the queen minis are all caught up, nin just needs the opportunity to get onto a computer to post them, she has been on mobile since her laptop died. the princesses will be finished once i get home from work, i am roughly a third of a way through them.

Hello to all my queens and princesses!
We are wrapping up the festivities and the time we have spent with our loved ones last year so that we can move forward into this new year. And now that I can be here with you, I would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart; those who started this journey last year, those who are with us coming into the new years, and those who are eagerly anticipating joining us in the future of this year. With the holidays behind us, break time is over; queens will be slowly but surely chugging its way to full speed again.

Not only that, but a new year means new ideas going into the future! But for now, we will be doing our usual. Events. Today's events will be Non-breeding events for everyone, as we all have new queens to get accustomed to. Seeing how all of these queens are currently proud mothers, the stakes are high when it comes to these events; they could snowball into something great or catastrophic for the future of their respective queendoms. With that being said, good luck!

Micah is finding that she wished she hadn't scared her family off the way she did.She had let her guard down and fallen into a deep sleep; so deep, when she woke up she was startled by a human with a large black sack standing only inches away from her!

Oddball and Midnight seem to be rather reluctant to open up to their older siblings; Angel is understanding, as she comes off as stern and cold. Shadow, however, seems friendly enough. At first she thinks it is because they are very clingy, then she catches Shadow swatting Oddball between the eyes and has a better understanding.

Xander seems to be captivated by Meridian and Bermuda. Although she is reluctant to go hunt for them, when Sienna leaves her to watch over them while she hunts, she occasionally comes back to find her grooming, playing, or snuggling with them until she notices her there.

Acadia seems to be nervous about the new kittens Dorian has. At first it seems like she is worried about them becoming ill, but after questioning it, Dorian finds out that she has a confession to make. Apparently, the cat she had mated with to produce Dorian has the same scent as the cat Dorian had mated with to produce Elara and Natalie!

So many emotions roll through Mångata. She had loved her mother deeply and looked to the matriarch as an experienced elder after taking on the mantle of Queen, now she feels abandoned and alone, almost betrayed by Petrichor's passing.
With a sad sniff, she glances around at her family. They, too, are in pain. Her sisters seem heartbroken, her kittens are mewling miserably, asking for their grandam. Taking a deep, steadying breath, Mångata chides herself; She isn't abandoned or alone and Petrichor certainly hasn't betrayed any of them. The elder cat is here; In the purr of her sisters and the playful bounce of her kittens. With the realization comes a suddenly lighter heart. The young Queen gains the attentions of her family and explains her epiphany: Petrichor was love and this family is going to [Have a celebration] of her life.
