Flamingpaw nodded and watched Shatteredpaw leave, returning with some leaves. She took the leaves and chewed them up, her face twisting with the bitter taste. She coughed again, her torn body shaking.

"...How do I look?"

She coughed with a smile, half joking. How did she really look? Was she a mess? She didn't want to look herself. The pain was starting to form like the stinging leaves of a nettle when you step on it. She gritted her teeth against the pain, tail twitching.

Hmm.. You look like someone who just fought a fox leader " she coughed "but why are you worried about it, I'm not" she chuckled before jumping up, running around "the clan is gonna have there ears torn off once they wake up" she growled

She let out a wheeze that sounded similar to a laugh, letting out a cough that racked her body.

"I'd run around if I could, but I don't think I can... Where are the medicine cats?"

She wheezed, blinking, the cloudiness of her eyes starting to disappear.

"Uhm, I tried to wake them up, but I think the clan is like Hibernating" she chuckled before sitting back down "your coughing because your laying down, try to sit up" she murmured "you'll be able to walk eventually" she coughed looking up at the stars " starclan truly blessed us, I mean were both untrained, yet we fought and survived a fox pack " she looked at the stars I wonder if she saw us " she whispered to herself thinking about her sister

Flamingpaw make a little 'tsk: noise and blinked, looking down at her legs for the first time. She grimaced as she saw the mangled and torn limbs, her blood splattering the ground around them.

"Yeah, alright. Lemme just sit up on these legs, why don't I."

Her usual attitude began to show as she grunted, hauling herself into a sitting position. She hissed quietly as pain shot through her legs. At least she could still feel them.

"Now now, no need to be snarky" she chuckled "I'll go get more cobwebs, yours are already covered blood, and we don't need more blood loss." She hurried out the entrance to the nearest cobweb covered tree, wading up her paw she limped back to the camp entrance,

She snorted and let out another cough, grimacing as more pain made itself known in her legs. Her mangled, twisted leg, the one she couldn't feel, was positioned outward, angling away from her body. She looked down at her legs in distain, and, for a fleeting moment, looked into the future, where she was a cool warrior with scars and stories to tell. The vision immediately passed, and she growled at herself for being foolish.

Shatteredpaw limped into the camp " now she's wrong about one part, I woke up, we fought off the foxes and er now I'm helping flamingpaw, can you get a stick for her mangled leg, we need to put it in place " she took the bloody cobwebs off FlamingPaw's leg and put the fresh ones on
