Chiyoryō Chiyo’s absence of knowledge of her plant friends left her feeling a bit embarrassed as the nature dragon added on to the list of how trees conversed with each other. Briskly, she flashed an apologetic look toward one of the pine trees that was the most adjacent to her, before locking gazes with the dragon once more. “I appreciate the reassurance,” Chiyo began, a faint chuckle escaping from her maw. “- But I still cannot grieve for the injuries I’ve caused. Unyra "I don't think so, but I have never tried because I can't do that." She wrapped her tail around the tree branch, giving her enough strength to push her self off the branch, hanging upside down. Chiyoryō ”Chiyoryō. But you may refer to me as Chiyo or even Ryō, though.” The Kirin responded, the red, swollen ring that encircled her eyes beginning to fade. In an attempt to clean the mud off of her scales and maned areas, she drew her tongue across her left cloven hoof and aggressively said hoof against her chest, but the mud refused to budge. “Ugh! Unyra She froze, "Wait form? Can you shapeshift?" She had run into a shapeshifter before, it scared her because they looked almost identical to anyone living in her village, but POOF all a sudden her village was over run and burnt to the ground. Unyra She nodded it made her feel a little better but she still didn't like the idea. "Well, I would count it a power." Her wings folded closer to her and she wrapped her tail around herself as a snake slithered up her back, loosely wrapping around her neck, almost like a necklace. Chiyoryō Chiyo eyeballed the snake that hung its body from Unyra’s neck, the muscles in her limbs freezing over with panic. Though the kirin held a strong connection toward Mother Nature, there were a few of her children she had a.. “phobia” toward. “Well, that is your opinion and I respect it. In my eyes, it’s more of something that you can just.. do. Kirin are born with the ability to shift between two forms, but I suppose it’d be the same for true shapeshifters as well, though.” The mythical creature said, her widened optics remaining to be glued upon the long-bodied reptile. 0 players like this post! Unyra She nodded agreeing with what she said. "Well, I guess if your kind is born like that then they aren't technically powers to you, but people without them might still consider them as powers. They are cool I guess." She smiled. She took the time to take in the creature sitting in front of her when she noticed that she was staring at the snake that was resting around her neck, almost looking at it in a scared way. Chiyoryō ”Mhm..” The creature murmured, not taking a single second to even blink as she continued to stare warily at the snake. What if it tightened its body around Unyra and strangled her to death until she died of asphyxiation and became the snake’s next meal? The thought perturbed her. “Very.” The kirin murmured, the volume of their voice barely above a whisper. “One of my many brothers was once bitten by a very poisonous snake. Eclipsed looked at yuri feeling something dig in her mind "You can read minds too or something similar to that can't you, oh and to answer your question I'm a moon watcher dragon we were almost hunted to extinction by other dragons and creatures because they feared us for our powers and you are a Kayalan dragon and aether is a tenryū," she said simply her eyes getting a bit brighter now that she knew they wouldn't attack her yet. 0 players like this post!
