Backstory: Venom was born after a random lioness had an affair with a tiger. His mother raised him until he was about 1 year and 10 months old, when she abandoned him to fight for himself. He wandered for a long time on his own, doing what he had to so that he could keep himself alive and thriving.

One day he saw a lion in trouble, and jumped into the fray, saving the lion's life. That lion was Casta, who took him in out of gratefulness for facing his life. Venom now acts as an advisor to the king, and holds himself as he should.

Personality: Venom is cruel and unfeeling, choosing that acting out his king's wishes brings him no displeasure no matter who it is against. If his king asks him to rip out a lion's throat in front of him, he will do it. The only person he is currently kind to(can change) is the king himself, acting like a darling follower to the king, regardless that he's twice the other lion's size.

Backstory: As a cub- it wasn't all too clear that Haven was a leopon. And his mother tried her best to hide it all costs from the old queen. During his youth he became friends with and fell in love with the future head pelter Hel. As soon as he grew into himself, he was snagged- and was ashamed of himself and utterly heartbroken. Despite his rank- Hel still loved him as well, and so they have a secret romance behind the clans back. He also is close to dolly- as she encouraged him to find beauty and want in himself and to go after Hel as a partner.

Personality: he's very selfless and calm- and helps Dolly care for the younger snags of the third level. He adores his mate, often talking about her for hours on end. He 's very much infatuated with everything about her and tries to scrape up whatever gifts he can give he can think to give her. He's also strikingly strong and powerful- though he scarcely uses this power due to his passive nature.

Backstory:
Shadow Blossoms was born and raised in LushPelt pride to a long family line of healers. As soon as she could open her eyes and toddle around she was learning herbs by scent and taste. Pushed and folded into her role as a healer, Blossom has always had an eye for the supposed darker things in life. She wanted to be a Pelter as soon as she saw one at work while shadowing her father. The care they took with the pelts and the honor they gave back to the deceased caught her heart instantly, but unfortunately her role had already been decided. When she mentioned wanting to be a pelter, Blossom found herself within an inch of death and terrified of her mother. This caused her to quickly give up her dream of becoming a renowned Pelter and instead led her to admire their work from afar.

As a young adult, Blossom fell in love with Keeper who easily manipulated the younger lioness. He sunk his claws and fangs into her, both metaphorically and physically, and made it nearly impossible for her to escape. However, as Blossom grew weaker from the abuse, the male one day died under suspicious circumstances, but no one questioned it.

Shadow Blossom is small for a lioness, closer in size to a leopon than an actual lion and very lithe. It is rumored that her great great aunt was a leopard and that's where her size and shape came from. Some even hint that Casta is her real father because of her pelt, but that has no evidence nor proof.

Personality:
Chipper and upbeat, she can appear to be both ditzy and dumb upon first impression. She is very good at playing the part of the oblivious little lioness but has the memory of an elephant. She has yet to use the things she has learned about others, but she keeps them with her just in case.

Backstory:
She was born within LushPelt, raised by a family of proud poachers. They all assumed that Clouded Mournings would follow in their pawsteps, becoming a poacher as well. However, she began to get visions from what she described as the True Rulers. When she knew of something before it happened multiple times, they knew that she had been called to become a priestess. Her family was torn, half of them proud of her climbing the social ladder and the other calling her a traitor for leaving them beneath her. She was only 10 months old when her path was chosen for her.

For the next 3 years she apprenticed under the current priest, an aged lion slowly losing all of his teeth. He was a kind elder and got along well with Clouded, but he was often lost in visions and not the best of teachers. When she turned five, the old priest retired and gave his mantel to Clouded, with barely even a goodbye he went off to enjoy his final days in the hot springs and elder dens.

Clouded has the strongest connections with Pethos, Afyasi, Tigran, Mwanga, and Israthel. She can commune and care for the other deities if she has to, but she prefers to stick with her 'personal' deities and leave the others to Pere.

Personality:
She is often silent and standoffish, not liking to talk to anyone besides the gods and occasionally Pere. She keeps to herself and does not like to be disturbed, even the king has felt the sting of her words when he interrupted a vigil once. She prefers to volley verbal attacks over physical ones

Her mother abandoned her to hide the evidence of her mating with another species that wasn’t a lion and kept the other 2. Carnelian is 4.5 months old and abandoned in Sunbaked territory now.

Personality: Excited, playful, but thinks she is better than a lot of cubs from being told her being a hybrid makes her special, and when she gets taken into Sunbaked she will not know she was abandoned, due to nobody really knowing her mother.

Backstory: Calida was left out in the heat near Lushpelt and was saved by the snag Den mother Dolly. The snags could not nurse her and feared she would not make it- luckily the old healer of lushpelt, Shadow Blossoms adopted her, and got her back into a good health. The two soon fled alongside Hyena, Jester, and Ghost. She spent most of her cubhood in a cave with her mother and her friends, not seeing her mother for a very long time. When Coy was slain she was able to come home to Afyasi's Oasis, becoming Ra's sister and playmate.

Backstory: It's often joked that Wayward and her sister should have switched names. Mainly because of the spot-fire, quick to claws, downright vindictive nature of Calming Sunrise. she's the eldest of the three Siblings, the youngest being Wayward Eclipse. her mother upraised her and made her out to be a gift from the gods, so when she became a Keeper, she made sure her Sister and Brother, Imperial Dawn, had a horrible time. She made sure they got the worst jobs whilst she mentored the two. Whenever Wayward failed a task, she would lash out with her teeth and claws. She's always had her eyes on the spot for queen, and she has been caught speaking treason against the Pride. however with her cunning wit and excellent skill of manipulation, she's dodged a few too many punishment's.
