OOc Thread Here! In a time of Great Sorrow, the land of Pyrrhia is thrown into turmoil....The assassination of two of Pyrrhia's dragon queens has sent the land into turmoil. An assassin on behalf of the former NightWing queen slaughtered both the RainWing and the SandWing queens - hungry for power, the SkyWings and Mudwings allied with the Nightwings in the Queen's quest for more power, fighting against the Seawings, Sandwings, RainWings, and Icewings.. The bloodthirsty NightWing queen's reign ended with her death, but the damage had already been done; the war rages on. Hybrids are being slaughtered left and right, eggs are being stolen from hatcheries; every dragon lives in fear as the bloodiest war in Pyrrhia's history wages outside their homes. Meanwhile, there have been reports of scavengers killing more and more dragons each year - the creatures they had never imagined as a threat were starting to fight back against them. Desperate to save her land, her tribe, and her lover, an icewing/seawing hybrid, Queen Bermuda sought the help of a Nightwing seer. He foretold that only seven hatchlings, one from each tribe, could help unite the seven dragon tribes and bring peace to the land. How, however, he could not say - and so, driven to exhaustion, Queen Bermuda stole an egg from the hatchery of each kingdom and hid them in a secret place. She can only hope that the seer had been right- she is close to death, and the land she so desperately loves is close to going up in flames...… -------------------------- Rules-You can have as many characters as you like, provided that you can roleplay with them all. If you make one and then decide you don't want to use them anymore, we can find a way to remove them from the roleplay (ex: killing the character, chasing them off, etc.) -Please no animus characters. :) -Please ask before designating any characters as a princess, king, or anything similar if the tribe already has a queen. Please ask the person in question who is playing the queen. :) -The roleplay will start when we have all the prophecy dragonets. You can have more than one. -Be nice! :) Anyone is allowed to join this roleplay as long as you follow this rule. Solstice whipped around as the same dragon she had spotted through the sand appeared nearby. She opened her mouth, letting out a roar at the sight of her son, whipping around to face Barb, who was now positioned over Seal. Solstice snarled loudly, snapping her jaws in the air before whipping her tail at North, trying to get him to come towards her. She turned to face Barb, watching the Sandwing with a calculating stare before she tilted her head back and roared, the sound ripping from her throat and carrying across the battlefield. Icewings began to step back, moving away from their Sandwing opponents and moving towards their Queen. "We're done." She responded. "But don't think this is over. It is far from over." She bit back the curse words she wanted to sling at Barb, instead choosing to let her soldiers stand beside her, hissing at Barb. The wind had seemed to pick up around them, and her shoulders and her left front leg ached, but she still felt the adrenaline of the fight coursing through her veins. Despite her stubbornness, however, she knew better than to continue a battle when it could be stopped. Her soldiers didnt deserve any more pummeling. She had lost enough. She just needed to get her children and get them home. ---- Scorpius frowned a little as he stood up, stretching his wings. He decided to take flight, circling overhead for a few moments. Just as he was about to land back down after surveying the area, something caught his eye. The desert in the distance seemed peaceful enough (for a desert) but right smack in the middle, a sandstorm - more like a tornado, judging by the large objects swirling in it - raged. It was so out of place that it couldn't be natural, and judging by the roar he heard from the general direction of this storm, something was going on, and he had a feeling a "battle" only scratched the surface. He landed, snorting a little. "I dont know much about animus abilities, but judging by what's going on over there, I have a feeling a certain animus might have started something." Nervousness boiled in his veins. If the Mudwing was bold enough to start something like that and get involved with two armies, there was no telling what could happen. "This can't stay a secret. I have to get home." He shuddered, looking over at Koala and the others. His eyes were mainly focused on Koala. He didn't want to leave him, but he knew he couldn't ask the Rainwing to come back with him. Not back to the place where he was held prisoner. That wasnt fair, in the slightest. But he couldn't stay out here while this animus seemed to be getting more and more bold, and he needed to take on the role he should have started filling when he first became King. 0 players like this post! North fought his way through the sand and wind and reached Solstice’s side. “Stop fighting!” He shouted over the wind Swift glanced at the enchanted spears hovering around him, then back at Trunk. “You’ve lost your soul.” He hissed. Little did he know that a Skywing army was heading this way. As an escaped criminal, his name would be high on the wanted list. (See Swift’s backstory) 0 players like this post! Like? |

Swift struggled but when Dragonfly left the cave, he naturally left. He jumped out of the cave and began flying towards a random direction. Well, maybe not that random. He was flying towards the direction which he couldnt see skywings there. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Swift scanned the land below. Where could he go now? The Kingdom of Sea is out, so is the Sky Kingdom, along with the Kingdom of Sand. The Ice Kingdom is too cold to live in, and he couldn’t go near the Mud Kingdom. That leaves the rainforest. It was wet, but it’ll have to do. 0 players like this post!
