I don't support, I only really claim lionesses so I can breed them, and I'd be very very very disappointed if I finally got a chased and she was unbreedable cause of a cub. Additionally, the cub would prob be a potato, and even if it wasn't, I don't keep cubs so it'd just be a lose lose overall. This could maybe work if there was a button to disable a cub being able to spawn with a chased but idk, that'd just be a lot and I overall just don't support, sorry!

There'd be a text that says when you find the lioness " This lioness has a cub! If you successfully claim her, then she and the cub will join! "

Again, what if you want the lioness but not the cub?

People chase lionesses all the time that show up in Explore, I'm not going to want to waste an hour waiting for the cub to be off cooldown in order to chase it just because the mum had some markings I wanted for a project.

It'd inform you that the lioness can't be separated from the cub, also the lioness would just look like the shadow lioness you find in explore when you encounter a lioness.

Yes, but you're missing the point.

I click on claim for every lioness in explore, what if she ends up being a 10M chased rosette but I absolutely do not want her cub. Its a waste for a lot of players who play "clean" too. Especially with the cooldown associated with a cub.

Yes, but you're saying I have no choice whether the cub comes or not. Which isn't what lioden is about. Its essentially a sandbox game where you play how you want; if you're forcing someone to take a cub they do not want with a lioness that they want and forcing them to have the lioness with a cooldown you are taking away the choice players enjoy most about the game. Are you really going to be a dictator of what lions we can and can't claim in explore?
