourself, which he was doing now. It would hurt really badly if she didn't answer.

Kelsie was close to dozing off when she heard her phone ringing, with an annoyed groan she turned over and saw Damiaan's name flashing on her screen. With a little debate she sighed and answered it, "Hello?"

Damiaan bit his lip and stood up when she answered, starting to pace the length of his room a little bit, "I don't want to be mad at you."

Kelsie stayed silent for a bit, sitting up on the bed before mumbling, "It's a little too late for that don't you think?" Her voice was a bit groggy from her tired state but she wasn't exactly overjoyed either how all Damiaan had to say was 'I don't want to be mad at you'.

Damiaan could tell she was tired, and he almost just hung up, but didn't. He sighed, then said quietly, "It's never too late."

"No it's ok if you hate me for what ever I did, I would hate me too." He voice was laced with sarcasm mainly because she didn't have an idea why he just flipped and started hating on her. She may have snuck out the window to have some alone time but she thought he would understand that since over the last few days the only time she had to herself was that two hours and maybe a few minutes.
