Forevertail Forevertail’s gaze followed Kestrel as she ambled toward the storage huts to feed the animals who dwelled in a barn only a few metres away. To occupy themselves as they waited for the winged human to return from supplying the barn animals their fodder, they stamped their feet against the ground and studied the spoors they made in the half-dried mud. They cocked their head to one side like an intrigued dog who was offered a handful of treats as they intently observed their tracks. He had begun to grow slightly impatient, but it seemed observing his own footprints was enough to entertain himself. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Kestrel quickly fed several horses and a donkey, never really seeing the need to ride one, as why ride on a horse when you have a dragon or wings ? This time though, the color was a flinty grey, and deeply imbedded was flecks of gold. |"A little, personal for a first meeting, yes?"| The colors vanished again, now light purple with a yellow undertone. |"Hmmmm, well. I am a Kayalan, that much is obvious...no? I am a healer, or sage if you will. My story....is regrettably a short narrative but ridden with none too happy encounters. Something not for a first meeting, if I do say so, and so I do say."| Grinning down at her with a playful glint in his eyes, he added. |"And I know your name because I have seen it in your thoughts. Moments before you said it, you thought it. All do, in fact, so do I. Intentionally or not, you spoke that secret before its due."| Gazing down for a few moments, he scuffled the ground underfoot to clear out some of the leaf litter. |"And you may call me what you wish, but I was birthed the name Yuri."| Flicking his sight upwards again, he met her eyes. |"Does that fill your head with answers to your questions?"| Not once during his entire speech did a single thread of emotion tangle his voice; it was flat and soothing, almost if if he were coaxing someone. Forevertail Forevertail’s growing impatience rapidly dwindled when he caught sight of Kestrel hopping off of the roof of the barn and gliding toward him. Hoisting himself up to his feet, they lowered their head so Kestrel could give their flat snout a little smooch once she approached them. “Now, time for the daily patrolling!” 0 players like this post! Forevertail Once Kestrel situated herself onto the saddle and slid her feet through the stirrups, Forevertail launched themselves into the aerosphere and took flight, beating his two pairs of wings posthaste so they would remain balanced when soaring through the windy atmosphere. 0 players like this post! 𝕰𝖈𝖑𝖎𝖘𝖕𝖊𝖉'𝕸𝖔𝖔𝖓𝖘 <<<<< She sighed slinking into the nearby forest to observe the other dragons her scale constellations gone since it wasn't night. Her pitch black scales blending in perfectly and she lept from tree to tree until she got to the edge of the forest she then looked up to see a weird looking human on a stormcutter dragon though they were too far up in the sky to see. She huffed interested in what the human was and leaped silently into the air seamlessly gliding up next to the storm cutter and its human thing 0 players like this post! Like? |

Yuri |Yuri stared at her quizzically before letting out a small anxious giggle, |"Yes, I can tell..."| Again, that unfocused light enters his eyes as he swiveled his gaze to above her head. He felt...something. He wasn't sure what it was, but it was angry. really, really angry. The things mind was ablaze with such fury that he could almost feel the heat on his scales. Underlying in its mind though, was a deep sadness, almost like a depression. It mimicked him in that front, and it was actually what drawled him to it at first. But the light of his anger blinded him now. Yuri set his minds eye upon it, focusing on it with null to anything else around him for a few heartbeats. It was a simple robin, and it missed a worm. It was sad because it couldn't feed it's chicks. With a small, random laugh, a true laugh this time, he padded off into the forest again. Coming towards it, he let it know his precense first with his mind, so it didn't spook. Then once he was near it, he used his paws to dig up a whole mound of meal worms that had been burrowing in the softly decaying leaf mold. The bird chirped, dove towards his antlers and flew around him a couple times, then dive-bombed his meal. Backing up, Yuri made his way back to the she, opening his mind once more. |"Again, I can feel your questions like a dam about to burst. Go on, ask them. I am quite liking this game."| Horns glowing pale yellow now, he sat down for a third time, and smiled at her. | (Btw, how tall is ur OC Winter, bc Yuri is 12 ft tall with his antlers, and 21 feet long with his tail fully extended) 0 players like this post! Aether That odd look entered his eyes again. She watched as he wandered off, marveling at his actions. He’s digging out mealworms…for the bird…? Waiting patiently, she thought of what to ask him. When he came back, she wondered why he called it a game. Oh well…there were more important questions to ask. Besides, word of choice is different for everyone. She blurted out her questions, trying to make her words recognizable “Well, what’s personal about who you are? What did you think I was asking? Also, how do we think our own name? Are we just like ‘I am (insert name) ?????? ” pausing for a moment, she added “What do you feel from around you? Like your mind reading or feeling.” (I personally think she’s like 11 and 1/3 feet, with her antlers she’s 12 3/5 feet, but her antlers are quite big. She is trying to grow bigger, but her wings are at the size of a 15 feet dragon’s size. Around 24-5 feet. If you can’t tell, I’m trying to measure that as I go.) 1 player likes this post! Yuri | Yuri stood with a puzzled look upon his face for several moments. After his initial shook, he gazed down and fiddled with a flower that was growing in the earth beneath his claws. Sending a quick apology to it, he pulled it up, winced, and began to weave it into a circle without really realizing what he was doing. Both his fingers and mind were racing with motion as he thought about what she said. Despite this however, outwardly he appeared as calm as ever. |"Again... you ask deep questions for one's who have only been recently met, though I have no real reason to not comply. However, to do so, I need to ask you a question. I can read minds yes, but only with any accuracy while I touch someone. It strengthens the bond. I can read your mind now, but what I would get is as clear as a midnight cave with one burst of fire. With touch, it prolongs the flame. But even then, I cannot rummage through memories or see anything under the surface. It's as if all the thoughts that run through your mind is spoken aloud."|Pausing for a moment, he let her soak in this information. | " As I have said before... the questions you ask are difficult. Difficult because I would have to trust that you would not use anything you see in my head against me. Because the only way to awnser you would be to ahow you. But the power goes both ways, soyou would have to do the same with me. So finally, here is the question. Do you trust me?
