This is (LOOSELY) based off of my adoption thread located here! This will be edited lots before I am satisfied with it, but ya know! This is where the RP will happen, I request that we try to keep OOC chat in the OOC forum, but I won't enforce it too hardcore. Some Rules: - All 18+ actions are to be fade to black - nothing involving minors and adults - Please put a warning before any gore, mutilation, or descriptive harm (self or otherwise) - Do not have a response that describes how someone else's character reacts UNLESS this has been previously okay'ed by the original player Each pride will be listed with a link to their respective page in the R&T Prides Forum. It is up to the creator of said pride to update it as people join! However, if they are anything like me, they may need occasionally reminders lol. But don't be pushy!! I will try to update this ASAP as people join and switch up their roles as well!! As a reminder, I would love people joining my pride just remember that the lion/lioness either HAS to have a mutation or fake it somehow to be allowed in the pride. He lives out near the Oasis that is unclaimable by any prides. That is monkey only territory. Coy Fish | Outside the Royal Dens "You would think so." He demurred thoughtfully. He laughed at the thought of Kimba being gelded and left to die- what a sight that would be. He got up, beginning to pace back and forth. "I had such hopes for him, not so much for Harbinger of course." Coy smirked at Lashpaw, as if sharing a splendid inside joke, "But I had hoped Kimba could become accustomed to such sights as blood and gore. It seems I was wrong." He stopped pacing, staring at Lashpaw intensely, "And I hate being wrong, Lash," He looked away with a sigh, "I really do." Coy Fish began to groom himself, rubbing a paw over his ear and grumbling under his breath. "You have proven yourself loyal countless times, Lashpaw, and capable of doing what must be done." He left it hanging in the air, curious what Lashpaw would do with such a sentiment and if he would catch the direction of this conversation. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Lashpaw starts, suprise clear on his face. "Im honored you think so my King, I try and aspire to the ideals you have for the Pride. If handeling punishments and guarding your lands are all you wish for me to do than i will do the tasks gladly. But if there is something more i can do for you, please dont hesitate to ask." He bows his head in respect but does not break eye contact with his King. He knows what Coy Fish wants, and he REVELS in the thought of it. ((If you want to make him your adviser go for it! ((Hell yeah!)) Coy Fish It is obvious that he is pleased by Lashpaw's reaction, the grin on his face far too sinister but somehow it fits the moment. "If only there was an open position for you," He purrs getting up to rub against Lashpaw, "I would gladly promote you as a reward for all you have done." There is a not so subtle hint beneath his words, especially as he looks towards the advisor's den before grinning at Lashpaw. "The position I think you would excel in is taken, unfortunately. And, though he has proven himself worthless, he is still capable of doing his job." He chuckles darkly, "Even though you often have to clean the messes his attempts cause." His ears flick and he sits in front of Lashpaw, "Consider it your last test. More of strength than brains, for, let us be honest with each other, he only has his size." 0 players like this post! ((((Lets Gooooo))) Lashpaw bares his fangs and licks his lips, with clear intent. "Accidents happen all the time. Is their anything....Specific, you would like me to do my King?" His tail lashes in delight at the though of ridding the pride of that useless waste of slesh. For all he is a bigger lion, he is weak compared to Lashpaw, who sharpned his young claws on the throats of lions larger than Kimba. HE can barly stop himself from snarling at the thought, his flanks bunching and releasing with barly restrained energy. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Coy Fish He laughs outright at the question, "Make sure the newcomers do not see nor learn of what happens. Other than that, enjoy it." Coy growls, partly wishing he could do it himself, but he needed to know just what Lashpaw was capable of. And plus, it wouldn't be fun- Kimba might fight back best he can, but he was weak. Pathetic. "You may do it tonight, or you may wait. Just don't take too long." He licks his lip, stump of a tail flicking back and forth in both excitement and agitation, "You are dismissed, Advisor." The smile he offers is tainted with his bloodthirst and desire to watch this play out. Instead, the king inclines his head to Lashpaw before headbutting the guard-soon-to-be-advisor and turning back to his own cave. