Aether She shrugged, wings rippling. She did however, oblige, no matter how much she was muttering under her breath a little. “I’m fine, though? Just a lot of memories.” As she said this, she drew the black orb from her tail, and used it as a stress toy. She fiddled around with it as she saw the memories of the light, and while keeping pace with Yuri and that reality. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Eclipse looked at yuri before grabbing a small jar with a cork lid out of her pouch and putting the ointment into it and sealing it with the lid "Well you can still have it in case you need it," she said handing yuri the jar (the jar is similar to a little tin you'd put chapstick in but a little taller and is 3"x3"x3") 0 players like this post! I messaged clem a few days ago and was waiting for a response, but I think thats shes taking a break or something? Maybe? Bc she hasn't responded, and I was waiting to hear back from her before posting Yuri. I guess I'll just keep posting untill she gets back to me// Yuri |Yuri sat still, almost statuesque in his lack of movement; the only part of his body that moved was his eyes, of course, and his chest, that rose and fell in a perfect tempo. His horns continued to pulsate in tandem to his breath, the same low yellow glow. Strangely though, int he depths of his Irises, movement was abounded. It was as if ten stories were being told, if you had the thought to look. At a passing glance, his eyes were pale blue, like a long-forgotten pool of enchanting water. But deeper, and deeper still, there was luminaiton. It was ten lifetimes, all at once; the freedom of the bird, the limbering bear, the fish that is gone in but a stunning flash. Interwoven was everything, and nothing all at once. It was hard to focus on, to pinpoint exactly what you were seeing, or even if you were seeing anything at all. Could it be a trick of the light, maybe some fragment of imagination? Was it a glipse at his soul, the one no key nor hammer could unlock? Was it something about himself that only he could never know? Be it as it may, I shall let you decide, Yuri was at peace here. this...connection between to beings was what his entire tribe strived for. it was a much smaller piece of a much grander puzzle, sure, but it was a beginning. The intertwining of breath soon lead to the intertwining of heartbeats, then, total connection. Two became one. But, Yuri slowly disconnected before this could happen. Mental, he knew he was just being silly, and that it was just surface dreams and silly tidbits elders spoke about. But it felt real here, and that made Yuri uncomfortable. Slowly, he blinked, tearing the connection away. From just looking, he couldn't tell if Aether was feeling the same way. He could always push into her mind and read her emotions, but he refrained from a boundless number of reasons. Next, he desynched his breath from hers by returning to his "standard" breathing. (That just sounds weird, but I could think of no other way to put it). |"Better now...Miss Aether?"| Standing, he curled like a dog would, or a long, long dog would, and sat in a comfier position. |"And Miss Moon, I am grateful for your gift. If you would, would you tell me what it is comprised off? I seem to remember you placing on a wound previously, and if memory serves, it healed as if touched by my magic..."| Confused, he held the container between two claws, and turned it in the dying light of the sun. Tilting his head, he studied it closely. | Tumbleweed & Cottonmouth |Walking Bros.TM| κορακῖνος |After about an hour's nap, κορακῖνος awoke with a foul taste in his mouth and a pinched shoulder muscle. Groaning, he limped over to the counter in the other room and grabbed a ladle from it. Cracking the water bucket open, he poured out the contents into a mug as if it would make it taste better. Sitting back on the couch he sipped at it slowly. For a second, he considered grabbing a book, but thought against it. Instead, opting to go back to sleep.| 0 players like this post! Like? |

Aether “Better…?” The memories of the light weren’t flooding her as before, and she came back into focus, ending up with a blurry, but somewhat defined outline of herself. It was like many films playing in the back of her mind, some bright and flashing, others not so much. She could ignore them, though. “Better.” She said, affirmatively. 0 players like this post! Eclipsed looked at Yuri "It is a plant known to my tribe as a Yami, which means the darkest of nights in my tribe's language. The plant itself looks as if someone shrunk a black bamboo stalk and stuck it in the ground and it has a system similar to that of a mushroom, but the flowers are what heal the plant's stalk is poisonous but the flower has magical healing properties. The flower itself looks as if someone crossed a black bat flower and a pure black iris and it smells like fresh air on a cold misty night," she said before taking a breath tapping her talons briefly "And the origin of the plant is known but my tribe believed it was a gift to moonwatcher dragons from the moon herself since when the plant is crushed by a moonwatcher dragon or at night it turns pure white. As far as any moonwatcher can remember this plant was used to heal anything from superficial scrapes to major wounds that went straight through someone's body. My tribe specialized in healing with this plant and we grew them specifically for that purpose. They can also be made into an herbal tea to cure disease. They can't heal broken bones though and have a major effect on stamina and overuse can cause death if eaten too much. Since I grew up using it I have a higher tolerance but eating too much can still kill me," she said finishing her explanation 0 players like this post! Like? |
