Community UpdateAside from monthly event news posts and the 2nd Friday of each month being focused on art/coding updates, all other Fridays are centered around the community!
Official Lioden RaffleLINK - This is our official community update raffle. Everyone gets a chance to win a rare prize, plus something extra for any runner ups. These raffles have a very minimal ticket price, and there is a limit of 1 ticket per account to make it fair!  Good luck!This raffle will automatically end on 2024-09-13 00:00:00.
Discussion Update: Raffle Lioness SystemAs mentioned in last week's Community Update #237, we have taken this past week to discuss which options we will be implementing. We will first start off with adding in a confirmation system. The confirmation system will work in such a way that a player must be online and rollover in order to accept the raffle lioness onto their account, and if they do not rollover in time, then she will be rerolled to another winner. The timeframe provided for a player to rollover and accept the raffle lioness will be 1 month (30 days) from when she is pulled. We will be looking into implementing a notification of sorts so that if a player has a linked account and they win the raffle lioness on one account, their linked account would receive a notification prompting them to rollover and accept the raffle lioness. We will also be adding in a raffle stud system, and will be ironing out more details as to how that would function in a future update. For now, these are the only updates that are confirmed and will be added in a future update. Nothing currently has changed with the raffle lioness system, and we will mention any updates in a future news post when they are implemented. If there are still issues with raffle-exclusive traits being difficult to pass after these are implemented into the game, we will look into potentially implementing the system of releasing raffle lioness traits on NCLs in explore. We would also like to clarify that based on the feedback we have received, and as it wasn't an option that was heavily supported in the survey, we will not be releasing full clones of raffle lionesses in explore.
Coding Bug Fixes* Double-purchasing of Custom Decors and most Oasis services should no longer be possible via refreshing * Markings in slots 11+ should now be visible again * Murphy has been given a grammar lesson and will now refer to "calfs" as "calves" * Reverse bred cub pages should now be visible again * Using a "Random Marking Replacer" will now properly award the "Hide the Evidence!" achievement
Raffle LionessCongrats to the winner of last week's raffle lioness! A new Ember lady with Fern eyes, Feline 10 Fiery (NEW!), Red Dorsal Line, and the fourth Lopé National Park background is up for impressing in the Special Lioness area linked here! The Mocha base will be renamed to Latte within the next Development Update. We appreciate everyone's feedback! Hopefully we can get another light recolor of the Feline set, seeing as most currently available colors are medium-toned or dark. Rounding out the White Felines would be particularly great, since we already have Feline 7 White applicator in the Carrion Shop. 3 players like this post! Like? |

Just think about it. PEOPLE HAVE LIVES OUTSIDE OF LIODEN. Maybe they want to grind as well and get something good to sell, or even use? These encounter rates are crappy as ass, you mods know it (if you're even reading this considering the fact that half the playerbase was asking for BREEDING ITEMS in prophet shop to have lowered prices, not DECORS which I'm pretty sure no one gives a damn about since they're not that good in september) What would lioden be without players? People were full on saying they were going to quit if these things weren't fixed. Not that I'm trying to be rude or we don't appreciate you listening to the IRRELEVANT PART of our cries, we just wanted the breeding item prices to be lowered. AGAIN, just think about it! People have been looking forward to this event from like april as far as I've heard for the gmos and gnaws. THEY'RE ONLY AVAILABLE ONCE A YEAR. WHAT IS GOING ON. If they were available multiples times a year, like buffies, sure. But they aren't. Again, people have lives outside of lioden and you can't expect them to be super commited to grinding for something good ONLY ONCE A YEAR :( I'm not saying make them available more than once a year, all events are perfect. JUST NOT THIS ONE NOW. I was there when Xylax said encounter rates weren't touched by coders, but do people really believe that? After getting more than 1k JB in the first week of september with no items LAST YEAR, do you expect us to think absolutely NOTHING has changed after only getting almost 800 WITH OVER 20 GB's WORTH OF ITEMS? Yeah, no. Lowering the GMOs and gnaws by 50 JB won't do anything to market. I have a question. Why were prices lowered in the prophet shop (NOT EVEN THE THINGS WE WANTED LOWERED) instead of just encounter rates being buffed by A LOT? If nothing has changed since last year, and is all just our *bad luck*, why couldn't the encounter rates be increased? For all you can do, just put the prices of prophet shop items back to normal, and increase encounter rates. PLUS HALF THE ENCOUNTERS DONT EVEN GIVE JB SERIOUSLY WHAT IS GOING ON? Again, I don't mean to be rude but take this as almost THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY'S plea for adjustment in frustration. It was nice you lowered SOME prices, but you beat around the bush.
