Suddenly, Micah isn't feeling so tough and mean in the face of the giant. She lowers her back and curls her tail defensively, ears flat on her head as she watches, hoping that the human doesn't see her. The human does see her, however and chuckles, giving her a piece of jerky from his pocket before throwing away his trash and moving on.
Micah is a little more charming!

Cricket intercepts a swat and returns it with her own rather vicious one at shadow, leaving a nick on her daughter's cheek. The devious girl hisses but slinks away in submission, mumbling that maybe if she hit Oddball that hard, her eyes would align. Rather than take any recognition of the insult, Oddball's eyes seem to twinkle admiringly as she looks to her mother...or maybe they twinkle with something else?

Xander jolted to when she saw Sienna's shadow get closer, ducking her head defensively. Sienna gave her a warm smile and praised her for the love and care she shows to her daughters. Rather than return the smile, Xander seems somewhat saddened by the remark, stating that she would probably make a good mother, before going to patrol the borders.

Naturally, Dorian is horrified, but knowing her mother's condition means that she isn't the most reliable source. She will have to hear it from the culprit himself. It is a long and terrifying journey outside of her territory to go find the tom, and her heart is filled with worry over her sisters protecting her young, but she makes the journey to the tom to find that he is well aware of the incestuous relations and simply didn't care! The nerve of some toms!
Dorian is now brave!

Mångata knows her mother to be a spritely cat of action, and she would hate to see her daughters and granddaughters waste a day sulking. Rather than let their loss bring them down, she would want the memories to bring them closer together. They have a celebration, being sure to do it out on the lawn to not cause too much of a commotion in the house. Her older sisters now better understand why mother had chose her to lead.

Inari supposes they can wait a little longer and decides to sneak to investigate. It appears a human has left their lunch on a workbench unattended. After mulling it over and seeing the other humans about, she figures it isn't worth it. Amina and Inari's kittens don't come to the same conclusion. Apparently Inari took too long to return and they had gone looking for her. Now Amina is trying to score an extra dinner and the kittens are happily following after! Chaos ensues, and Kagutsuchi is kicked and injured by a human when defending the kittens, but they manage to get back to the territory safely.

Callie makes Rosa live on the outskirts of the territory to keep the chances of spreading the sickness lower. Rosa understands, but without the support she needs, her condition rapidly deteriorated until she could no longer sustain herself and passed away. Days pass, and it appears that the mysterious sickness does not make a reappearance.
Your queendom avoided getting the sickness!

Lydia hisses to get his attention, warning that if he comes around here and steals from her home that she will tear his throat out. The large cat gruffs and says he will keep that in mind, but the sly smile on his face tells Lydia that it won't be the last time she will have to remind him. The nerve of some toms...

If she wants to keep her territory, she will have to be brave and cunning, not reckless and passive! When they let their dog out, your queen allows herself to be spotted. It seems friendly enough, but she begs for it to spare her in return for a treat. She leads the foolish creature to where a sticky trap with penut butter lays for a mouse, and the creature takes the bait, running in panic when its muzzle gets stuck on the trap.
Your queen is now evil!

Jonnie's blood boils at the sight of seeing her sister hurt and thinking of who did it, but it is more important to make sure she is okay and recovers than to seek revenge. With their focus on recovery, she easily heals without any complications and they continue on with life. Later on, she finds out that the cats who had attacked are a dying territory nearby. They should stay alert for more attacks and whatever is causing their downfall.

Your Queen feels she is too young to submit and give in to the pet life and decides to take a break from the human, leaving the territory to go explore. Seeing new sights and coming across new dangers and challenges rekindles her desire, and she comes back home ready to officially start her queendom. Apparently along the way she seemed to have charmed an orphan and convinced it to come along with her!

Loki chooses to stay vigilant, but at what cost? It feels like silence never settles within the dark territory, her ears feeling the pinprickles of inaudible noise all around her that she can't make out. She swears she can see the shadows twist and stalk from the corners of her eyes. It feels like the whole territory is sinking into an abyss alongside her...but lately she no longer wishes to escape.

Loki is now stressed and crazed!


Update!

Hey all! I apologize for these replies still not coming out in a timely manner. There has been a lot of complications, from computer access to heavy workloads, that has mostly limited my amount of internet access to the weekends. That being said, in order to not slow down the progression of Queens, breeding event requirements for kittens to reach adulthood will be changed from 2 to 1. This isn't a permanent change; just until
things settle and I can more easily and consistently dish out Queens content.

Also, I want to let you guys know that your events might be coming a little late today, as this week will probably be moving week for me.
