The new territory is basically just a mountain forest in the PNW, so the climate will be a tad more mild, with warmer Leafbares and colder Greenleafs. That doesn't mean it's any easier to survive the weather, though. It's often raining, especially during spring and winter, making it easier for especially elders to catch illnesses.

The cats of Pineclan have a much more well rounded diet in their new home, including mice, moles, squirrels, most birds barring owls, salmon, garter snakes, bird eggs, newts, lizards, frogs, and beaver if they can get it. (It's pretty hard tor them to catch, and is considered a rare delicacy.)

"It had been almost two years since Shadowclan had fallen, torn apart by corruption and infighting, but the surviving cats were still feeling the strain. After Shadowclan's collapse, many rouge groups were formed, forcing the remaining three clans to drive out any remaining Shadowclan cats, hostile or not. One brave group of survivors has made it far, far away from the old territories, and into a new land. A pine wood, much like their old home, sequestered in between large, towering mountains, and swift flowing rivers. A seemingly peaceful land, but predators aren't the only danger here."

-30 moons: Hawkstar is killed during one of the many revolts rocking Shadowclan at the time, throwing the clan into chaos.

-28 moons: With Shadowclan unable to agree on a new deputy, infighting erupts, as multiple different splinter groups form, each following a cat they believe should be leader.

-21 moons: Shadowclan's only remaining medicine cat begs the other three clans for help, but they refuse. There'll be more land and more prey when Shadowclan is gone.

-16 moons: With so many Shadowclan cats dead, the few remaining survivors have no will left to fight, and a tenuous peace reigns. But Shadowclan is left in ruins, unable to recover. They would've needed a miracle to rebuild, a miracle Starclan was unable, or unwilling, to provide.

-15 moons: Owljump gathers up some of his surviving clanmates, including a rouge now called Nettlesnap, and attempts to move back into the old Shadowclan camp.

-14 moons: The three clans, Thunderclan, Riverclan, and Windclan, decide that Shadowclan's former territory should belong to them, and drive any remaining Shadowclan cats away.

-7 moons: After traveling for a couple seasons, Owljump and his group finally find a good territory to settle on, and decide to make camp here, and attempt to start a clan of their own.
