"I am taking these guys out!" Warrior informed Wolf "Follow me!" He said to Slick and Marble. He led them to a nearby tree and sat under its shade "How are you both?" He asked.

Slick followed warrior laying under the tree with him "I'm doing great! Me and marble have already learned how to hunt! We caught a gazelle not too much earlier before you found us" he grinned looking over at marble who had sat down beside her brother "I've been fine I guess" murmered marble fiddling around with one of her rocks

The dragging lion got excited about another lion approaching. They could hear all sorts of roars. Rain attempted to sneak around in a way that the new lion wouldn't see them. How many lions lived here? Maybe it was a good time to leave. They tried slowly making their way round to the entrance but whimpered slightly at the pain. Oh no.

Acetone

Ace’s eyes glistened a little as she thought back, laying down and giving Wolf some space.
“I… it’s been so long,” she murmured. “Well, Warrior and Feyrin grew up quite a bit. And… I suppose I’ll tell you the story from when Zeus first attacked us.”

She stared off into the distance and began to explain.
“One day, after a few of these lions arrived, we heard a loud male’s roar nearby. I went to investigate, and this creep, Zeus, he called himself, started hitting on me. He tried to win us over with whatever charm he thought he had, but obviously he was just being creepy and obnoxious. We managed to drive him out, but he pinned me down and broke my ribs.”

She glared down at her chest as though maybe if she was mad enough they would magically heal themselves.
“Feyrin set out with Warrior to find help. She said she wanted to help the hyenas, and in exchange they could help us. But while she was gone… Zeus came again, when we were still weak and recovering. And he had a lioness with him that time.”

Ace frowned, her claws absentmindedly tapping against the stone floor of the cave.
“She was strange,” Ace murmured. “She was definitely just as strong as him, and definitely a good fighter, but she kept glancing at Zeus and ducking her head like she was waiting for him to order her around. And— I don’t know if that’s normal, but she seemed very… I don’t know, weird. Maybe she’s been coerced or manipulated into being his mate.”

Ace sighed, biting her lip.
“Anyway, we didn’t want to risk the casualties of a fight, even though we outnumbered him. So we decided to leave temporarily, and we’re waiting for Feyrin and her reinforcements to arrive so we can reclaim our territory. So… we’re just resting and regrouping for now. Perhaps we can find some new allies.”

She dipped her head at Wolf and smiled softly.
“I’m so glad you’re here,” she whispered.

She stretched into a downward dog pose and yawned. Beau looked up at the sky and smiled. Another nice day. She caught a scent of warthog and decided to go look for it. Sure enough a few metres away a large den of warthogs came into view. she crouched into hunting position as one wiggled out of it's home. Beau lunged for it. The last oink was loud and high pitched. After finishing the carcass, Beau set out for the clean flowing river not far from there. She splashed around getting her mane wet too. A roar from nearby stopped her mid splash. Being the curious Kitty that she was, Beau creeped toward the sound. Another den came into view but this was a lion's den.
"Hello? Anyone there?" She asked shyly. "So sorry to desturb you in this fine day, but I am questioning what the roaring is about?..." She peeked around the corner of the den.

(Zeus that's you! Don't make her go away. You can easily minipulate her!)

She watched as the pup tried to stumble out of the cave. She padded over and picked them up, “Oor not goin anwhere.” She said with the pup in her mouth. “Ace wants you to stay, so stay you will.” she said after setting the pup down. She pulled them in with her paws and licked them again, cleaning some of the blood. “You’re definitely disgusting, but you’re hurt.”

((Her biggest fear is hyenas, specifically spotted, because a pack of them killed her mother.))

“What’s that?” Hera asked quietly, then looked at Zeus, fast asleep. She hesitated, hoping he wouldn’t be mad if she woke him up.
She nudged her mate softly. “Zeus? Z-Zeus, there’s someone at the border.”

The rude lion was the first to notice them. She roared some words here and there and sat down to lick Rain again. They squirmed but after a bit they sighed cutely and gave up, going limp on the ground. Rain yelped as her tongue touched the scratches. Not the most comfortable cleaning session but there was nothing they could do. They looked up towards the new lion and the dragging lion with hopeful puppy eyes. Would those lions try help?

Karr watched silently as lions continued to gather before him, his call ignored or unheard. His icey blue eyes flicked to the sky noting the time of day before one side of his lip curled into a snarl. Patience was not his strong suit. Mind you, he could spend all day chanting, tending wounds, or providing service, but waiting? No. He was not a lion to remain idle for long and there was no way he would just walk up to a pride that size uninvited.

His tongue curled over his nose as he silently stood. There was much he had to do and at least he announced himself, it wasn't his fault that he was unanswered. Pity to whoever or whomever was injured but there wasn't much he could do in this situation. As he turned to walk away from the pride he looked back once before continuing on his way. Perhaps he would stick around the general area for a few day, as there were supplies he wanted to gather before moving on.

As he moved away from the pride, Karr made his way to an area he knew to be terribly thick and dense just inside the jungle. There he had found some quality mosses that, when mixed with rain water, helped with sleep and quieting the mind. He moved delicately looking at all the plants he came across. Not just looking for the moss but noting the locations of other usable herbs, none currently of much importance but it was always good to know where new and young growths were.

She could hear more talking. A lioness roar. Ok so no threat here. Beau walked into the den and went to greet the lioness. She stopped mid way through saying hi. A huge male lion slept next to the lioness. She gasped and slowly took a step back. The male was bulk and had huge teeth. That lion looked like he could kill her with one blow of a paw. He had a pink and yellow coat which was unusual for a lion. The female had brown ish fur which was normal. They wore fur and leather as some kind of adornment. Extra tufts of fur were at the tip of her ears and tail. She was pretty looking, which made Beau think twice about the male.
"Um hello. My name is Beau and I heard some roars around here. If your fine with me asking if everything is ok? I'm a loner you see and I live across the river over there." She pointed at the river. If this was a pride in the making maybe she could join?
