OOc Thread Here! In a time of Great Sorrow, the land of Pyrrhia is thrown into turmoil....The assassination of two of Pyrrhia's dragon queens has sent the land into turmoil. An assassin on behalf of the former NightWing queen slaughtered both the RainWing and the SandWing queens - hungry for power, the SkyWings and Mudwings allied with the Nightwings in the Queen's quest for more power, fighting against the Seawings, Sandwings, RainWings, and Icewings.. The bloodthirsty NightWing queen's reign ended with her death, but the damage had already been done; the war rages on. Hybrids are being slaughtered left and right, eggs are being stolen from hatcheries; every dragon lives in fear as the bloodiest war in Pyrrhia's history wages outside their homes. Meanwhile, there have been reports of scavengers killing more and more dragons each year - the creatures they had never imagined as a threat were starting to fight back against them. Desperate to save her land, her tribe, and her lover, an icewing/seawing hybrid, Queen Bermuda sought the help of a Nightwing seer. He foretold that only seven hatchlings, one from each tribe, could help unite the seven dragon tribes and bring peace to the land. How, however, he could not say - and so, driven to exhaustion, Queen Bermuda stole an egg from the hatchery of each kingdom and hid them in a secret place. She can only hope that the seer had been right- she is close to death, and the land she so desperately loves is close to going up in flames...… -------------------------- Rules-You can have as many characters as you like, provided that you can roleplay with them all. If you make one and then decide you don't want to use them anymore, we can find a way to remove them from the roleplay (ex: killing the character, chasing them off, etc.) -Please no animus characters. :) -Please ask before designating any characters as a princess, king, or anything similar if the tribe already has a queen. Please ask the person in question who is playing the queen. :) -The roleplay will start when we have all the prophecy dragonets. You can have more than one. -Be nice! :) Anyone is allowed to join this roleplay as long as you follow this rule. "You shouldn't." Swift snarled as he reached into his sack of weapons, skillfully retrieving a long pointy spear and some thin metal discs. He tossed aside the dagger, since he was better at using the metal discs. He glared at Trunk through the cocoon. He flared open his wings, but it felt like he was trapped inside a wall of sand. Escaping won't work. So I should wait for him either to stop the cocoon or enter the cocoon himself. 0 players like this post! Like? |

"I haven't been in contact with the skywings for over several years now!" Swift roared over the whooshing of the wind. As the cocoon started closing in on him, he found it hard to breath. Swift's wings flared open again the moment the cocoon loosened, and with momentum, he burst out of the cocoon with some difficulty. He stumbled, but managed to seize Trunk, and a moment, a metal disc was at Trunk's throat. Swift's eyes were full of menace as he held the disc. 0 players like this post! Like? |

" Suddenly, sand spears formed around swift, aimed at all the vital points. "I'll admit, you take advantage of the situation, but never get cocky when fighting me, let alone an animus." (I was so busy with Cascade I completely forgot about Flare and Ender oof) Flare returned to the throne room. Just outside the palace, he had assembled a war party. Healthy dragons- including some that partaken in the previous battle- waited eagerly. Flare was fully clad in silver armor. He saw Queen Osprey in her golden armor and nodded approvingly, "When we are ready, my queen, we can head out to the Sandwing Kingdom." Ender was slinking quietly through the palace halls, towards the entrance. As he passed various rooms, he overheard many conversations from different dragons, many of them boiling down to the same question: Where was Scorpius? As he silently trotted by some guards, one of them spoke to the other, "Imagine becoming king and the first thing you do is free a bunch of prisoners then dip." Ender slowed to a halt and hid in some shadows. He started eavesdropping as the guards continued to badmouth Scorpius. Ender quietly emerged from the shadows and spoke up, "If you don't like him, you can leave." The guards saw him and laughed hautily, "Don't think I won't, peewee." Ender turned and left, leaving the guards to themselves. He could easily inform Scorpius, if or whenever he returned. Cascade smiled as Dolphin put on her own special armor, "I will assemble a battle unit..or at least, sweet talk the generals into doing it. I'm sure they know how." Osprey spread her wings. "We leave now!" She took off, Falcon in tow. Falcon was carrying a stone cauldron of melted down fat, and she was boiling it to pour on anyone who dared touch her. The Skywing army, led by Osprey, Flare, and Falcon, quickly lifted off and headed towards the Skyward Kingdom. Flare, his wings still recovering from the Great Battle, tried not to over exert himself. He was gliding- only flapping his wings when necessary.