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Lashpaw bows his head and accepts the headbut and smiles at his king as the other lion walk back to his den. He has a hunt to prepare for so he does not linger in the den. Instead, going out to the rocks in the center of the denlands and levering himself up to the hightst point, where Coy usually lounges nad servays the dens. He can hear voices from inside the healers cave, and rambunctious cubs inside the motherdens and the mothers tryig to corral them for sleep, the huntresses are setteling down for the night and he can hear Kimba in the primals den. He settles himself down and watches the mouth of the Primal den, formulating plans for his next great hunt. He shivers and salavates at the thought of hot blood in his mouth and Kimbas chest heaving in one last great breath before stilling. He cant stop himself from opening his mouth and scenting the air for his prey, his claws leaving small marks on the tough rock from his unconcious kneeding. "I wonder if Coy would like his pelt, to remember his brother. Or if he allow me to add it to my nest. Kimba is rather soft furred for such a large lion.' he chuckles. He is honored that his King chose him for this job and he cannot wait till nightfall. Maybe he'll need a partner for his nightly patrol nad bring Kimba along. Kimba | Primal Den He couldn't sleep, too excited to figure out the surprise his king had prepared for him. Hopefully it didn't involve any blood or gore, but he would learn to stomach it. He thought he was already getting better about seeing the gore- he hadn't even thrown up when Lashpaw had ripped off Harbinger's ear! Kimba hummed, chuckling a bit at himself. One of the primal lionesses snarled at him. "Kimba," She growled from the dark, "If you aren't going to shut up and sleep, you can leave." He blanched a bit, slightly chastiesed by the lioness but quickly hissed back at her. "Is that anyway to talk to the king's right paw lion?" He challenged her, ego deflating when snickers broke out through the den. "You can't do anything about it." Another piped up. With a huff, the advisor got to his paws and stalked out of the cave. His tail twitched angrily behind him as he sat down a few paces away from the opening of the primal den. He sighed, looking up at the stars and the moon. Lashpaw had stayed perched upon the rocks till well past dusk, waiting for Kimba to exit the cave. When he saw movment, he climbed down the back side of the rock formation and came round the side closest to the Primals den. "Hey Kimba, Youre with me tonight on border control. With Jack and Harbinger out for the next couple days it will be just us doing patrols." He says to the other. Lashpaw nods his head to the natural opening in the rocks that surround the denlands, "Come on, wee need to get started, were watching the west tonight. After fndingthe newcomers Coy wants us to be more careful about that edge of the terratory." He doesnt wait for much of a reply before he turs and begins walking toward the rockface. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Kimba | Outside Primal Den He jumps at the sudden sound of Lashpaw's voice and flinches ever so slightly, but he does as he's told. He yawns, stretching out, before padding after the primal male. His steps are heavy, not at all accustomed to scouting or sneaking he makes plenty of noise as he walks, constantly giving away his location and seeming unaware of this fact. "How far out are we going?" He inquires without a care for the volume of his voice. If Coy was present, he would share a look with Lashpaw to be like 'can you believe this oaf? make him suffer'. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Lashpaw grits his teeth in frustration at the other lion. 'He walks and sounds like a newborn elephant, the sooner i can take care of this the better.' he thinks to himself. "Were going all the way to the Western edge of the terratory, where Harbinger found Knawbones and Talus. We need to make sure there are no more lions sneaking about, and maybe well bring back a carcas or two for the hoard by the end of patrols. 'Your carcas.' he thinks again as Kimba snaps another dry savannah twig. "Maybe well find a lion or two and you can bring one back for Coy to have, im sure hed like that." 0 players like this post! Kimba | Border of Sunbaked He scents the air, seeming to perk up a bit at the thought of bringing something back for Coy Fish, "That would probably help ease his temper." He tried to joke with Lashpaw, wanting to keep away from upsetting the primal male and get on his good side as fast as possible.
