Dear Lioden Community, Let me be very clear with what im trying to suggest here, while yes i would like a (respectful) discussion i also am trying to make the suggestion to make the censorship button and seizure warning found ONLY in the ToS to be updated to be easily found and even adding some guidance and information on why and how to use the censorship feature. Markings are highly valued and it would be ridiculous and impossible to remove troublesome ones from the game. So my (as well as several others) idea/solution was to make it VERY obvious to new and current players about the CENSORSHIP button and why we have it and HOW you can use it. Im hoping we can have a positive solution and discussion to fox this so EVERYONE can wnjoy this awesome game! |

somefreakywriter no I do not read the ToS regularly, there is no need to, as ToS is a mutual contract between lioden and its users and changes in it need to be notified, there is also a whole forum where policy updates are posted. Policy updates is a sub section of news and any changes that add/edit existing agreements are there, yes ToS gets edited, but mainly with wording which does not change or affect this contract. Good example of this is emails you get from other companies where they notify you about any changes in ToS, the same rules apply here https://www.lioden.com/topic.php?id=304429397356 this is the update where they added the health disclaimer in 2020. Please look around before you make your claims, this is something available to all players. 3 players like this post! Like? |

I agree with Tez; its right at the end of the ToS, its very visible - more visible than other parts of it, even. Its the thing you see clear as day as you scroll to the very bottom of the page. I cant figure out any way to make it more visible than that, as its already located quite separately and visible. And yes, you only need to read ToS once; any new updates will be made very visible in the news post and e-mail as well. Its really hard to miss ToS updates. You dont need to re-read the whole ToS but only the changed part, which will be clearly defined in the news when its edited. 1 player likes this post! Like? I personally stopped scrolling once I hit the model cancellation form on my small screen, thinking that was the end. But that was when I was skimming trying to find it for this purpose, and since the Terms of Service are so short, I definitely read through before I started playing in 2020. I would think that they should move it closer to the top, but it's there. The ToS also has an indication at the veeerrry bottom about when it was last modified, which was January of this year, but clearly not something so major as to inform us. They promised any large additions would be posted, and I sure hope they intend to follow that. 3 players like this post! Like? |

The tutorial itself needs a major refresh and up to date expansion. The censorship option should definitely be added to that. That way new players get a heads up that's pretty obvious early in their game experience. The staff also need to make it to where you can't skip the tutorial. I don't remember if I could skip or not so I'm just putting that there just in case. 1 player likes this post! Like? |

Brawl and/or rumble are the biggest alleged offenders. I don't remember which one came first and started the whole fuss, but those are the most controversial ones. I have most of the May applicator markings hidden because they hurt my eyes. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Awesome tysm! I'll go through and sort and hide those now. Tysm for your time. If any others come up and you know where I can look to be informed that'd be awesome because I have 0 clue the markings specifically were triggers, just assumed it was a page gif or pfps type stuff so yeah... Tysm also love the pfp. 0 players like this post! Like? |

You're welcome! I think those two are the ones I mostly hear about; never heard about any other markings, but there might be specific ones for you :( I don't know a lot about it. I might've heard that the animated art in the June storyline event shops can be irritating, but those are able to be turned off too I believe. Thank you btw! 1 player likes this post! Like? |

Squabble is another marking for me that causes me to blind and can cause my sister to have seizures, I heard it can affect others as well 0 players like this post! Like? |

Awesome! I'll hide that too tysm. I saw the very red ones those for sure could be an issue since red is the most likely to trigger seizures so tysm for that! I'll go through and hide Squabble now too, thank you again both of you, you're bloody golden! 0 players like this post! Like? |

Hey. I am not at seizure risk at all, but I was wondering what markings cause risk and why? Not trying to be rude, Iβm genuinely uneducated and would like to know. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I don't remember which one came first and started the whole fuss, but those are the most controversial ones. I have most of the May applicator markings hidden because they hurt my eyes."
