Ho ho ho! Merry Lioden Christmas! I've decided it's the year to give back! My pons and gons have been very kind to me, and I want to host a giveaway for Christmas this year! I'll be giving away my young Leopon, Brillo, on December 26th. Link: https://www.lioden.com/lion.php?id=794228424212 (She is guaranteed to be below 8 years of age at the time the raffle runs. I usually roll my side once per week, sometimes 2-3 times, so she will remain young.) To enter, reply to this post! Talk, chat, yap away! To raffle this girl I'll be randomizing the page number, then the post on the page. The more you chat, the better chance you have! I'm not guaranteeing that there will not be other additional prizes added to the pool, as I've got a stash and just might be pumped to pop more surprise raffle options on, just for grins. As I have hybrids aging out of breeding, I may toss in additional frozen hybrid raffle prizes, as they won't do me any good sitting in my dynasty <3 No payment needed, just chat away! Share family memories, talk about your projects, tell me about your goals, anything! Have a conversation and get to know your fellow liodenners! Spam is not permitted, nor is harassment of the winner! If the winner does not respond in 48 hours, the raffle will generate a new winner! Raffle ends: December 26th If we reach 100 pages, an older hybrid is guaranteed to be added! Other additions to come! 19 players like this post! Like? Sharks are really cool too!! I don't spend nearly as much time reading about them, but I love seeing them and advocating for the fact that not all of them are big and scary like Great Whites -- they're just animals, and they have no way to investigate things other than their mouths. Most of them don't even get four feet long. Jaws really did a number on people, haha. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Dolphins are scary honestly. Not enough people know what they do, lol. Orcas are actually the largest dolphin species -- did you know that they will tail slap stingrays or other prey at the surface and send them absolutely *flying?* They also -- Transients, in specific -- prey on other dolphins. There's a couple videos of them actually intercepting a jumping dolphin midair! 0 players like this post! Like? |

Oh my god I love listening to people yapping about their interests TT Do orcas mate for life? Also, how long does it take for an orca to mature?? Are the cubs raised by the group or only by the mother (or father)? Are there any instances of a cub getting adopted by another orca? 2 players like this post! Like? |

Orcas typically have several breeding partners throughout their lifespan 0 players like this post! Like? |

Oh well, I expected that. I heard someone saying once that young males would mount eachother since the females prefered older orcas. But it might've implied to sharks??? I'm not sure anymore 0 players like this post! Like? |
