Hello! This is a walkthrough of statting a groupie and stuff. It can actually be used for non groupies too so don't let that stop you from reading! Statting a groupie is what I call a labor of love and dedication. You're starting from the ground up so it's a challenge. More importantly it's very tedious and can make a person pixel broke fast if they're not prepared. Worth it though I promise! Hopefully with this thread more G1's will be higher statted. I got curious and did a search. Found out that as of 6/11/23 there are only 5 G1 kings that are 8k+ stats. Let that sink in for a minute. The selection of available G1 kings also affects muties like Dorsal Fur , Smilus , Felis, and Ferus. Those mutations don't come in G1. There's no MoD for them either. To introduce new blood into the community G1 kings are important. High stats help you in battle but we'll go more into detail of why later. I know there's various statting guides with items you can use and stuff but I've yet to see a guide that goes into a lot of detail for one of many ways to go about actually doing it. I occasionally watch chat and i see folks just getting into statting asking various questions sometimes. That gave me the idea of this. It actually reminded me of when I first got interested in stats. Most of this is from me going back to that time and remembering my own first experience and what I wish I knew. For this i'm using my time with Symphonic Melody as well as what I've observed from others. You can use this thread to help plan your own way to high stats. ^_^ I originally got him back in 2019. Didn't really have a big desire to stat him up so I only casually patrolled him. Took a sudden hiatus late that year and returned January 2023. I picked up a interest in statting so this turned into my very first serious attempt. I hit the gas so to speak on patrolling. In 2023 he did a average 16-18 patrols a rollover. I limited my roll days to where I was able to patrol him that often. I suggest you do the same if you're wanting to patrol that much. It'll take longer to finish but it'll be worth it in the end. This walkthrough goes over the following topics - lifetime - Patrolling stage - Kinged Stage - Heir time! - studding - Items to stock up on - Making Currency - Game plan - Words of encouragement Before starting you'll find it easier if you have 2 accounts: a "main" and a "side". if you'll be limiting your rollovers I suggest making that account your "side" since you won't use it as often as the other account. If you're new to Lioden you're allowed to have 2. It's greatly encouraged actually so you're safe! βWARNINGSβ 29 players like this post! Like? This is tremendously helpful, thank you! I'm very green behind the ears and am not sure what I want to breed for yet, visually, so I thought why not start statting my next king or making preparations for those mass-order doves, combs, and eggs? 1 player likes this post! Like? |

Welcome to Lioden. You're most welcome. Nothing wrong with that. It can look a bit intimidating but once you get use to the game it'll be less. ^_^ 1 player likes this post! Like? |

This is nicely written! Just wanted to note some general thing's I've picked up from training and running Folklore for the past few years. Mostly writing what comes to mind after reading through so appologies for any repeats! Cheesy tips: In the patrolling phase, if you set off a patrol just before rollover, its technically better to skip rolling that day because instead waiting out the time to continue patrols, it will be ready at rollover because the timer continues whether you've rolled or not. There are certain encounters that increase hunger during the poachers event. Be sure to keep an eye on your kings details during this month because you can make room for a few extra yolks. I've personally found that feeding yolks until almost full and then finishing with a honeycomb has slightly better average stats because you can bypass the high fill rate of honeycombs which have a higher rate of giving stats. At some point, your statty g2s will be worth more than 1gb per cub. At this point its reasonably sustainable to start preparing a ton of crb ncls before each roll, as fails will return the sunk cost and sucesses will boost your income! General advice: In terms of studding, energy is precious. Set your fertility limit to a minimum of 20% to cut energy wastage. Anyone with a lower fertility lioness can bypass this restriction automatically by using any form of fertility boost, stallion or angelic blessing, the latter two also maintain that tiny mut boost for 1% ferts. Wait until you have 50 dove feasts prepared before rolling your king every time. Pricing wise, my g2 frail pie cubs sell reliably for 50 Find a value that works for you and can reliably sustain your training costs. Be firm with your pricing and dont let people make demands or dismiss your Leveling wise you want to target at least 1 level up per rollover. More is doable but it's very dependant on the current event, rng and your own energy levels on the day. Warnings Burnout is your biggest enemy. For a full tryhard statter you're going to be spending a lot of your focus on your lion when its rolled. Rollling irregularly helps with life balances and gives time to prep at your own pace. Love your king. With a full lifespan your king will likely live for multiple real life years. Outside of applicator traits, you're stuck with his looks for the duration of your statter's life. I reccomend having a king lif a full term as a non-statter before making the commitment to ensure you're happy with his looks as well as his average cub output. Piety is incredibly useful, but when taken in the round rollind gaily in november is a lot of pressure because of the prep reccomendations mentioned above. In my opinion its worth rolling less regularly for more guaranteed stats from prepped dove feasts and other resources. 2 players like this post! Like? Hiya Jen! It's nice to have a more experienced statter taking a look. Thank you! I'll start incorporating your tips into the guide; especially November. ^_^ I never thought about having 50 dove feast before every rollover. I've been mass saving/buying energy boosts that way I can work on both leveling and impression. Symphonic just made it to level 60 this past Saturday. Is it really worth the 50 Dove feast a RO considering they're 1-2gb out of season? Asking because I might start saving them after Feburary because at that point I'll be rolling him once a month at most. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Obviously I'll always pay less if I can, but I'm personally happy buy em for 1gb year round- It works out at 50gb per rollover for an extra 50 stats. Considering I also use 6 or 7 yolks per day which peak at about 4 or 5gb and seem to average out at around 10 to 20 stats for a full feed at 28-35gb value, the dove feasts feel like fair value! I wouldnt pay 2gb per feast though, and if it delays my rolls a bit to get a fair price so be it. This technique has gotta come with the disclaimer that its only really viable for the upper tier of stat trainers since its costly and unless your king is earning those funds back the sunk cost will make everything much harder. I'm also gonna add the reccomendation of trying "stat mode lite(tm) " before fully committing to the playstyle. King a g2 born with decent stats, around 1-2k, to play with and get a feel for the playstyle. You'll still get cubs with alright stats and you can roll regularly and experiment with gaining stats through play! 0 players like this post! Like? |

Oh ok. That definitely sounds like a better deal than egg yolk. I'll definently be adding feasts to my personal stock up list now. I'll make sure to add the disclaimer and other good tips too. Thank you so much! Since I got more time today I'll actually get started after breakfast. If you can think of anything else down the road please let me know. ^_^ 0 players like this post! Like? |

Best stat guide I've seen to date! Also maybe this is worth mentioning, but during King phase in the March event you can actually gain +10% hunger from a few encounters, which means technically you can use Honeycombs then. EDIT: oof sorry, didn't notice but it's already a tip in the guide ^^" 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 28/10/23 @ 07:40:38 by π₯© BITE | 6k 3xros pie (#210251) |

I'm currently patrolling 2 subs that are temporarily frozen on my main. I've been keeping close tabs on their stats; actually every rollover. Throughout their life so far there's been times when they've literally gotten 2x the number of stats than patrols if not more. Then the pain in my asses would get a bunch of 0s and send progress back. Lol Right now they're really close to 2x. Typhon currently at 646 patrols and 1,272 patrol stats (exactly 20 away from 2x) Sebastian currently at 534 patrols and 1,048 patrol stats (exactly 20 away from 2x) 1 player likes this post! Like? |

I've added a skill estimate to the hunter section. I noticed that around 1/4th ,give or take, of their stats from hunting end up being skill. It's a ballpark number so not exact but it makes sense if you think about it. Especially with how often they seem to get skill. Lol 0 players like this post! Like? |
