Do not take any medical pet advice over the internet, those are questions for your rat's vet and not strangers on the internet. ( I kind of want to clarify this, you can talk about vet/medical stuff but there should be no diagnosing or giving each other dosing measurements etc) + Do not photo spam in this thread please + Do not advertise anything not rat related (i.e. other clans/studs/etc) + You don't have to donate but it would be appreciated if you did : ) + If you have any issues please contact me! Do you guys have any recommendations for keeping your rats entertained? My three girls get so bored they like to cause mischief and try to bite their water bottle 0 players like this post! Like? |

@Sleepy Mine do fine with a large safe wheel, a few chews, and sometimes I put a puzzle of some kind in their cage to play with. The "rings of fortune" is a bird toy that they have to line up twist sections to get treats to fall through. They like that one. If you can't afford puzzle toys, just put a few treats in a toilet paper tube and fold the edges over. They will enjoy tearing into it to find the treat. :) The main thing though is just to make sure you get them out often. The best thing to keep a rat happy is time exploring outside the cage and playing with you. We like to train our boys and we have a few trick setups we built that look like a playground on the bed. And we teach them fetch and similar games :) 0 players like this post! Like? |

Aww that's so sweet :3 I may try the puzzle thing since the girls love moving third little platforms over to squeeze in between them and once they figured out you can slide it a little bit they go nuts when I try and fix it. 0 players like this post! Like? |
